Abstract

The address of this research is to analyze the effect of market orientation toward. the performance of Micro, Small and Medium entreprises in the field of Fish processing Products in Jambi City, either simultaniously or partially. The sample of this research are represented by 45 MSME’s. This study utilized linear regression analysis. Data of this research was tabulated from respondent responsiveness. The results of this study prove that simultaneously the performance of Micro, Small and Medium entreprises is significant influenced by the market orientation. Furthermore, partially the results show that the customer orientation and competitor orientation have a significant effect toward the performance of MSME. On the other hand, the coordination of inter-function has not significant effect partially toward the performance of MSME. The study suggests for the entrepreneur of Micro, Small and Medium entreprises to improve the function of their internal coordination and give a wider delegation to their employers to do their tas

Abstract

This research is entitled “ Experential Marketing Analysis in the form of Sense, Feel, Think, Act and Relate and their Effects in Visitor Satisfaction at Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi city”. The objectives of this research are; 1) To find out and analyze the description of sense, feel, think, act, relate and visitor satisfaction at Taman Rimba zoo. 2) to find out and analyze the influence of Sense, Feel, Think, act and Relate on visitor satisfaction at Tamn Rimbo zoo. Based on the research results show that; 1) the results of the descriptive analysis show that sense, feel, think, act, relate and satisfaction are going well and can make a positive contribution to Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi city. 2) the results of partial hypothesis testing show that the experiential marketing variable consisting of think and act has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction at Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi city and Simultaneously or together sense, feel, think, act and relate have an effect on visitor satisfaction at Taman Rimba Zoo in Jambi city.

Abstract

Di era digital dan teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang pesat, melalui teknologi informasi pelaku usaha UMKM harus bisa mengimbangi perubahan zaman yang mana informasi dengan cepat dan mudah di akses, teknologi telah mengubah aturan dasar pemasaran di dunia yang tradisional menjadi digital marketing, ini menjadi peluang bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memasarkan produknya dengan memanfaatkan digital. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu pelaku UMKM yang merupakan Tenant Inkubator Bisnis Teknologi (IBT) LPPM UM Jambi. Metode yangdigunakan adalah (1) memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi canva dalam membuat desain logo dan kemasan, (2) memberkian pelatihan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam memasarkan produk ke media social, (3) pendampingan kepada mitra untuk memperoleh hasil yang di peroleh dari kegiatan pengabdian (1) mengetahui pemanfaatan teknologi dalam membantuk mendesain logo dan kemasan produk, (2) mengetahui pemanfaatan teknologi dalam memasarkan produk di media social dengan baik.

Abstract

Novelty or newness in research is an element that shows that researchers have added value that will differentiate it from previous research. Research that has added value will show new findings so that it can contribute to science. This community service aims to carry out final assignment writing training for students of the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi in the field of management science using the Synthesis Literature Review method to find Novelty or newness in research. This training was attended by 40 final semester students and 7 lecturers who provided material for 1 day. The final result of this writing training is in the form of new findings or Novelty which are the basis or background for writing the final assignment of students in the field of management science. There are 40 proposal titles obtained from the results of this training consisting of 25 financial management titles, 5 human resource management titles and 10 marketing management titles. It is hoped that with this training, the next students can complete their final proposal assignments in the form of a thesis.
