Fetal biometric size such as abdominal circumference (AC) is used to predict fetal weight or gestational age in ultrasound images. The automatic biometric measurement can improve efficiency in the ultrasonography examination workflow. The unclear boundaries of the abdomen image and the speckle noise presence are the challenges for the automated AC measurement techniques. The main problem to improve the accuracy of the automatic AC segmentation is how to remove noise while retaining the boundary features of objects. In this paper, we proposed a hybrid ultrasound image denoising framework which was a combination of spatial-based filtering method and multiresolution based method. In this technique, an ultrasound image was decomposed into subbands using wavelet transform. A thresholding technique and the anisotropic diffusion method were applied to the detail subbands, at the same time the bilateral filtering modified the approximation subband. The proposed denoising approach had the best performance in the edge preservation level and could improve the accuracy of the abdominal circumference segmentation.

The automatic and real-time license plate detection system can be used as an access control entry of vehicles into the parking area. The problem is how to recognize the vehicles that will go into the parking lot and how to recognize various types of license plates in various light conditions quickly and accurately. In this research, the prototype was developed with a detection system to recognize the vehicles that will enter the parking area, and a license plate recognition system. In the license plate recognition system, the Fourier transform and Hidden Markov model method have proposed to detect location of license plate and as characters segmentation to recognize Indonesia license plates. The research results have shown that the developed prototipe system has successfully recognized all Indonesia license plates in several of light condition and camera position. The percentage of plate recognition in the real-time experiment is 84.38%, and the average execution time for all recognition process is 5.834 second.

Web functionality is one driver for e-commerce adoption. It is appeared the level of technological capabilities as well as the accentuation of the strategy put on e-commerce by the organization. Web functionality is related to the level of e-commerce relocation. Website with more functionality will give way better benefits for shoppers and trade partners. Functionalities of web are components that support the achievement of adoption benefits. Hierarchical clustering and ranking availability of e-commerce functionality is a challenging task. Ward Linkage algorithm was used to measure distance. This study proposed to get a grouping of e-commerce functionalities that influence e-commerce adoption and to get the ranking of the groups that most influence the achievement of these benefits. Result shows that functionalities that supports the achievement of every benefit of e-commerce has been clustered into two or three clusters, where each cluster also has been ranked to facilitate the achievement of these benefits

The foundation is part of the structure of building which serves as amedium that receives the load of the building then pass those loads into theground. The material foundation must be able to withstand the work load andthe ground should be able to accept the burden passed on by the foundation.Ability of soil to receive the load depends on soil conditions, load received, thetype and dimensions of the foundation. The foundation itself is divided into twomajor groups, namely the foundation of shallow and deep foundations. The useof shallow foundation is considered if the soil layer is relatively good andrelatively light load on the structure. For poor soil conditions and load largestructures, deep foundations in more considered. Based on the existing soilconditions, the foundation plate square shape can support a load of clean waterreservoir and the consolidation settlement is relatively small.Keywords: shallow foundation, reservoir / reservoir, consolidation settlement

Mitra dari Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah siswa kelas XII dari SMK Negeri 3 dan SMK PIUS X Kota Magelang. Siswa tersebut adalah siswa dari program keahlian tata kecantikan dan jasa boga. Sebagai siswa SMK tentu saja mereka telah dibekali dengan keterampiilan yang langsung dapat diaplikasikan untuk bekerja di masyarakat. Akan tetapi agar dapat berhasil, selain dibutuhkan keterampilan dan keahlian, juga dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk dapat berwirausaha. Sebelum terjun ke dunia usaha juga dibutuhkan perencanaan yang matang agar sumber daya yang telah dikorbankan dapat memberikan hasil sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Pemberian pelatihan penyusunan business plan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesiapan, kepercayaan, dan kemampuan diri dari para siswa SMK sebelum mereka akhirnya terjun ke dunia bisnis nantinya. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan melakukan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan diskusi dengan guru kewirausahaan dan guru BK. Melalui diskusi ini, diketahui bahwa kesiapan dan kepercayaan diri para siswa SMK untuk menghadapi dunia bisnis setelah lulus masih terbatas. Selanjutnya, pada tahap kedua adalah tahap pengembangan solusi melalui pemberian pelatihan penyusunan business plan. Luaran utama yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah tersusunnya business plan dari para siswa. Luaran lain yang dicapai adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan motivasi dari para siswa untuk mulai berwirausaha.

Scar Wash is a micro-business engaged in the care and cleaning of bags, hats and shoes located in the Karang Menjangan area of Surabaya. In the process, partners face problems in the process of storing customer data is still done in the manual form. So it isn't easy in knowing information about customers and what transactions have been made by satisfied customers to improve service. Since of these reasons, we offer to create desktop applications by utilizing a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet application that is quite familiar to business owners. The system consists of three main menus, namely the customer data, the service data and the transaction menu. The customer data menu is for storing customer data. The service data menu is for managing service data provided by partners and the rates of each service provided. The transaction menu is used to record every transaction of a customer that includes services and the total cost that the customer must pay. This application has the advantage of being easy to install. After all, it does not require software other than Microsoft Excel, small and fast because it runs directly on the Excel application itself and is easy to use because it has a combo-box facility for selecting customer data and service data

Media sosial telah mengalami pertumbuhan pesat di berbagai sektor, termasuk bidang medis. Pengguna aktif berpartisipasi aktif dalam komunitas kesehatan, berbagi informasi dan pengalaman. Akses terhadap media sosial telah menjadi sarana utama untuk mencari informasi kesehatan. Platform media sosial populer yang digunakan untuk tujuan ini termasuk WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, dan Twitter. Media sosial juga memungkinkan penggunanya untuk mengungkapkan pendapatnya melalui postingan dan komentar. Analisis sentimen diperlukan untuk memahami opini pengguna. Tahap awal melibatkan pengumpulan data dari platform media sosial seperti Facebook, dengan fokus pada postingan terkait tagar penyakit. Selanjutnya, teks tersebut mengalami pra-pemrosesan yang bertujuan untuk membersihkan, memformat, dan menata teks untuk dianalisis. Pada penelitian ini hasil pengujian menggunakan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network memperoleh performa akurasi 77% untuk distribusi dataset 80:20.

This paper presents a computational tool for detecting unbalanced voltage supplies in induction motors. For real-time applications, a technique based on the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) was used to compute the desired component frequency. A Labview virtual instrument was used to implement the computer algorithm. When supply voltage unbalance appears identical, fault diagnosis using current signature analysis becomes more difficult. The detection percentage is calculated in the following conditions: balanced voltage, under voltage (10%), over voltage (5%), and mixed voltage (UV 5% + OV 5%). The unbalanced voltage waveforms are then analyzed using the classical Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The results were detected at frequencies of 25 Hz and 75 Hz with a high amplitude of -30 db, when compared with healthy conditions at this frequency there was no spike in amplitude values. So by using the MCSA method with the fast Fourier transform approach analysis, it was successful in detecting voltage unbalance disturbances in 3 phase induction motors.

Digital image processing has been utilized in various fields, including the medical field. One example is used to detect the location of vital organs in the human body. This research aims to produce a cut shape of the fetal head area on an ultrasound image (USG) by applying a deep-learning segmentation method. This research stage was carried out with ultrasound image acquisition, followed by an image preprocessing process to improve image quality so that the results of the segmentation process were better, followed by applying the segmentation method. This research focuses on using the U-Net method to segment the fetal head in ultrasound images. Using 995 ultrasound images of the fetal head in the training process, the best accuracy was obtained at 90.55%. The performance of the segmentation results for 335 ultrasound images of the fetal head at the testing stage using the Jaccard coefficient measurement was obtained on average at 87%. The results of this segmentation can be used for further purposes, such as fetal biometric measurements or 3D visualization.
