Abstract

Tujuan dari kegaitan pelatihan agar guru di SDN 17 Mata Air Padang Selatan bisa melakukan pembelajaran daring secara online melalui rumah tanpa tatap muka langsung dengan siswa.Metode yang dipilih dengan cara memberikan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah panduan praktis dan sederhana berupa pedoman bagi guru di SDN 17 Mata Air Padang Selatan untuk paham dan mengerti menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting dan google classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan mutu pelayanan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dan memiliki kompetensi yang baik harus tetap dipertahankan bahkan ditingkatkan melalui bimbingan teknis, pelatihan, studi banding dan menjalin kerja sama dengan perusahaan yang menggunakan pelayanan dari unit layanan pengujian lingkungan kerja/pemeriksaan kesehatan tenaga kerja.Untuk peningkatan kecepatan pelayanan dengan menambah jumlah peralatan yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian/pemeriksaan, sehingga permintaan pengujian/pemeriksaan dapat terlayani dengan cepat yang disertai dengan meningkatkan ketelitian di dalam pelaksanaan pengujian/pemeriksaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on consumer purchases of Yamaha motorcycles in Padang Pariaman Regency. The problem that the writer raises in this study is to measure any big influence of brand image (X1) and product quality (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). In the research the respondents studied were the people of Padang Pariaman Regency as many as 100 respondents. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative design. The results in this study indicate that the image variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Purchase quality variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions. Brand image and product quality together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The result of R² value is 0.405, this means that brand image and product quality are influential with consumer purchasing decisions with a proportion of 40.5%, while the remaining 49.5% applies to other variables not used in this research method. Based on the analysis that has been tested, it can be ignored that the variables of brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorbikes in Padang Pariaman Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Bagaimana pengaruh Pengendalian Internal terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Padang Panjang dan 2) Bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Padang Panjang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa jauh pengaruh variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PDAM Padang Panjang, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 25 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengendalian Internal (X1) menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja(Y) pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Padang Panjang; dan 2) disiplin kerja (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap terhadap Kinerja (Y) pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Padang Panjang. Nilai R square adalah sebesar 0,155 yang artinya variabel independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh sebesar 15,5% terhadap variabel dependen pada penelitian ini, sedangkan 84,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. 2) the influence of work discipline on employee performance. 3) the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. The population of this research is all employees or employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra. The sample amounted to 93 people with the sampling technique in the form of a total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance in the Facility unit of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra. Where a coefficient of 0.464 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Facility unit of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra. Where the coefficient value is 0.973 with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.05 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (3) organizational culture and work discipline significantly influence jointly on employee performance in the Facility unit of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra. Where obtained Fhitung value of 324,411 with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result of R2 is 0.878. This can be interpreted that organizational culture and work discipline are factors that influence the performance of employees with a percentage of 87.8%, the remaining 12.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pendidikan abad 21 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik. Hasil studi PISA menunjukkan bahwa literasi sains peserta didik Indonesia berada dalam kategori rendah. Rendahnya literasi sains peserta didik disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor dalam sistem pendidikan, seperti kurikulum, guru, maupun peserta didik itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik Kelas X SMA se Kota Sungai Penuh serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Informasi tentang kemampuan literasi sains ini penting untuk diketahui dalam rangka memberikan solusi-solusi yang tepat bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi terutama dalam bidang literasi sains.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kombinasi (mixed method). Sampel penelitian adalah 86 peserta didik yang berasal dari tiga SMA yang diambil dengan teknik clusterrandom sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes literasi sains dan lembar pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pemberian skor untuk setiap jawaban peserta didik kemudian diinterpretasikan ke dalam nilai dan kategori capaian literasi sains serta menganalisis hasil wawancara.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata literasi sains peserta didik Kelas X SMA se Kota Sungai Penuh adalah 31,58 dengan kategori rendah. Rendahnya kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu minat membaca yang masih rendah, alat evaluasi yang belum mengarah pada pengembangan literasi sains, dan kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang literasi sains.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, interpersonal communication and service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study were 8,462 patients who came during 2021. The sample used was 100 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. (2) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BPJS RSUD Padang Pariaman Regency. (4) Competence, interpersonal communication and quality of service simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BPJS RSUD Padang Pariaman Regency. The conclusion of the research results shows, the higher the competence, the higher patient satisfaction, conversely the lower the competence, the lower patient satisfaction. The better the interpersonal communication, the higher the patient satisfaction, conversely the worse the interpersonal communication, the lower the patient satisfaction. The higher the quality of service, the higher the patient satisfaction, conversely the lower the quality of service, the lower the patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of Muslim entrepreneurs and the success of a business (a case study of Muslim entrepreneurs in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency) The main problem is raised into several sub-problems or research questions, namely: how is the relationship between the level of knowledge of Muslim entrepreneurs and the success of a business. This type of research is classified as quantitative research is a research method that is inductive, objective, and scientific in which the data obtained is in the form of numbers (score, value) or statements that are scored, and analyzed by statistical analysis. The source of data for this research is the Muslim community who work as entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data management and analysis techniques are carried out by validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient test (R2), and t-test (partial). The results of this study indicate that: the correlation coefficient is 0.561 this value can be interpreted based on the correlation coefficient guidelines, that the relationship between the two research variables is in the category of moderately correlated relationships. And the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.35.9 which means that the explanation of variable X to variable Y is 35.9% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined by researchers. Although the correlation coefficient test states that the level of correlation is sufficient, the partial t-test still shows that the t-count value is 3.570 and the t-table value is 1.991, which means t-count > t-table with a significance value of 0.001

Abstract

Latar belakang program pengabdian adalah Kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan pengurus koperasi tentang pentingnya laporan keuangan yang tersedia tepat pada waktunya, belum dimilikinya sistem administrasi keuangan dan manajemen keuangan yang baik pada koperasi, dan tersedianya laporan keuangan yang bisa menjadi pertimbangan bagi masyarakat dalam menilai kinerja koperasi. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) ceramah bervariasi dan (2) praktek komputer. Hasilnya; Memberikan informasi kepada anggota manfaat yang diperoleh setelah menjadi anggota koperasi, Prestasi keuangan koperasi selama suatu periode, Informasi mengenai kondisi keuangan koperasi, dan Sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan jumlah sumberdaya dan jasa yang akan diberikan kepada koperasi.

Abstract

Many cases are found in public life, in the mass media, both in print and electronic media regarding crimes and sexual violence, especially against minors. Obscenity is a sexual crime or disgraceful act that often occurs in society. Obscene acts are all acts that violate decency or are heinous acts that are in the nature of lust or sexual lust. Same-sex sexual abuse is an act that violates decency or decency, or it can also be a vile act that falls within the scope of genital lust, which is committed against people of the same sex, namely between men and men or between women and women. The purpose of this research is to examine the application of criminal law against perpetrators of criminal acts of same-sex sexual abuse of minors in Decision Number 16/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Lbs and to examine the basic legal considerations for judges in imposing criminal sanctions against perpetrators of same-sex sexual abuse of children. underage (juridical analysis of Lubuk Suhuing District Court Decision Number 16/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Lbs). The research carried out is empirical legal research using a sociological juridical approach method by taking primary data, namely from data taken in the field, through interviews with interested parties or respondents and secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the results of the research, it was found that in the application of criminal penalties to perpetrators of the crime of same-sex sexual abuse of minors in Decision Number 16/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Lbs at the Lubuk Suhuing District Court, the panel of judges sentenced them to prison for 11 (eleven) months. The basis for legal considerations for judges in imposing criminal sanctions on perpetrators of criminal acts of same-sex sexual abuse against minors, namely the statements of witnesses, the defendant's statement, letters, instructions and the judge paying attention to the legal facts in the trial. When providing legal considerations to impose criminal sanctions on perpetrators, the panel of judges should pay attention to the elements of justice and benefit, so that they can have a deterrent effect on the defendant or convict and on other people in the community so that it is not easy for them to commit criminal acts like this case. The community, especially parents, should increase their awareness of their children and it is hoped that the community will increase their faith and devotion to Allah SWT in order to avoid wrong actions and bad intentions.
