Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam sangat penting ditanamkan di setiap bangku persekolahan seperti halnya pada penelitian ini yang mengambil objek penelitian di SMP Negeri 4 Kelas Jauh Usaha Jaya, Misool Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana dalam pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi. Hasil yang di dapatkan pada penelitian ini bahwasanya keberadaan mahasiswa PPL memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap motivasi belajar di SMP Negeri 4 Kelas Jauh Usaha Jaya. Dengan adanya mahasiswa PPL diharapkan siswa/I lebih termotivasi dalam menambah wawasan terkait pendidikan agama di bangku sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari alternatif upaya meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Upaya meningkatkan minat baca siswa sekolah dasar menjadi tanggung jawab bersama, antara siswa itu sendiri, orang tua, sekolah, dan pemerintah. Namun rendahnya minat baca siswa di sekolah dasar menjadi salah satu halangan, kurangnya kemauan dan keinginan dari siswa itu sendiri, guru juga belum mengharuskan siswa untuk membaca buku saat pembelajaran yang diajarkan kepada siswa. Dalam Upaya meningkatkan minat baca siswa sekolah sebaiknya siswa diberi dukungan agar minat baca itu muncul dari diri siswadan dikenalkan dengan bahan bacaan agar siswa tersebut terbiasa membaca. Maka dari itu kebiasaan membaca siswa dimasa duduk dibangku sekolah dasar akan menumbuhkan minat baca yang tinggi hingga siswa tumbuh dewasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

Students have a strategic role as part of agents of change. The Field Experience Program (PPL) is a program that is a training venue for applying various knowledge, attitudes and skills in the context of forming professional students. Therefore, students gain generative abilities in the form of life skills. Observations were carried out by means of discussions and direct involvement in the community. Based on the results of observations, it has been determined that the implementation of PPL includes physical and non-physical programs. One of the work programs that has been implemented is preserving regional dances in Dabatan Village, South Misool in 2023. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method. This descriptive research method is aimed at obtaining answers related to the analysis of the implementation of regional dance preservation in 2023 so that the discussion uses descriptive words. Through descriptive research, this research tries to find an appropriate and sufficient description of the implementation. Judging from the implementation of this program, students act as facilitators, dynamists and motivators. This work program was held for one day, starting from November 9 2023, running relatively smoothly. Thus, after the implementation ends, it is hoped that they can foster a sense of love for their respective regional dances, so that negative behavior towards children and teenagers in South Misool can be overcome.

Abstract

Islamic banking are banking that are based on islamic law, both from the work system and the activities in it all in accordance with islamic law. Islamic bank ethics and social responsibility must also be in accordance with islamic principles. This research was conducted to determine and analysis ethical disclosure and social responsibility based on the maqashid sharia perspective on islamic banks in Indonesia. The objects used in this study are 11 Banks taken from Sharia Commercial Banks and Banks that have Sharia Business Units registered at Bank Indonesia. The study uses annual report in 2017 on the official website. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study obtained ethical disclosure based on islamic banking ethics disclosure index of 69%, the highest total disclosure were vision and mission indicators with a score of 86%, and the lowest value obtained by the zakat indicator with a value 0f 45%. While the disclosure of social responsibility in the perspective of maqashid sharia based on islamic social reporting index was 66% overall. For product and service indicators is an indicator that has the highest disclosure value of 100%, the lowest value is obtained by environmental indicators with a value of only 15%. From this it can be concluded that the communication between the banks management and stakeholders is necessary, in order to create sharia purpose is to benefit the ummah.

Abstract

Good habituation in school activities refers to activities that are carried out consistently and purposefully to form a good and positive character of students. Good habituation activities can be carried out in the form of school programs, school rules, and daily activities in the classroom. The goal is to form positive patterns of behavior and help learners to develop good and quality character. This study discusses the impact of good habituation on the character of students of MAN Sorong sp 4. Good habituation that is carried out consistently and purposefully can shape the character of students, such as a sense of discipline, responsibility, honesty, hard work, and an unyielding spirit. This research is qualitative research using descriptive research methods. The results showed that good habituation applied in schools had a positive impact on the character of students, on the time discipline indicators obtained 86% with excellent qualifications, then the discipline indicators of enforcing the rules obtained 74.3% with good qualifications, then on the attitude discipline indicators obtained 83% with excellent qualifications, and on the indicators of discipline in worship obtained 87.5% with excellent qualifications. Thus, good habituation needs to be applied consistently and purposefully in schools to form a better character of students so that students become more disciplined, responsible, honest, diligent, and have an unyielding spirit.
