Abstract

This service evaluates the impact of village fund management on improving community welfare in Warmon Kokoda Village, Mayamuk District, Sorong Regency. By applying Islamic economic principles that emphasize justice, transparency, and accountability, this study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess changes in various indicators of community welfare, including education, health, income, and access to social services. Through surveys and interviews with local residents, the results of the service show a real increase in community welfare, which is driven by effective and participatory fund management. These findings provide empirical evidence supporting the use of village funds as a tool for village development and community empowerment, recommending management strategies that can be adapted to different contexts to achieve broader and more inclusive outcomes.

Abstract

Program PPL adalah program kegiatan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan yang di laksanakan oleh Mahasiswa yang mencakup, latihan mengajar maupun tugas-tugas kependidikan diluar mengajar secara terbimbing dan terpadu untuk memenuhi persyaratan pembentukan profesi kependidikan. Kegiatan PPL yang dilaksanakan adalah mengajar Bahasa inggris tepatnya pada SMP Filial Usaha Jaya SMPN.4 Raja Ampat. Hal tersebut dilakukan Sebagai bentuk pengalaman belajar di lapangan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengaplikasikan kemampuan akademis maupun praktis dalam dunia pendidikan memperluas wawasan, melatih dan mengembangkan kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam bidangnya. Program PPL ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Juli 2023 sampai dengan tanggal 27 Desember 2023 Penerapan belajar bahasa inggris yang di lakukan pada SMP Filial Usaha Jaya SMPN.4 Raja Ampat menggunakan modern metode tujuannya agar mempermudah murid-murid membiasakan diri dalam belajar bahasa inggris yang sebelumnya belum mengenal pelajaran bahasa inggris sebab kondisi yang masih perkampungan. Upaya yang di lakukan untuk membantu murid-murid agar terbiasa dengan huruf- huruf hingga ejaan bahasa inggris yang belum pernah di lafalkan sebelumnya dengan mengikuti beberapa tahapan belajar bahasa inggris yaitu, Listening (Mendengar), Speaking (berbicara), Reading (membaca), dan writing (menulis).

Abstract

The aim of implementing integrated real work courses (KKNT) is to provide experience for students, broaden their horizons, improve their skills, independence, responsibility, ability to solve problems in society and be able to practice the tri dharma of higher education. The methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods. This KKNT activity is carried out for approximately 4 months, during which time it is hoped that students will be able to mingle with the community and be able to harmonize what they have received in college with what is happening in the field. In this KKNT, many programs have been successfully completed, including making rubbish bins, making boundaries and mosque name boards, community service, planting trees and so on.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to review the transformation of Islamic da'wah strategies in the digitalization era, especially the da'wah strategies implemented by the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh.Method – This research is field research. This research aims to analyze the phenomenon and dynamics of da'wah activities carried out by the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh in the community. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection technique was carried out using the interview method with the manager of the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh. The research data was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques.Results – This research highlights the challenges faced by Islamic da'wah institutions in the digital era, such as the use of technology by the younger generation, ideological polarisation, and limited financial resources, as well as the solutions applied by the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh in facing these challenges.Implications –NIDA Mudi Mesra Aceh, as a forum for the da’i community of students of Islamic boarding school, adjusted their da'wah approach by utilizing social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. They also adopt online programs such as webinars, podcasts, and online courses to reach a wider audience. In addition, NIDA Mudi Mesra Aceh is active in organizing humanitarian activities, providing assistance to communities in need, and nurturing the younger generation through leadership training programs.Originality/Value – This research is the first study to examine the transformation of the digital da'wah strategy of the NIDA Institute of Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh.***Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau transformasi strategi dakwah Islam di era digitalisasi, khususnya strategi dakwah yang diterapkan oleh Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh.Metode - Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena dan dinamika kegiatan dakwah yang dilakukan oleh Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh di masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dengan manajer Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif.Hasil - Penelitian ini menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi lembaga dakwah Islam di era digital, seperti penggunaan teknologi oleh generasi muda, polarisasi ideologis, dan sumber daya keuangan yang terbatas, serta solusi yang diterapkan oleh Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh dalam menghadapi tantangan ini.Implikasi - NIDA Mudi Mesra Aceh, sebagai tempat bagi komunitas da'i dari siswa pesantren, menyesuaikan pendekatan dakwah mereka dengan memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Twitter. Mereka juga mengadopsi program online seperti webinar, podcast, dan kursus online untuk menjangkau audiens lebih luas. Selain itu, NIDA Mudi Mesra Aceh aktif dalam mengorganisir kegiatan kemanusiaan, memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan, dan membimbing generasi muda melalui program pelatihan kepemimpinan.Orisinalitas/Nilai - Penelitian ini merupakan studi pertama yang meneliti transformasi strategi dakwah digital dari Institut NIDA Pesantren Mudi Mesra Aceh.

Abstract

In Sorong City, West Papua, financial and digital literacy challenges are still the main obstacles in utilizing full economic potential, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital and financial literacy training programs designed to increase the economic independence of local communities. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methodologies to collect and analyze data related to capacity building and implementation of post-training financial and digital literacy knowledge. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable insights into the effect of training on improving the digital and financial skills of Sorong residents, as well as its contribution in expanding access to markets and information networks.

Abstract

Enhancing Islamic financial literacy and utilizing digital financial systems are crucial, particularly for women in the Al-Muhajirin Majelis Taklim community in Sorong City. This group often faces challenges in financial management, highlighting the need for greater understanding of sharia-compliant financial principles. This community service program aims to provide education through lectures, reinforcement by lecturers, and interactive discussions. An innovative approach through interactive Islamic preaching podcasts was also used to present material in a more engaging and relevant manner. The program has demonstrated improvements in participants’ understanding and skills in managing finances according to Islamic principles, as well as in safely using digital financial technology. The success of the activity is evident from the high level of community participation, strengthening Islamic financial literacy among majelis taklim members. It is expected that this program will serve as a sustainable model for empowering sharia-based financial literacy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui perilaku juvenile delinquency remaja putus sekolah di Kompleks Pasar Bersama Kelurahan Malabutor; dan (2) untuk mengetahui implementasi layanan Bimbingan Kelompok terhadap perilaku juvenile delinquency remaja putus sekolah di Kompleks Pasar Bersama Kelurahan Malabutor. Metode penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada data utama (primer) dan data sekunder (pendukung)..Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada berbagai macam perilaku juvenile delinquency remaja putus sekolah di Kompleks Pasar Bersama, diantaranya; a) mabuk-mabukkan, b) menghirup lem aibon, c) merokok, d) pengguna obat-obatan terlarang (narkotika), e) pergaulan bebas, f) perkelahian, dan g) pencurian. (2) Implementasi layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku juvenile delinquency remaja putus sekolah di Kompleks Pasar Bersama Kelurahan Malabutor terdiri dari a) perencanaan layanan, b) pelaksanaan layanan, c) metode, f) materi layanan, dan g) evaluasi.Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Memberikan kontribusi yang sangat berarti terhadap permasalahan di Kompleks Pasar Bersama Kelurahan Malabutor, yakni mengatasi perilaku juvenile delinquency remaja putus sekolah. (2) Berdasarkan teori yang telah dirumuskan oleh peneliti bahwa layanan bimbingan Kelompok memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mengatasi perilaku juvenile delinquency remaja putus sekolah.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Sorong Branch, which still uses a manual system for its sales system. The purpose of this research is to find out how the ship ticket sales accounting system is running at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Sorong Branch. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. And data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Sales system at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Sorong Branch has cash payments, payments can be made in cash or via online bank transfer for boat ticket sales. To purchase tickets, the manual method is still used, namely service users must purchase tickets at the ticket sales counter at the PT office. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Sorong Branch. Abstract

Students are a group that is developing themselves, both in academic and non-academic aspects, including in financial management. However, low financial literacy among students is one of the main obstacles in planning finances and investments effectively. Financial planning that involves investment can be a solution to achieving financial freedom in the future. Therefore, an educational model is needed that can increase students' interest and understanding of investment. One effective approach is to develop a science-based educational model, which allows students to understand the concept of investment through scientific methods that prioritize logic, analysis, and empirical evidence. With this approach, it is hoped that students can develop skills in planning finances and investments better

Abstract

Islamic online media in Indonesia plays a vital role in promoting messages of peace within a diverse society. This study aims to explore the journalistic strategies employed by Islamic online media to foster peace. Using a literature review approach, the study conducts an in-depth analysis of relevant content from Islamic online media. The findings reveal that Islamic online media adopt inclusive approaches, constructive diction, and multimedia formats such as videos, infographics, and podcasts to amplify the reach of peace messages. Additionally, these media outlets facilitate public dialogue through online discussion forums, which help mitigate opinion polarization. This research contributes to the academic literature by offering new insights into the role of Islamic media as peace agents and their relevance in Indonesia's digital society.
