Abstract

Produk dan jasa merupakan dua komoditi inti dari kegiatan ekonomi manusia. Dalam usaha pengembangannya sangat wajar jika ada target yang menjadi tujuan baik individu atau kumpulan orang yang punya maksud dan tujuan bersama, dan itu salah satu motif dari tujuan manusia membuat sebuah organisasi termasuk juga dalam hal ini produk syariah yang mana pengelolaannya membutuhkan kerja sama agar tujuan tercapai, adalah organisasi merupakan sekumpulan individu yang berkumpul karena memiliki tujuan bersama dan menyepakati distribusi hak dan kewajiban untuk mencapai hak tersebut. Agar organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan yang efektif dan efisien, maka organisasi perlu mengelola salah satu aset mereka, yaitu manusianya. Sebab organisasi mempelajari dan mengerti aspek tingkah laku individu/karyawan (Sumber Daya Manusia) dalam situasi organisasi. Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki setiap manusia. Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi unsur pertama dan utama dalam setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan. Jika suatu organisasi memiliki peralatan yang andal/canggih tanpa peran aktif Sumber Daya Manusia, maka tidak berarti apa-apa. Sebaliknya, jika Sumber Daya Manusianya sudah bagus tetapi organisasi tidak memfasilitasi dengan sumber daya alatnya, maka sia-sia. Sebab itu, Sumber Daya Alat dengan Sumber Daya Manusia harus seimbang antara keduanya. Sumber Daya Manusia terdiri dari daya pikir dan daya fisik.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi warga Kampung Cikurba Desa Karangmulya Bojongmangu Kabupaten Bekasi Jawa Barat adalah tidak adanya sarana air bersih. Hal ini berakibat pada menurunnya kualitas hidup mereka. Air bersih diperlukan untuk melakukan semua aktivitas dan sangat penting bagi kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan. Keterbatasan air bersih menimbulkan masalah-masalah yang pelik. Kegiatan ekonomi berbiaya tinggi yang disebabkan oleh pengeluaran yang cukup besar untuk membeli air diperberat lagi dengan kurangnya air untuk lahan pertanian. Program penyediaan prasarana air bersih dengan memberikan distribusi air bersih menggunakan truk tanki, dan pengadaan sumur artesis diharapkan bisa menjadi solusi untuk permasalahan ini. Beberapa langkah yang dilakukan antara lain: observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan mitra untuk mengetahui permasalahan di lapangan; pengajuan perizinan dengan pemerintah setempat; pengajuan proposal bantuan pembiayaan pada sponsor; dan pengawalan hingga proses konstruksi dilaksanakan dan diselesaikan.

Abstract

Tilawah Al Qur’an adalah ibadah, jika dijadikan wirid atau dzikir maka pahala dan keutamaannya bertambah. Jika Al Qur’an dibaca dalam shalat maka keutamaannya pun berlipat. Mendengarnya saja mendapatkan sentuhan berkah yang luas. Membacanya dengan suara maka indera penglihatan, lisan dan telinga kita pun mendapat kemuliaan bersentuhan dengan kalam tersebut. Surat Al-Fatihah merupakan salah satu surat dalam Al Qur’an yang sangat akrab dan familiar dengan kehidupan setiap muslim, karena surat tersebut selalu menjadi bacaan dalam shalat minimal lima kali dalam sehari semalam. Hanya saja dalam realitas masyarakat belum tentu semua yang membaca surat ini dapat memahami makna atau isi yang terkandung di dalamnya, apalagi menyangkut dengan rahasia-rahasia kebahasaannya. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian pengabdian kemasyarakatan ini mudah-mudahan bisa memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat agar mampu memahami dan mengamalkan isi kandungan surat Al-Fatihah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui kegiatan kajian tafsir Al Qur’an yang dilaksanakan di Musholla Miftahul Huda Desa Telaga Asih Kampung Bojong Koneng Rt. 02 Rw. 04. Kecamatan Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi.

Abstract

Economic growth and prosperity play an important role in improving the socioeconomic welfare of the region. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in community economic development. However, MSMEs often face various problems such as lack of capital, lack of product innovation, distribution and e-commerce issues, and lack of official labels and distribution permits with labels on product packaging BPOM or PIRT methods used in the implementation of this activity include direct observation and monitoring as well as taking a direct approach to business actors to practice the application of product marketing through e-commerceMSME activities limit business independence and creativity and technological developments. The main purpose of using digital marketing as a marketing tool, especially for MSMEs. Although digital marketing comes as a new approach, conventional marketing is still relevant and both can help. In discussion sessions with MSME players, they understand the importance of internet-based digital marketing and the utilisation of social media and e-commerce platforms to grow their businesses. Information on target markets, digital marketing objectives, and types of digital marketing media have been delivered in a way that is easily understood by MSME players. This activity also opened up insights into the use of social media and e-commerce platforms as tools to attract attention and interact with consumers more effectively. They understand the importance of internet-based digital marketing and the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to develop their businesses. Information on target markets, digital marketing objectives, and types of digital marketing media have been delivered in a way that is easily understood by MSME players.

Abstract

As improving health is an important part of national development. The aim is to increase the awareness, desire and ability of the community to live a healthy life. To achieve optimal health status. Thus, Posyandu is one of the resources and community involvement in the health sector. Established by the community, for the community, for the community Posyandu-style community service activities use methods that include developmental discussions and question and answer sessions, describing the opportunities that Posyandu offers and its usefulness,Benefits of sufficient markdown type recommendations for babies, distributing masks and hand sanitisers to mothers who come to Posyandu. stress activities monitored by posyandu strictly follow health protocols, distributing child universal benefit amenity booklets, changing posters where mothers and children gather. Warmly inviting people from all walks of life to visit the posyandu and giving a brief explanation of the types of immunisations and the benefits to children's health. These socialisation and mentoring activities continue to be held regularly and more intensively by involving more parties, including the media and local government. The use of social media and mass media can be an effective tool in disseminating information about child health and its shortcomings.

Abstract

Physical activity has become a common practice among modern people. For young adults, physical activity provides various benefits including improved motor function and cardiopulmonary function. As the new generation of the nation, youth plays an important role in the growth and development of Indonesia. Thus, higher education plays an important role in the development of sports personnel, both in terms of hard skills and soft skills. Based on the observed problems, the proposed solution in the Kelurahan is to hold counselling on the health benefits of exercise, conduct aerobic exercises, hold sports discussions directly and WhatsApp, and conduct regular joint sports activities. After promoting the health benefits of physical activity, various sports organisations and groups sprung up into a community, including football, volleyball, sports, and badminton groups. During the transaction, people were very happy and took the action seriously to show the importance of exercise for health. The nationwide enthusiasm for this social initiative saw participants from various fields and raised many questions about the benefits of exercise. The formation of various communities and sports groups signalled the public's awareness of the importance of physical activity in improving health and quality of life. The socialisation was successful in increasing people's knowledge about health sports and its positive impact on physical, mental and social aspects. The suggestion is for continuous promotion and counselling activities on the benefits of exercise so that public awareness continues to increase.

Abstract

In post-pandemic conditions like now, the cultivation of live medicinal plants is very important. This can be an alternative to traditional medicine to overcome various complaints and diseases. In addition, during this period, each individual needs a strong immune system. One form of realising the utilisation of existing land in the village or region is to plant a live pharmacy, in order to enable daily needs. This community service activity is carried out through three stages of implementation methods. The first stage was the lecture/presentation method. The second stage also uses the material discussed in the second stage is about how to cultivate medicinal plants. The third stage is a demonstration of making a living pharmacy through the cultivation of family medicinal plants (TOGA). The planting of live pharmacy plants began with clearing the empty land, pulling out grass and sweeping up rubbish. The soil was also loosened with a hoe to remove weeds and dirt. Seedlings of plants such as turmeric, ginger, kencur, lemongrass, and galangal are processed before planting. The rhizomes of seeds such as turmeric, ginger, galangal, and kencur are dried in the sun and placed in a moist place to grow tuna. Meanwhile, lemongrass seeds are taken from mature plants and cut off the ends. After hiding, the plants need to be cared for with regular watering so that they develop well. The cultivation of live pharmacy plants has a positive economic impact, increasing the number of entrepreneurs, especially in the field of herbal medicine. this activity aims to increase public awareness and knowledge about the benefits of medicinal plants and make a positive contribution in the economic and health fields. The point is to be able to develop other variations of medicinal plants by propagating them on less functional land, and to be able to cultivate their survival for residents properly.

Digitalization has an important role in changing the world of cooperatives today. In this essay, we will discuss why digitization is so important for cooperatives and how it can provide significant benefits. First of all, digitization allows cooperatives to increase their operational efficiency. By utilizing digital technology, cooperatives can automate internal processes such as financial management, administration and inventory. This reduces the need for time-consuming and resource-intensive manual work, allowing cooperatives to allocate their time and energy for more important matters, such as improving services to cooperative members. In addition, digitalization also helps cooperatives face increasingly fierce competition in this era of globalization. With the existence of a digital platform, cooperatives can increase their visibility in the global market and reach a wider range of customers. They can use social media, websites and mobile applications to promote their products and services, establish relationships with customers and facilitate online transactions. In this way, cooperatives can expand their market share and increase revenue. In addition to better operational and marketing efficiencies, digitization has also enabled cooperatives to provide better services to their members. In this digital era, customers expect convenience and comfort in transactions. By adopting technologies such as online banking services, digital payments, or mobile applications, cooperatives can meet these expectations and provide a better experience for their members. This can create a stronger relationship between the cooperative and members, and increase their satisfaction. Finally, digitization also plays a role in driving cooperative innovation and growth. By using the latest technology, cooperatives can develop new products and services that are more relevant to today's market needs. They can track consumer trends, analyze data and use artificial intelligence to optimize their operations. By adapting to technological changes, cooperatives can remain relevant and sustainable in this digital era. Overall, digitization is very important for the cooperative world. By leveraging digital technology, cooperatives can improve operational efficiency, face global competition, provide better service to members, and drive innovation and growth. Abstract

This community service aims to provide information to stakeholders within the scope of the Al-Lathifah Mulia Islamic Foundation about increasing the independence of their institutions by carrying out sharia business management activities in the form of marketing concepts for honey and pure milk. The method used in this community service research is a training and mentoring method provided by providing explanations via Microsoft Power Point. The results of the sharia business management assistance that has been carried out have apparently had a significant positive impact on increasing the independence of institutions at the Al-Lathifah Mulia Islamic Foundation in West Cikarang. One of the positive impacts that can be felt is improving marketing concepts in accordance with sharia business concepts. This can help institutions gain sustainable profits and reduce the risk of unwanted losses. Apart from that, assistance with sharia business management can also help in strengthening the institution's sharia identity. Through the implementation of business practices that comply with sharia principles, institutions can gain the trust of the public who need business services that are in accordance with their religious beliefs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the costs of education funds at Dana Cita, Pelita Bangsa University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with Dana Cita. The results of this research indicate that the application of funding for education funding is using a qardh ijarah agreement. Talang funds are a form of multi-service transaction through the use of an Ijarah contract which is based on an agreement between the bank and customer financing and requires customer financing to pay off debts and obligations. This educational savings fund product is a product that makes things easier for customers, where this product is a solution for customers who have difficulty paying fees for their children to continue their studies or complete their studies.
