Abstract

AbstrakFenomena yang terjadi di lapangan yaitu rendahnya kemandirian belajar. Penulis menduga bahwa kemandirian dapat dibentuk melalui efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan verivikatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 130 yang berlokasi SMK Armaniyah Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yaitu SEM. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara efikasi diri dengan motivasi belajar yaitu sebesar 64%. Terdapat pengaruh secara langsung efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian sebesar 22,1% dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 22,1%. Terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar secara langsung terhadap kemandirian sebesar 31,4% dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui efikasi diri sebesar 22%. Terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar secara langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar 96%Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Kemandirian, Motivasi Belajar AbstractThe phenomenon that occurs in the field is the low independence of learning. The author suspects that independence can be formed through self-efficacy and motivation to learn. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and learning motivation on learning independence. The methods used are descriptive and verivicative. The samples used were 130 located at SMK Armaniyah Bekasi. The data collection technique is questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is SEM. The results of the study concluded that there was an influence between self-efficacy and learning motivation, which was 64%. There was a direct effect of self-efficacy on independence by 22.1% and indirect influence by 22.1%. There was an influence of direct learning motivation on independence by 31.4% and indirect influence through self-efficacy by 22%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the audio-visual media in learning to write argumentative texts the pros and cons and to find out the impact of increasing students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is the mix method (mix). This research was conducted at SMK Garuda Nusantara Cikarang with a sample of class X TKR 1 as the experimental group and class X TKJ as the control group. The instruments used in this study were tests in the form of question sheets, observation sheets, and attitude scale questionnaires, as a support for the implementation of learning the application of audio visual media in learning to write argumentative texts for and against their impact on increasing students' critical thinking skills. The instrument is categorized as valid and reliable after being analyzed by expert judgment and statistical tests (validity and reliability). The calculation of this research is through the class average test of pretest and posttest, the number of posttest and posttest scores, knowing the maximum and minimum scores, and test the hypothesis with the paired sample T-Test. The results showed that the activity of students had increased with an average pretest score of 48.88, and an average posttest of 81.00. The impact on increasing students' critical thinking skills after the application of audio-visual media is in accordance with the results of the gain hypothesis test, namely the probability value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 < 0.05. The magnitude of the impact on increasing critical thinking skills is shown by the results of hypothesis testing which states that there are differences in the data from the pretest and posttest results so that there is an increase in learning by looking at the average of each activity. Thus, audio-visual media can be used as an alternative learning media that is used to improve students' critical thinking skills in learning to write pro and con arguments.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the concept of Islamic guidance and counseling contained in the Luqman surah in verses 12-19 is the approach, principles, and field of service. This research is a type of library research (Library Reseach), using the content analysis method. The results of this study show that in Surah Luqman verses 13-17 there is an al-mauidzah al-hasanah approach (speech in a good and useful way) which is found in verse 13 the key word ya‟izhuhu teaches him wisely, verse 16 the keyword lathif halus which means meek, and verse 17 the keyword bil-ma‟ruufi does good or in a good way and approaches al-hikmah in a wise way. Then there are several principles, firstly the principle of godliness (Islamic counseling services must be based on the provisions of Allah Almighty) there is a key word in verse 13 laa tusyrik billaah, innasy-syirka lazuhulmun‟azhim do not you send Allah, indeed fellowshipping Allah is really a great tyranny, the second there is the principle of lillahi ta‟ala (Islamic guidance and counseling is held solely because of Allah) the key word is in verse 14 ilayyal to Me, the principle of compassion, the principle of example, and the principle of akhlakul karimah. Then there are three areas of Islamic guidance and counseling services, namely firstly aqidah guidance (the field of services that help counselors to develop aqidah to their faith) there is a keyword in verse 13 laa tusyrik billaah do not you fellowship Allah SWT with anything, secondly there is moral guidance (the field of service that helps counselors develop relationships of attitude, good behavior) in verse 14 keywords wa washshoinal-ingsaanabiwaalidaih (we command to man to do good to both his parents), and verse 15 of the keyword wa shoohib- humaa fid-dun-yaa ma‟ruuf (do them in the world well). And the third there is the guidance of worship (developing a relationship to God through charitable worship) found in the 17th verse aqimish-sholaata (perform prayers) and performing amar ma‟ruf and nahi mungkar.

Abstract

Majelis Taklim Nurul Iman merupakan organisasi yang berada di Kecamatan Serang Baru yang juga merupakan Lembaga Pendidikan non formal. Organisasi ini didirikan dengan tujuan untuk memahami, menghayati dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam, namun fakta dilapangan setelah adanya observasi ibu-ibu Majelis Taklim Nurul Iman masih banyak yang belum faham dan mengalami kesulitan ketika mengurus jenazah. Lebih lanjut mereka menyatakan bahwa selama ini pengurusan jenazah hanya dilakukan oleh orang tertentu yang paham dengan pengurusan jenazah. Hal tersebut karena kurangnya penguasaan dan pemahaman terhadap cara pengurusan jenazah. Maka oleh sebab itu banyak diantara Ibu-ibu yang ingin sekali mendapatkan pelatihan mengurus jenazah untuk tercipta sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan hasil pretes dan postes peserta yang pada awalnya skor rata-ratanya 55 menjadi 84. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa materi yang diberikan pada pelatihan pengurusan jenazah pada Ibu-ibu majelis taklim Nurul Iman kecamatan Serang Baru berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman, kemampuan peserta. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil pula dalam menambah pengetahuan, dan kemampuan serta pengalaman peserta dalam cara pengurusan jenazah.

Abstract

Based on a report from Media Indonesia, the level of violence against children in West Java Province is still high. Last year, around 1,088 children were victims of violence. One case in point is the bullying of an eleven-year-old boy in Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java, which was highlighted among various cases of violence against children this year. The programme includes presenters who deliver training materials using various methods, such as lectures, questions and answers, discussions, demonstrations and tutorials with qualitative observation methods. Many factors can influence bullying behaviour in the home environment. Some of them are parents who often punish their children, stressful, aggressive and hostile situations in the family, family disharmony, parenting that causes children to express negative emotions outside, and family rules that are too strict and built without encouragement and child protection is carried out through various parties, including the government, family, school, and community. information about the types of bullying that are common in children and adolescents is very important for parents, teachers, and the community to know and be free from bullying behaviour. information about the types of bullying that are common in children and adolescents is very important for parents, teachers, and the community to know. By understanding these types of bullying behaviour, they can more easily identify if their children are victims or perpetrators of bullying. Related parties also need to continue to coordinate and collaborate in implementing bullying prevention programs in order to create a school and community environment that is safe, comfortable, and free from bullying behaviour.

Abstract

Islamic finance plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. A national survey conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2016 showed that the level of public awareness and adoption of Islamic financial products and services is still low. This can be seen from the low Islamic Financial Literacy Index, reaching 8.11%, and the Islamic Financial Inclusion Index, reaching 11.06%. Thus, financial knowledge of Islam enables individuals to understand and apply the concept of Islamic finance to effectively manage their funds in accordance with Islamic principles.This research adopts qualitative methods based on raw data, namely interviews, triangulation analysis techniques of lectures, simulations, follow-up, and evaluation. From the evaluation results, it can be interpreted that the training activities to increase the literacy of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia have had a positive impact on the local community in improving financial literacy related to Islamic financial institutions. Participants provide suggestions and input that can be the basis for improving and improving the quality of future service programmes. The service team can conduct regular follow-ups to ensure that the improvement of financial literacy continues and the community can apply the knowledge they have gained in their daily lives. this training has a positive impact on the local community in improving financial literacy related to Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

Smartphones have become very popular and profound technological devices accessible to many people around the world. Technological developments and the presence of smartphones have had a major impact on various aspects of human life, including in the economic context of society. This study aims to present a summary of the impact of smartphones on improving the community's economy. In this abstract, we will explain some of the main impacts of smartphone use on improving the community's economy. First, smartphones have facilitated access to information and communication, which enables people to participate in the digital economy more efficiently. The use of online applications and platforms has increased connectivity and the ability to conduct business, transactions, and collaborate with other parties. However, it is important to recognize that the positive impact of smartphones on improving the people's economy must also be managed wisely. Excessive or unwise use can lead to negative impacts, such as over-reliance on technology and data privacy issues. In conclusion, smartphones have a significant role in improving the people's economy. With easier access to information and communication, wider economic choices, and support for entrepreneurship and education, people can use smartphones to optimize their economic potential. Digitalization has an important role in changing the world of cooperatives today. In this essay, we will discuss why digitization is so important for cooperatives and how it can provide significant benefits. Abstract

Interest relates to the style of motion that encourages a person to face or deal with people, objects, activities and experiences that are stimulated by the activity itself. This study aims for research purposes, namely: to concretely find out students' interest in reading short stories through the 2017 revised edition of the Kurtilas student book in class XI SMK Garuda Nusantara Even Semester in 2022/2023. This research was conducted at Garuda Nusantara Vocational School Cikarang with a sample of class XI students at Garuda Nusantara Vocational School. The research method that the writer uses is descriptive method, namely research by describing the object of research at the current state of affairs based on the facts as they are, then analyzed and interpreted. The research instruments used were observations at the Garuda Nusantara Vocational School, interviews with Indonesian teachers and several students at the schools studied, as well as distributing questionnaires to class XI students at Garuda Nusantara Vocational School 2022/2023. In the process of this study the authors used descriptive data analysis to present the results obtained. The results of the study stated that students' interest in reading short stories was quite good especially with the encouragement and motivation from the subject teacher. Within one month they spend three or even more short story reading materials that they read, it's just that there are some of the students who have used the website to read short stories because teachers don't use the website for short story teaching materials.

Abstract

This research is based on a case study of researchers' anxiety about the character of a nation that is experiencing moral decadence, including increased promiscuity, drug abuse, and so on. In this case the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in the Aqidah Akhlak subject has a big role in raising awareness of Islamic religious values to students. This study uses a qualitative method. The research location is SDIT Armaniyah Serang Baru. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by cross-case analysis. The results of the study show that Aqidah Akhlak teacher learning planning as an effort to build character is by designing a learning plan involving the media, the application of Aqidah Akhlak teacher learning in an effort to shape the character of students is carried out referring to the rules and regulations that have been planned and determined in every activity or learning process in Integrated Islamic Elementary School educational institutions as Elementary Education Institutions, evaluation of Aqidah Akhlak teacher learning in the form of assignment tests from teachers, daily tests, UTS scores and students' UAS tests. The delivery of Aqidah moral learning in the formation of the character of students is applied by subject teachers in schools where research with satisfactory results.
