Abstract

A person's Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) is closely related to improving the health of individuals, families, communities and the environment. The low level of PHBS achievement has obstacles including the lack of public knowledge, the lack of outreach costs for cadres in conducting home visits with PHBS, the lack of family support and the lack of facilities and infrastructure to improve PHBS. This study aims to determine the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) in household arrangements in Sei Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir, Kampar Regency in 2022. This study used a qualitative analytical research design. With data collection techniques using the Triangulation Method. This research was carried out in January-May 2022 in Sei Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir Health Center, the informants in this study were 7 people consisting of 1 PJ Kesling, 2 Cadres, 4 people from Sei Simpang Dua Village Community. Data collection by in-depth interviews and observations. The results showed that Sei Simpang Dua Kampar Kiri Hilir Village still had not, still using water that did not meet the requirements, did not have proper latrines so they did defecate in the river. , do not have a garbage disposal, have not implemented the behavior of washing hands when doing something and there is still no eradication of mosquito larvae once a week.

Abstract

Work fatigue is a tired condition felt by someone which is also characterized by a decrease in work productivity, workers, especially nurses, are likely to be at risk of experiencing work fatigue. From the results of the initial survey it was found that nurses experienced work fatigue such as lack of adequate rest because they always had to control patients often, felt bored and bored, felt back pain, dizziness, difficulty controlling emotions, drowsiness, caused by workload, working period, and also work attitude. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing work fatigue in inpatient nurses at Pekanbaru Medical Hospital. This type of quantitative research with a cross sectional study design was carried out at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital in March-May 2022. The sample in this study were all inpatient nurses, as many as 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that P-Value < so that the factors related to work fatigue were workload (P = 0.006, OR = 6,500), years of service (P = 0.018, OR = 4,297) and work attitude (P = 0.020, OR = 4,030). From the results of the study, there are conclusions and suggestions, that there is a relationship between workload, work period and work attitude with work fatigue in inpatient nurses at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital in 2022. It is expected that nursing staff, especially those who work at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital to find out more about the signs and symptoms as well as the focus that affects the occurrence of work fatigue, so that later productivity and performance will be even better.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by workers or employees in quality and quantity in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. The problem found is that there is still a lack of ability and expertise of medical record officers in the medical record file storage section, and there is still a lack of infrastructure in the medical record room. The purpose of this study in general is to determine the performance of medical record officers. This study uses qualitative methods of observation, in-depth interviews. The research location was conducted at the Medical Record Section of the Setatah Children's Health Center, Rangsang Barat District, Meranti Regency in February-April 2022. The subjects in the study consisted of the head of the puskesmas, head of medical records, medical record officer, registration officer and TU of the puskesmas. The data processing technique uses source triangulation, method triangulation and data triangulation. Data analysis in this study consisted of data reduction, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of the study revealed that there were still some medical record files that were incorrectly stored and the provision of medical record files was found for more than 10 minutes, there had been no training for medical record officers, the motivation given by superiors was only in the form of directions not given rewards, lack of infrastructure such as computers. which supports the application and the lack of a medical record room. For this reason, officers are expected to improve the abilities and expertise of officers, participate in training, provide increased motivation to officers and can add supporting facilities so that they can support better officer performance.

Abstract

Refill drinking water is the treatment of raw water with several stages of the process until it becomes drinking water. The raw water that is usually used in the production process for refill drinking water is sourced from ground water. The water treatment process in principle must be able to remove all types of pollutants, both physical, chemical and microbiological. This research is a qualitative analytic study with a descriptive mode approach that aims to obtain information about the analysis of drinking water quality and sanitation hygiene at refill drinking water depots in the Minas Jaya sub-district, Siak district. January – July 2022. Informants from this study were 9 people divided into 1 environmental health worker at the Puskesmas as key informants, 4 owners of refill water depots as main informants, 4 consumers of water depots in the Minas Jaya village area. The research variables consisted of place, equipment, handlers, inspection of water parameters. The selection of research subjects used purposive (non-propability). The validity of qualitative data using triangulation. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study concluded that the cleanliness of the place did not meet the health requirements, the equipment had met the health requirements, but the depot worshipers at 4 refill drinking water depots did not meet the health requirements. As well as inspection of water parameters at 4 refill drinking water depots located in Minas Jaya Village, Siak Regency, they have met the health requirements according to the RI Ministry of Health Number 43 of 2014. It was concluded that they had met the eligibility requirements for sanitation hygiene, because in the 4 depots studied, only 3 depots met the requirements and scored above 70%. It is recommended to the drinking water depot to improve the cleanliness of the handlers in wearing work clothes, routinely in carrying out health checks
