Abstract

Take Over is an action carried out by users of banking services to move payments or installments that are considered more profitable by users of banking services, where in this case the Customer, the transfer made in the form of transfer of services, payments and installments that customers consider more profitable for them Use. The transfer of payment itself involves two different banking institutions where installments or financing that run from one bank to another are transferred according to the provisions of each banking institution involved in it. The results of this study indicate that there are several differences in take-over systems implemented by Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah and Bank Rakyat Indonesia, including the contract agreement system that exists in these two banking institutions, where Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah uses a system with a sharia contract, namely the contract is a profit sharing contract, which they apply is a Murabahah contract and guidelines for the rules and procedures carried out at Take Over are the foundation of the DSN-MUI Fatwa and all provisions contained in the land, then at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia the contract used is in accordance with the provisions of the party banking itself the interest rate applied to the Contract is a Flat (fixed and Floating) interest rate or a fixed interest rate with the provisions of the installment table in accordance with the provisions of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

Abstract

Buying and selling activities is one of the activities of human life as an activity to meet needs. Islam does not justify any means of buying and selling, but also very much in need of ethics. Ethics is a set of moral principles that distinguish good from bad and normative, it plays the role of determining what must be done or not to be done by individuals or groups. In the ethics of buying and selling which is one of the most important things is the honesty of the two parties which is the culmination of the morality of faith and the most prominent characteristics of believers. Without honesty, religious life will not stand tall and world life will not go well.This study aims to determine the practice of buying and selling between fishermen and exporters of fish in the Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. As well as an analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of buying and selling between fishermen and exporters of fish in the Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. This type of research used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive method, the data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is to use qualitative data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the buying and selling activities between fishermen and fishermen, the scales are regulated by the fishermen. Determination of the price determined by these collectors sometimes becomes a separate complaint by the fishermen. The number of complaints regarding the sale and purchase process carried out with the container. This is still a problem that often occurs. Moreover, when fishermen have no other place to sell their fish. In the practice of buying and selling examined by the author, there are still many problems. The location of the problem is the application of Islamic business ethics in export fish trading activities. In the buying and selling activities in the district. Abstract

Kafalah is a guarantee given by a bank to certain parties, be it an individual, company, body or other institution in the form of a guarantee letter. The purpose of providing the guarantee is that the bank guarantees that it will pay or accept the obligations of the party that is guaranteed to the party who received the guarantee, if in the future the guarantor does not fulfill the obligations of the other party in accordance with the agreement. In the services of Bank BTN Syariah using two contracts, namely kafalah and wadi'ah. In the kafalah (guarantee) contract, the bank becomes a kafil for the customer who becomes full to bear the obligations to a party. This study uses a qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and study documentation The results of this study indicate that several things have occurred: in the guarantee mechanism there are 3 (three) parties involved, namely, the bank as the guarantor, the guarantor (the customer requesting the guarantee), and the guarantee recipient. The implementation of guarantee services at Bank BTN Syariah Parepare is carried out in several stages, namely: the application stage, the analysis stage, the processing stage, and the issuance of the guarantee, as well as the guarantee completion stage. The implementation of guarantee services at Bank BTN Syariah Parepare runs and is carried out properly by referring to the National Sharia Council (DSN) Fatwa Number: 11 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 concerning Kafalah. Bank BTN Syariah Parepare provides a fast service system (one day service) in issuing guarantees. With the issuance of a guarantee, it is very beneficial for both Bank BTN Syariah Parepare and for customers (principals) as users of guarantee service products. The impact for Bank BTN Syariah Parepare is that the bank receives income from the issuance of guarantees, thereby increasing the company's fee-based income. Whereas the customer (principal) can obtain a guarantee facility without requiring a large amount of collateral or cash collateral allocation, only being obliged to pay the following costs: premium costs, insurance costs, administrative costs and stamp duty fees

Abstract

Tenaga pemasaran merupakan sarana penghubung utama perusahaan dengan konsumen atau merupakan ujung tombak bisnis perusahaan. Bagi dunia perbankan yang merupakan badan usaha yang berorientasi profit, kegiatan pemasaran sudah merupakan suatu kebutuhan utama dan sudah merupakan suatu keharusan untuk dijalankan, oleh karena itu tenaga pemasar produk perbankan dituntut kreatif dan inovatif dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasaran. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perilaku tenaga pemasar bank syarih melalui penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam memasarkan produk-produk bank syariah di kota Parepare. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa para tenaga pemasar bank syariah di kota Parepare sepenuhnya telah mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai syariah yang merupakan bagian dari konsep etika bisnis Islam dalam kegiatan pemasarannya. Penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada tenaga pemasar bank syariah dinilai sangat tepat. Bank syariah yang mempunyai kualitas tenaga pemasaran berbasis etika Islam dapat membangun reputasi untuk keberhasilan perkembangan bank syariah di Parepare.

Abstract

Artikel ini akan mengkaji bagaimana pelaksanaan tanggungjawab sosial bank Muamalat cabang Makassar dengan melihat fungsi sosial dari bank syariah yang sangat strategis dalam upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan atau dikenal sebagai Corporate Social Responsibility telah menjadi trend baru yang menarik. Pelaksanaan CSR menjadi strategi bisnis bagi bank syariah meningkatkan citra bank syariah. Sebagai tanggungjawab sosial kepada masyarakat, Bank Muamalat cabang Makassar setiap tahun melaksanakan program community development secara berkelanjutan. Pelaksanaan CSR Bank Muamalat Cabang Makassar sudah sangat baik untuk lembaga keuangan syariah khususnya perbankan syariah. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya kegiatan CSR dan juga dengan berjalannya program-program yang berhubungan dengan sosial kemasyarakatan sehingga dapat mengurangi sedikit beban ekonomi masyarakat dengan memberikan santunan sosial keagamaan, dengan memberi bantuan pembangunan tempat ibadah, lembaga pendidikan sosial, panti asuhan yatim piatu. Dari kacamata nilai-nilai syariah, yaitu hubungan kepada Allah (hablumminallah), hubungan sesama manusia (habluminannas), dan hubungan dengan alam (hablum fil ardh), CSR yang dilaksanakan oleh Bank Muamalat Cabang Makassar memerhatikan ketiga aspek tersebut. Karena dalam setiap pelaksanaan kegiatannya, entitas tersebut selalu berkiblat pada visi dan misi-nya

Abstract

Sharia Banking is a financial institution that has sharia principles and applies Islamic law in making decisions. In the form of disbursement of funds that can be accessed by using mudharabah and musyarakah financing, the concept of mudharabah and musyarakah has the principle of trust (trust) but in practice Islamic banks apply guarantees in their financing, this is not in accordance with the initial principle of mudharabah and musyarakah, namely the trust system. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference between mudaraba and musyarakah in Islamic banking and to determine the application of existing guarantees in Islamic banking. This type of research uses a library research approach. The primary data source is the book "Sharia Guarantee Law and Its Implementation in Islamic Banking in Indonesia and the book Reconstruction of Collateral Law in Mudharabah Contracts" as well as other books related to secondary data sources from books, reports, journals, theses, dissertations, and others related . The data collection technique starts from reading references, then classifying them so that they get conclusions from the questions obtained so that they can answer the problem formulation. The data analysis technique used is the comparative method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the difference between mudharabah and musyarakah lies in terms of understanding, legal basis, implementation in Islamic banking, capital, business management, ratio, business risk, guarantee and dispute resolution. (2) The principles of mudharabah and musharaka are the principles of trust, but in practice Islamic banks do apply guarantees as a condition in the event of default in the future, the guarantee can replace the losses of Islamic banks through auction. Abstract

This study aims to find out the patterns of tolerance of the Muslim community towards other religious communities in South Sulawesi. It also examines opportunities to overcome the barriers to building understanding among religious communities. This study employs a normative theological approach, sociology of religion, and phenomenology as well. This study reveals that the attitude of Muslim society toward other religious communities in South Sulawesi is based on several factors: [a] social integration through economic factors; [b] social integration through a diversity of cultural factors; and [c] social integration through political factors. The tolerant and harmony life among Muslim and non-Muslim communities is reflected in their social interaction due to economic interests and religious beliefs. The implication of this study is to develop social interaction among religious communities based on human and spiritual values
