Abstract

This research about the human capital approach to manage human resources becoming  productive. The method used is qualitative method with descriptive research. Human capital approach for the implementation has five maain components, i.e individual capability, individual motivation, the organization climate, workgroup effectiveness and leadership. Recognizing the importance of human resource company activities, needed to optimal manage human resources because the key to success  a company isn’t only benefits of technology and availability of funds, but also on the human factor. Based on observations in Indonesia, there are still many companies doesn’t have  implemented the most optimal approach to human capital. The results of  study indicate that the human capital component  hasn’t been optimal, especially in terms of individual capability and individual motivationThe purpose of  study was determine the effect of several variables such as competence, leadership, and work discipline on employeess performance. The method used is descriptive and causality. The statistical test in this study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. Respondents involved in this study were 93 employeess who were permanent employeess at the Human Resources and Facility Management Directorate at PT Telekomunication Indonesia, Jakarta Head Office. The sampling method of his research  using purposive sampling. Data accumulation techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression. The results indicates that partially competence has an effect on employeess performance, The Orgamizatation Climte doesn’t affect employees performance, work Group Efficiency affects employees performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan konsumen menyewa lapangan bulutangkis PB SABA Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner terhadap 96 responden yang pernah menggunakan lapangan bulutangkis di PB SABA Semarang dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolinearitas), uji regresi linear berganda dan yang terakhir uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y = 0,342 X1 + 0,503 X2 + 0,216 X3. Dan besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,808, yang berarti 80,8% keputusan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at the Semarang City Manpower Office. The population or subject of this study were all employees of the Semarang City Manpower Office. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling, because in this study all members of the population can be sampled, namely as many as 90 respondents. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program which included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and R2 test. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the leadership style (X1) variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment (X2) variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work discipline (X3) variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination 67,8% employee performance can be explained by the independent variables in this study while the remaining 32,2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Economic development in a country cannot be separated from economic growth, with economic growth being an indication of success or as a determinant of economic development. The people of Indonesia are increasingly having consumptive behavior and are starting to abandon positive habits that can help economic growth to increase, namely by saving. Saving behavior or saving habits are very important to be carried out by all levels of society, including students, who are a large group of people who can lead the community to move to make changes to advance Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on students' savings decisions with saving intention as an intervening variable (study of management students of the University of Semarang Class of 2021). This research was carried out by random sampling with certain criteria. So that the data used was 96 respondents as a research method. The sample used was 5 indicators, so the last sample in this study was 259 observations and used data analysis using the SmartPLS application tool. The results of this research prove that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the decision to save, financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the intention to save, financial technology has a significant positive effect on the decision to save, financial technology has no significant effect on the intention to save, the intention to save has a significant positive effect on the decision to save, financial literacy indirectly has a positive effect on the decision to save through the intention to save, financial technology indirectly has no significant effect on the decision to save through the intention to save.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of product quality, price, location, and promotion on purchasing decisions in UMKM Martabak Mas Da'i. The research method used was a survey using the purposive sampling method from 96 respondents who had made purchases at Martabak Mas Da'i. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, location, and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Martabak Mas Da'i. Price has the most significant effect, followed by product quality, location, and promotion. These findings suggest that Martabak Mas Da'i should prioritize price of product quality and providing competitive product quality to attract more customers and increase sales

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the analysis of the effect of work motivation, communication and work stress on the performance of employees of CV. Fara Collection. The population of this research is all employees of CV. Fara Collection. The sample used in this study were 88 respondents. In this study using census techniques, namely where the number of samples is the same as the population. Then the data collection method was through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS data which included validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely work motivation, communication and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.597, which means that 59.7 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by the variables of work motivation, communication and work stress while the remaining 40.3 percent is explained by other variables outside this study.
