Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to explore the influence of Islamic financial literacy, Islamic fintech, and financial experience on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), considering spirituality as a potential moderating variable.Design/Methodology/Approach: Employing a sample of 126 MSME owners in Semarang, this research utilizes Hair’s model of calculations. The analytical method applied is multiple regression analysis using the third version of the SmartPLS software.Research Findings: The findings indicate that Islamic financial literacy, Islamic financial technology, and financial experience have a positive and significant impact on MSME performance. However, spirituality did not significantly moderate the relationship between Islamic financial literacy, Islamic fintech, and financial experience on MSME performance.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the resource-based view theory by examining how a firm’s capabilities and internal resources, conceptualized as a bundle of resources and capabilities, interact with external spiritual values to influence MSME performance. It also addresses the role of internal resources in fostering competition within firms to achieve their goals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at the Semarang City Manpower Office. The population or subject of this study were all employees of the Semarang City Manpower Office. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling, because in this study all members of the population can be sampled, namely as many as 90 respondents. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program which included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and R2 test. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the leadership style (X1) variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment (X2) variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work discipline (X3) variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination 67,8% employee performance can be explained by the independent variables in this study while the remaining 32,2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of price, product quality and location on interest in buying local rice at UD Rahayu in Blora. This research was conducted using a survey method of consumers who had made purchases at UD Rahayu and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, totaling 96 respondents. Data collection was through distributing questionnaires, data analysis in this study used SPSS 26. The analysis used in this research included Validity Test, Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test and Research Hypothesis Test. The research results show that price, product quality and location have a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest in buying local rice at UD Rahayu in Blora. Based on the Coefficient of Determination (R²) value of 54%, consumer buying interest variables can be influenced by price, product quality and location.Keywords: price; product quality ; location; interest in buying

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and to describe the influence of the person organizational fit and Employee Engagement against employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable in MANAGE Akpol Semarang. Target research activities are devoted to the modeling of the impact person organizational fit, Employee Engagement against performance employee with Organizational citizenship behavior as intervening variable. The research population is all the government employees in the MANAGE part of the Semarang as many as 100 with sample 100 employees, whereas sample technique used is saturated sample method, the technique of data analysis is done by using double linear regression. Based on an analysis conducted by the researchers concluded that person organizational fit proved to have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, person organizational fit proved to have a positive effect on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, person organizational fit is more effective indirectly influencing or through organizational citizenship behavior intervening, Employee engagement is more effective than indirect through intervening organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the effect of trust, perceived risk, reference group, behavior control awareness, usefulness and convenient and business competency to repurchase intention on Lazada consumers in DKI Jakarta. The form of research used is descriptive research and causality research, in which variables are measured by 5 point likert scale. This research used data collected by questionnaires with non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method and used 102 respondents. Processed with statistic program and statistical method is multiple regression. The results on this research indicate that the variables of trust, reference group, behavior control awareness and business competency have a positive effect to repurchase intention, which is supported in previous studies. But, the variables perceived risk and usefulness and convenient have no effect to repurchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh Person Organization Fit dan Employee Engagement terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, pengaruh Person Organization Fit dan Employee Engagement terhadap kinerja, pengaruh Person Organization Fit dan Employee Engagement terhadap kinerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel intervening pada Koramil 03 Semarang Utara Timur. Responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh personel Koramil 03 Semarang Utara Timur, sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah Person Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Person Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Organization Citizenship Behavior dapat memediasi secara efektif hubungan antara Person Organization Fit terhadap kinerja, Organization Citizenship Behavior dapat memediasi secara efektif hubungan antara Employee Engagement terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris Beban kerja, Stres kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention. Masalah yang dihadapi PT. Formosa Bag Indonesia adalah semakin tingginya jumlah Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dan kuesioner. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan Beban Kerja (X1) dan Stres Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y). Sedangkan Kepuasan Kerja (X3) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi 0.539 yang berarti 53.9 % di PT. Formosa Bag Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh variabel beban Kerja, Stres kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model yang diteliti.

Study This show results that all over variable independent , namely Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Person Organization Fit have influence positive and significant to performance member (Y) directly Partial nor simultaneous . According to mark coefficient determination show that variable performance can explained through to three independent variable in regression . Penelitian ini menguji secara empiris pengaruh Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Person Organizational Fit terhadap kinerja anggota koramil utara dan timur semarang. populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota koramil semarang timur dan utara. Teknik sampling jenuh digunakan pada penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data melewati kuesioner dan analisis data mempergunakan SPSS yang yaitu: Uji analisis regresi berganda, uji t dan uji R2. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa seluruh variabel bebas, yaitu Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Person Organization Fit memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota (Y) secara parsial maupun simultan. Menurut nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja dapat dijelaskan melalui ke tiga variabel independent dalam regresi.

Abstract

Performance denotes the outcomes produced by employees, encompassing both quality and quantity, in executing activities aligned with their assigned responsibilities. Organizations must implement numerous measures to enhance employee performance in order to attain these aims. Research subject of the Tegowanu District Office, Grobogan, Central Java. The data indicates that multiple employees arrive late to work without justification, suggesting suboptimal employee performance. Numerous factors can influence employee performance, including leadership, work discipline, and motivation. This study aims to examine the impact of leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. The study's demographic and sample comprised all 34 workers of the Tegowanu District Office. The chosen sampling approach was a saturated sample. The data utilized was primary. The data collection approach employed a questionnaire. This research employs several linear regression analysis approaches. The analysis indicates that leadership exerts a favorable and significant influence on employee performance (sig. 0.015 < 0.05). Work discipline exerts a positive and significant influence on employee performance (sig. 0.014 < 0.05). Work motivation exerts a positive and significant influence on employee performance (sig. 0.025 < 0.05).
