Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how the role of Imum Mukim in Paya Bakong Sub-District in carrying out duties according to Law No. 11 of 2006 on The Government of Aceh and Qanun Aceh Number 04 of 2003 concerning Mukim government the Acehnese traditional governmental institution. It describes the Role of Imum Mukim in Gampong (Village) governance. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through interviews, observations, literature studies, documentation, and field studies. The findings of the study showed that Mukim in Paya Bakong subdistrict has a role to play in the governance of Gampong but it has not been effectively carried out as stipulated in the Laws. The roles of Imum Mukim covers not only fostering people's lives in carrying out Islamic sharia, socialization of Islamic sharia, but also formulating policies concerning Gampong’s affaires. Withstanding that, theser role have not been carried out effectively, due to several reasons. Firstly, is the line of coordination between the Keuchik (Head of the Village) on the Gampong governance has not been authoriotatively imposed on the latter by the laws. For there is a sub district government that directly coordinated with the Keuchik based on Indonesian Governmental Laws. This has made the Mukim lost its political influence and implicitly implied that the Mukim is merely an accommodation of cultural valued, which is politically has no authority in the Gampong political and developmental affairs. Consequently, the Keuchik and its apparatus often left them uninform about the political and development of the Gampong.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to to the Circular Number of the Director General of Islamic Guidance: P-006/DJ.III/Hk.00.7/06/2020 dated June 10, 2020 regarding online marriage registration services through the Website: Simkah.Kemenag.go.id. The location of this research is KUA, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. This study aims to determine the policy of online marriage registration services through Simkah Web for prospective brides at the Office of Religious Affairs, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The theoretical perspective used is policy theory according to Edward III (Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure and Communication). The research method used is qualitative research with the technique of determining informants using purposive and snowball techniques. The data were obtained by using the methods of observation, interviews, and documents. The results showed that: 1) The availability of human resources at the Office of Religious Affairs in Banda Sakti Sub-district was still very lacking who became SIMKAH WEB Operators so that it was difficult to deal with people who registered for marriage which in almost a month reached an average of 45 pairs. 2) Lack of socialization of the Simkah Web Application by KUA Banda Sakti District to the community so that there are still many people who do manual marriage registration. 3) There is no clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for online marriage registration.

Abstract

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is considered one of the pivotal countries in the region and the international community due to its political and economic weight. The importance of this role comes with the Saudi weight in the Arab Gulf and the importance of the Gulf for the Kingdom’s security in general, as well as being at the forefront of the countries bordering the Gulf in terms of the volume of output and oil reserves. Since the year 2010, changes in the regional environment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have pushed towards reconsidering some of the problems and challenges to which its policy was exposed, and it has moved towards searching for what it deems best to enhance its security and stability in the region. However, this role is faced with internal, economic, political, social, regional and international challenges, The need to adapt in the formation of its positions on regional issues, in line with the changes that occurred in the structure of the Arab regional system and the decline in the position of some regional actors, which led to the multiplicity of Saudi regional proposals to formulate its strategic directions to confront the state of imbalance in the region, in addition to that. Its keenness to fulfill its obligations towards its regional allies, as is the case in Yemen, Saudi Arabia has benefited from being an effective regional state, but its effectiveness must be negatively affected by what is happening on or around its territory. And that future expectations do not serve this role much.

Abstract

Lembaga Pendidik Tenaga Kependidikan berkewajiban menyiapkan guru SMK yang profesional dengan pembelajaran refleksi (reflective learning) yang merupakan model kegiatan pembelajaran dengan melibatkan kegiatan berpikir reflektif dalam prosesnya. Refleksi dalam konteks pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan intelektual dan afektif untuk mengekplorasi pengalaman dalam mencapai pemahaman dan apresiasi-apresiasi baru. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan yang menunjukkan pentingnya Micro Teaching dalam membentuk calon guru SMK yang professional. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan pengembangan model pembelajaran reflektif berbasis Unity of Sciences untuk pembentukan calon guru SMK yang profesional. Pentingnya penelitian ini dilakukan adalah agar dapat menghasilkan suatu model pembelajaran reflektif berbasis Unity of Sciences yang dilakukan melalui tiga pilar utama yaitu spiritualisasi ilmu-ilmu sains, humanisasi ilmu-ilmu agama, dan pemanfaatan local wisdom sehingga dapat membentuk calon guru SMK profesional. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu model pembelajaran reflektif berbasis Unity of Sciences untuk meningkatkan daya saing calon guru SMK pada era revolusi digital yang memiliki kekuatan NASIONALISME, IPTEKS dan IMTAQ dalam mendukung Indonesia Maju. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran reflektif berbasis Unity of Sciences untuk pembentukan calon guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan profesional. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah pengembangan pendidikan umum (Plomp, 1997) implementasi, yaitu (1) fase investigasi awal, (2) fase desain, (3) fase realisasi, (4) fase tes, evaluasi dan revisi, (5) fase implementasi luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran reflektif berbasis Unity of Sciences yang dikembangkan telah valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing calon guru SMK pada era revolusi digital yang memiliki kekuatan NASIONALISME, IPTEKS dan IMTAQ dalam mendukung Indonesia Maju.
