Abstract

The presence of technology and information today has really brought about a big change in aspects of human life where almost all of life is associated with digital use. The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which was felt to be unresolved, but was surprised again by the presence of a new era, namely society 5.0. Life in the era of society 5.0 which is believed to also affect all aspects of life, including the education aspect. Teachers as the spearhead of education strive to be able to create superior students and be able to compete with existing changes. However, the efforts of teachers tend not to get maximum results if they are not supported by policies that provide flexibility for teachers to develop all the potential in students. One of the policies that can support teachers in carrying out their duties properly is the implementation of decentralization in the education line and implementing school-based management (SBM), so that they can build and develop new concepts in education management, such as how to manage, organize education, develop resources. human resources for the better.

Abstract

The educational paradigm in the future is democratic education and democratic education can only be realized in a democratic society, nation and state. Democracy, including education democracy, does not cure various developmental diseases, including getting quality education, but democracy provides the best opportunity for the implementation of justice and respect for human dignity. A democratic education will produce graduates who are able to participate in people's lives and are able to influence public policy decision making. Until now, democratic education is still an unrealized goal. Abstract

Culture is all the work, taste, and creation of the community. Community work produces technology and material culture that are needed by humans to control the natural surroundings, so that their strengths and results can be devoted to the needs of society. Education means the process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group of people in an effort to mature humans through teaching and training efforts, action processes, ways of educating. The role of education is as a transfer of cultural values or as the most effective way of transferring cultural values is by means of the educational process, because the two are very closely related. Culture and education are very closely related, both are mutually sustainable and cannot be separated because they are mutually and in need of each other.

Abstract

Career maturity of an individual can be influenced by external factors in the form of socio-cultural environment. The Minangkabau tribe is known for its culture of living in a surau for youth. Surau in Minangkabau besides having a function as a place of worship but also functions as a traditional Islamic educational institution not only to improve intellectual abilities but also to shape the character and personality of Minangkabau youth through religious learning activities, values of life, martial arts, communication skills. Then in the late 1950s, The existence of the surau in Minangkabau began to decline due to the PRRI incident in West Sumatra which caused psychological trauma for the Minangkabau community so that they began to leave their Minang identity, one of which was the culture of living in a surau. During the reform era, through Law no. 22 of 1999 Minangkabau again promoted the culture of living in a surau with the Baliak ka Surau movement. Where the technical implementation is relevant to the progress of the times in the 21st century. This study uses the library research method. The purpose of this paper is to present an analysis of how youth career maturity in Minangkabau is through the baliak ka surau culture. We need to preserve the Balinese culture of the surau considering the complex functions and benefits of the surau for Minangkabau youth.

Abstract

The research was conducted using a systematic literature study approach on various literatures regarding the use of social cohesion through multicultural counseling in the resolution of social conflicts (brawls between students). Brawls between students are considered a trend for some students to show strength, even if it is only caused by personal or trivial problems. This is motivated by the low understanding of students about diversity and togetherness. Therefore, multicultural counseling services are one way that can be done so that students can live together in a multicultural society and can foster cultural awareness and create closer social cohesion between students. So as to avoid teenage social conflicts or brawls between students.

Abstract

This article discusses "The Relationship Between Humans, Society and Culture". Humans, society and culture there are 3 important things that cannot be separated from their role in life. As we often hear that without the existence of society, culture cannot be preserved. The aim to be achieved in this research is to reveal the relationship between humans, society and culture itself. This research is a library research (library research). Library research is research that obtains data or materials needed from libraries in the form of books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines and so on. The results of this study reveal that culture is the most basic element of a society, so that until now some sociologists and anthropologists still adhere to the notion of cultural determinism, namely that attitudes and patterns of human behavior in society are determined by culture.
