Abstract

Kontrasepsi hormonal DMPA dan Pil mengandung hormon estrogen dan progesteron yang memiliki efek samping jika terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara kedua hormon tersebut dapat menyebabkan perubahan aktivitas seksual, karena hormon progesteron menekan hormon estrogen sehingga kekeringan vagina dan menyebabkan perubahan aktivitas seksual. Menganalisa perbedaan penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal suntik DMPA dan Pil Kombinasi dengan penurunan gairah seksual akseptor KB di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin Tahun 2019. Rancangan penelitian kuantitatif, pendekatan cross sectional, populasi 6709 diambil dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 100 orang, data dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil menunjukkan akseptor KB jenis kontrasepsi suntik dan pil, 42 orang, akseptor suntik DMPA mengalami penurunan gairah seksual, 41 orang, pil kombinasi mengalami penurunan gairah seksual, tidak terdapat perbedaan akseptor suntik DMPA dan pil kombinasi dengan penurunan gairah seksual pada akseptor KB di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pekauman Kota Banjarmasin Tahun 2019. Abstract

Latarbelakang: Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan model kepemimpinan bagi seorang pemimpin yang cenderung memberikan motivasi kepada bawahan untuk bekerja lebih baik serta menitikberatkan pada perilaku untuk membantu tranformasi antara individu dengan organisasi.Tujuan:  untuk mengetahui hubungan aspek kepemimpinan transformasional kepala ruangan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin.Metode: pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 128 orang perawat pelaksana. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Proportional Random Sampling. Tempat penelitian di ruang rawat inap RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman Rank dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner.Hasil: penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara aspek kepemimpinan transformasional kepala ruangan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai (p=0,0000,05) dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,507.Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara aspek kepemimpinan transformasional kepala ruangan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Kata kunci:  Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepala Ruangan, Motivasi Kerja, Perawat Pelaksana The Relationship Between the Transformational Leadership Aspect Of The Head Of The Room And The Work Motivation Of The Executive Nurse In The Inpatient Room At RSUD Dr. H. Ansari Saleh BanjarmasinBackground: Transformational leadership is a leadership model for a leader who tends to motivate subordinates to work better and focuses on behavior to help transform individuals and organizations.Purpose: to determine the relationship between the transformational leadership aspects of the head of the room and the work motivation of the implementing nurses in the inpatient room of RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin.Method: this study uses a quantitative analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples in the study was 128 executive nurses. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The place of research is in the inpatient room of RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank test and the instrument used was a questionnaire.Results: This study shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the transformational leadership aspects of the head of the room and the work motivation of the practicing nurses as indicated by the value (p = 0.000 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.507.Conclusion: There is a positive and significant relationship between the transformational leadership aspects of the head of the room and the work motivation of the implementing nurses in the inpatient room of RSUD Dr. H. Abstract

ABSTRACT Professional nurses according to the book National Accreditation National Standard edition 1.1 are as one of the one Professional Care Provider (PPA). As a PPA who provides care for 24 hours in hospital, it demands that nurses as care professionals must have competence. According to SNARS edition 1.1 hospitals are required to have nursing credential regulations includes evaluation and verification of education, registration, permits, authority, training and experience, Hospitals must also plan for nursing human resources by having qualification standards and Staff Authority (KKS). This study aims to explore in depth efforts to optimize the implementation of credentials according to the National Hospital Accreditation Standards. The research design used in this research is a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach . Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 10 participants and document studies. As a result, there are themes of credential implementation efforts with sub-themes of credentialing and credentialing processes, availability of clinical authority and white papers, involvement of bestari partners, competency assessor training, and technology-based. Credentials and credentials can improve quality, protect patient safety, maintain nursing care service standards and provide protection to nurses. Keywords: Credentials, Clinical Authority, White Paper, Competency Assessor  ABSTRAK Perawat profesional menurut buku Standar Nasional Akreditas Nasional edisi 1.1 adalah sebagai salah satu Profesional Pemberi Asuhan (PPA). Sebagai PPA yang memberikan asuhan selama 24 jam di rumah sakit, maka menuntut perawat sebagai profesional pemberi asuhan harus mempunyai kompetensi. Sesuai SNARS edisi 1.1 rumah sakit wajib mempunyai regulasi kredensial keperawatan meliputi evaluasi dan verifikasi pendidikan, registrasi, izin, kewenangan, pelatihan dan pengalaman, Rumah sakit juga harus merencanakan SDM Keperawatan dengan mempunyai standar Kualifikasi dan Kewenangan Staf (KKS). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengekspolarasi secara mendalam upaya optimalisisasi pelaksanaan kredensial sesuai Standar Nasional Akredetasi Rumah Sakit. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 10 partisipan dan studi dokumen. Hasilnya terdapat tema upaya implementasi kredensial dengan sub tema proses kredensial dan rekredensial, ketersedian kewenangan klinis dan buku putih, keterlibatan mitra bestari, pelatihan asessor kompetensi, dan berbasis teknologi. Kredensial dan rekredensial dapat menigkatkan mutu, perlindunga terhadap keselamatan pasien, mempertahankan standar pelayanan asuhan keperawatan dan memberikan perlindungan kepada perawat. Kata Kunci: Kredensial, Kewenangan Klinis, Buku Putih, Asessor Kompetensi

Abstract

Method: The research design used in this research is a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach . Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 6 participants and document studies in Islamic Hospital of Banjarmasin. Results: As a result, there are themes of The Challenges of Credentials Implementation with sub-themes of The ideal number between assessors and nurses whose competencies assessed, overlapping task an function of credential team, the incentive salary for Assessors, and The Payment for Nursing Service in accordance with clinical autorithy. Conclusion: Credentials can improve quality, protect patient safety, maintain standards of nursing care services and provide protection to nurses if the implementation of credentials is carried out with the correct process such as adequacy of the number of assessors, salary incentives for assessors, clarity of roles and functions of the credential team and also provision of appropriate salaries/bonus with the burden of action that is the responsibility of the nurse
