Abstract

Supervisi di rumah sakit adalah salah satu kunci untuk tetap mempertahankan kualitas asuhan keperawatan. Kompetensi kepala ruangan dalam melaksaksanakan perannya sebagai supervisor di ruang rawat harus menitik beratkan pada pengembangan sikap professional, keterampilan klinis serta peningkatan karir staf. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengungkap makna pengalaman yang dirasakan kepala ruangan saat berperan menjadi supervisor di ruang rawat. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi melalui wawancara mendalam pada enam orang kepala ruangan di RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menjadi seorang supervisor bagi kepala ruangan juga berarti sebagai pengarah dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan perawat, sebagai bagian tugas dan kewajiban dalam pekerjaan dan sebagai bagian pencapaian aktualiasasi diri. Supervisor memainkan peran penting untuk mendukung pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar kepala ruangan selalu berupaya menjadi role model bagi perawat pelaksana, meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang supervisi dan manajemen kepemimpinan secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kepatuhan timbang terima oleh perawat di ruang perawatan sering tidak sesuai dengan SOP pada pelaksanaannya karena kurangnya bimbingan, bantuan dan pengawasan dari kepala ruangan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi timbang terima kepala ruangan dengan kepatuhan timbang terima perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarmasin.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelational. Populasi adalah semua perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarmasin dengan sampel diambil dengan teknik Proporsional Stratified Random Sampling berjumlah 67 orang. Analisis data menggunakan spearman rank.Hasil: Hasil peneltian didapatkan bahwa terbanyak supervisi yang dilakukan kepala ruangan adalah baik (65,7%) dan patuh dalam melaksanakan timbang terima (77,6 %), ada hubungan supervisi timbang terima kepala ruangan dengan kepatuhan timbang terima perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarmasin dengan kekuatan hubungan yang sedang dengan nilai ρ = 0,002 α (0,05).Simpulan: Diharapkan rumah sakit melakukan update SOP timbang terima dengan memasukan unsur pendelegasian supervisi dari kepala ruangan kepada ketua tim terutama pada saat timbang terima dari shift sore kepada shift malam. Kata Kunci: Kepatuhan, Perawat, Supervisi, Timbang TerimaAbstract Background: The obedience of nursing handover implementation at the inpatient ward is often not in accordance with standard procedure. It is due to a lack of guidance, assistance, and head nurse supervision.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between the head nurse’s supervision with nursing handover obedience at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.Methods: This study used a correlational analytic design. The population was all nurses in the inpatient ward of Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. The sample was taken by using a proportional stratified random sampling technique with a total of 67 people. Data analysis used Spearman Rank.Results: The results found that the most supervision carried out by the head nurses was good (65,7%) and obedience of nursing handover was 77,6%. The strength of relationship was moderate, a value of ρ = 0.002 α (0.05).Conclusion: This study is expected that the hospital should update its handover standard procedure. That procedure should include the element of supervision delegation from the head nurse to nurse team leader especially from day shift to night shift. Keywords: Handover, Obedience, Nurse, Supervision

Abstract

Penyebaran Covid-19 menjadikan permasalahan serius yang berdampak pada perubahan sistem pelayanan di rumah sakit. Menjadi tantangan bagi perawat jika selalu melaksanakan handover di samping tempat tidur pasien karena berisiko tinggi terpapar Covid-19. Tujuan program adalah optimalisasi nursing handover masa pandemi untuk tetap menjamin efektifitas kesinambungan perawatan tanpa mengesampingkan prinsip patient safety. Program ini dirancang dengan mengadakan workshop untuk perawat dan pendampingan pelaksanaan di rawat inap percontohan di rumah sakit swasata Banjarmasin. Bedside handover di kamar pasien saat pandemi dilakukan kurang dari 2 menit demi menjaga kepuasan pasien namun tetap meminimalkan waktu kontak dengan pasien. Formulir handover tidak hanya diterapkan untuk ruang rawat inap, tetapi juga untuk ruang-ruangan lain yang berkaitan dengan tindakan pasien. Pentingnya pelaksanaan dan dokumentasi nursing handover adalah untuk menjamin aspek legal etik asuhan keperawatan. Saran yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan kegiatan supervisi keperawatan untuk menjamin pelaksanaan nursing handover tetap sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Rumah sakit disarankan mengembangkan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan digital guna menyikapi tantangan new normal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Professional nurses according to the book National Accreditation National Standard edition 1.1 are as one of the one Professional Care Provider (PPA). As a PPA who provides care for 24 hours in hospital, it demands that nurses as care professionals must have competence. According to SNARS edition 1.1 hospitals are required to have nursing credential regulations includes evaluation and verification of education, registration, permits, authority, training and experience, Hospitals must also plan for nursing human resources by having qualification standards and Staff Authority (KKS). This study aims to explore in depth efforts to optimize the implementation of credentials according to the National Hospital Accreditation Standards. The research design used in this research is a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach . Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 10 participants and document studies. As a result, there are themes of credential implementation efforts with sub-themes of credentialing and credentialing processes, availability of clinical authority and white papers, involvement of bestari partners, competency assessor training, and technology-based. Credentials and credentials can improve quality, protect patient safety, maintain nursing care service standards and provide protection to nurses. Keywords: Credentials, Clinical Authority, White Paper, Competency Assessor  ABSTRAK Perawat profesional menurut buku Standar Nasional Akreditas Nasional edisi 1.1 adalah sebagai salah satu Profesional Pemberi Asuhan (PPA). Sebagai PPA yang memberikan asuhan selama 24 jam di rumah sakit, maka menuntut perawat sebagai profesional pemberi asuhan harus mempunyai kompetensi. Sesuai SNARS edisi 1.1 rumah sakit wajib mempunyai regulasi kredensial keperawatan meliputi evaluasi dan verifikasi pendidikan, registrasi, izin, kewenangan, pelatihan dan pengalaman, Rumah sakit juga harus merencanakan SDM Keperawatan dengan mempunyai standar Kualifikasi dan Kewenangan Staf (KKS). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengekspolarasi secara mendalam upaya optimalisisasi pelaksanaan kredensial sesuai Standar Nasional Akredetasi Rumah Sakit. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 10 partisipan dan studi dokumen. Hasilnya terdapat tema upaya implementasi kredensial dengan sub tema proses kredensial dan rekredensial, ketersedian kewenangan klinis dan buku putih, keterlibatan mitra bestari, pelatihan asessor kompetensi, dan berbasis teknologi. Kredensial dan rekredensial dapat menigkatkan mutu, perlindunga terhadap keselamatan pasien, mempertahankan standar pelayanan asuhan keperawatan dan memberikan perlindungan kepada perawat. Kata Kunci: Kredensial, Kewenangan Klinis, Buku Putih, Asessor Kompetensi

Abstract

ABSTRACT There are many stories of COVID-19 nurses who express feelings of anxiety, fear of being infected and infecting loved ones. This feeling makes their struggle hard in providing nursing care. They have to fight the fear of being infected. This study explored how nurses struggle to harmonize professional obligations with the instinct to protect their own safety. The research design used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The participants ware COVID-19 nurses at the Banjarmasin Private Hospital taken by simple random sampling. The results of the study obtained five themes, namely the mechanism for placing nurses in the COVID-19 ward, the perception of nurses when assigned to the COVID-19 ward, the expectations desired by nurses, the response of the family members of COVID-19 nurses and the positive impact pandemic for nurses. Even though every nurse’s experiences various stressors, in the end they still show their commitment as health workers. have an adequate support both from hospital setting or their families. Their realize that their duties not only for patient recovery but also for the better life of community. Keywords: COVID-19, Nursing care, Professionalism, Stressor, Support system        ABSTRAK Banyak kisah perawat COVID-19 yang mengungkapkan perasaan cemas, takut tertular dan menulari orang yang disayang. Perasaan ini membuat perjuangan mereka berat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Mereka harus melawan rasa takut terinfeksi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana perawat berjuang untuk menyelaraskan kewajiban profesional dengan naluri untuk melindungi keselamatan mereka sendiri. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Partisipan perawat COVID-19 di RS Swasta Banjarmasin diambil secara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan lima tema yaitu mekanisme penempatan perawat di bangsal COVID-19, persepsi perawat saat ditugaskan di bangsal COVID-19, harapan yang diinginkan perawat, respon anggota keluarga COVID-19 perawat dan pandemi dampak positif bagi perawat. Meskipun setiap perawat mengalami berbagai stressor, pada akhirnya mereka tetap menunjukkan komitmennya sebagai tenaga kesehatan. Perawat memiliki dukungan yang memadai baik dari lingkungan rumah sakit maupun keluarganya. Mereka menyadari bahwa tugasnya tidak hanya untuk kesembuhan pasien tetapi juga untuk kehidupan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, COVID-19, Profesionalisme, Stressor, Support System

Method: The research design used in this research is a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach . Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 6 participants and document studies in Islamic Hospital of Banjarmasin. Results: As a result, there are themes of The Challenges of Credentials Implementation with sub-themes of The ideal number between assessors and nurses whose competencies assessed, overlapping task an function of credential team, the incentive salary for Assessors, and The Payment for Nursing Service in accordance with clinical autorithy. Conclusion: Credentials can improve quality, protect patient safety, maintain standards of nursing care services and provide protection to nurses if the implementation of credentials is carried out with the correct process such as adequacy of the number of assessors, salary incentives for assessors, clarity of roles and functions of the credential team and also provision of appropriate salaries/bonus with the burden of action that is the responsibility of the nurse

Abstract

ABSTRACT Midwives in carrying out their roles are expected to be free from pressure (work stress) in order to be able to carry out their work in providing professional nursing care. Errors in intervention will result in failure for both the mother and the baby. The aim of the study was to find out how the phenomenon of work stress is experienced by midwives in the maternity and postpartum wards of hospitals. This study used a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. The instrument used was an interview guide, collecting data with a focus group discussion, the analysis used was thematic analysis. There are two main themes, namely the causes of stress and how to overcome it. Causes of stress consist of patients not understanding procedures, limited room infrastructure, insufficient number of human resources and team methods not optimal. How to deal with it consists of communicating therapeutically to patients and families, coordinating with colleagues and other teams, coordinating with the doctor in charge, dan coordinating with the case manager. This study concluded that the work stress experienced by midwives was mostly due to administrative and managerial problems. This condition increases the workload of midwives. Causing midwives also have to deal with problems other than direct service to patients. Keywords: Delivery Ward, Midwives, Postpartum Ward, Workload, Work Stress  ABSTRAK Bidan dalam menjalankan perannya diharapkan terbebas dari tekanan (stres kerja) agar dapat menjalankan pekerjaannya dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan professional. Kesalahan dalam intervensi akan mengakibatkan kegagalan baik pada ibu ataupun bayi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengalaman stress kerja yang dialami oleh bidan di ruang bersalin dan nifas rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, pengumpulan data dengan focus grup discussion, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik. Terdapat dua tema utama, yaitu penyebab stress dan cara mengatasi. Penyebab stress terdiri atas pasien tidak memahami prosedur, sarana prasarana ruangan terbatas, jumlah SDM belum mencukupi dan metode tim belum optimal. Cara mengatasi terdiri atas melakukan komunikasi terapeutik ke pasien dan keluarga, berkoordinasi dengan sejawat dan tim lain, berkoordinasi dokter sebagai penanggung jawab, dan berkoordinasi dengan case manager. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa stress kerja yang dialami oleh bidan sebagian bersar karena masalah administrasi dan manajerial. Kondisi ini meningkatkan beban kerja bidan. Meyebabkan bidan juga harus berhadapan dengan masalah-masalah selain pelayanan langsung ke pasien. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Bidan, Ruang Bersalin, Ruang Nifas, Stress Kerja

Abstract

The potential of honey as an herbal therapy has no doubt about its benefits. Many local entrepreneurs saw the opportunity of cultivating local honey from the Trigona Spp. or it called kelulut bee honey as a promising business, however the farmer group at Beringin Village faces marketing obstacles. Product sale is limited to local buyers. The aim of this program was to build a branding image and increase sales of kelulut honey. The method used was to carry out community service by making a logo design on honey packaging and assisting marketing using social media. The results obtained were the creation of logos and packaging labels, and the dissemination of information about the products and cultivation of kelulut honey produced by Beringin Village on the Youtube channel and the Instagram. The promotion that has been carried out is expected to attract wider consumer interest, not only to increase sales but also as a new tourist spot to explore the location of kelulut bee honey cultivation. In the future, entrepreneurs can use digital media creatively and innovatively as a means of promotion. This activity is expected to become a government program so that it can increase regional income.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the main problems that until now has not been able to be handled sustainably by the Indonesian government. Garbage disposal that is not handled properly will cause big problems. This program aims to revitalize proper waste disposal and transportation at rural area. The method used by community service. The implementation was by provided trash containers in several locations and established waste management teams. The results obtained from the program are the availability of sufficient waste containers in several village locations, waste transportation was carried out at least once every 3 days using garbage carts, there are sufficient waste selection officers at temporary garbage collection and use personal protective equipment, and routine waste transportation to the landfill. It is recommended that the waste management system in Indonesia be based on community participation and not only rely on landfill. Education about waste for rural communities about reduce, reuse and recycle (3R) must always be carried out so that the waste problem can be resolved.

Abstract

Stunting is still a growth issue that affects toddlers and is defined by growth that differs from normal. Socioeconomic variables, a mother's diet during pregnancy, and a child or toddler's malnutrition may impact this. Natural resources exist throughout Indonesia's large territory and can be used to supply the nation's population's nutritional requirements. Shrimp is one of Indonesia's marine products. Shrimp have active ingredients that are good for humans. These active substances are crucial for preserving the human body's growth, development, and health. We can utilize shrimp as the main component in dishes that are high in nutrients. Stunting must be prevented and stopped by teaching mothers how to process food. Mothers get the chance to cook healthy extras using ingredients that are available locally. In Simpang Warga Dalam Village, community service was used to complete this project. The technique used is an example of processing shrimp dim sum as a substitute for processed food. The findings demonstrate that the mothers played an active part in the training and were knowledgeable about how to prepare shrimp dim sum. It is believed that if this initiative continues, moms will be able to feed their toddlers healthily at home on their own.
