Abstract

Desa Boal merupakan desa yang berada di Kecamatan Empang, Kabupaten Sumbawa. Desa Boal disebut desa tertinggal karena sistem pelayanannya yang masih manual, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadi kehilangan data, kesalahan dalam pengisian data dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Kependudukan Desa Berbasis Web Menggunakan CodeIgniter untuk digunakan oleh pemerintah desa dalam melakukan pendataan penduduk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yaitu metode prototype. Sistem ini memiliki dua user yaitu jika login sebagai Admin maka menu yang ditampilkan menu Desa, Masyarakat, Kartu keluarga, Admin, Data Kelahiran, Data Kematian, Data Pendatang dan Data Pindah. Jika login sebagai masyarakat menu yang ditampilkan menu Masyarakat, Kartu Keluarga, Surat Domisili, Surat Kelahiran, Surat Kematian, Surat Pendatang dan Surat Pindah.

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is an institution or organization in charge of organizing, managing, and facilitating blood donor activities, from collection to distribution. Based on the results of interviews with officers of the Sumbawa Regency PMI blood transfusion unit, the blood donor data management process has previously used the system, but it has not been maximized, therefore researchers created a distributed data system with the replication method. The system is built using unified modeling language (UML), laravel as a framework with PHP programming language, and MySQL as a database. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with observation, interview, and literature study stages, while the software development method uses Extreme Programming. This Extreme Programming method has advantages that allow the development team to create simple code so that it can be improved at any time. This research produces an integrated web-based system, with features of blood donor data, blood stocks, blood requests, and blood request reports.

Abstract

Kindergarten Assisted by Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sumbawa Regency is an educational institution part of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Foundation of Sumbawa Regency. The utilization of digital technology in monitoring and evaluating DWP Assisted Kindergarten activities is still done manually. This research aims to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation Application with the Agile Method at the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Assisted Kindergarten of Sumbawa Regency, which aims to produce a web-based application with an attractive appearance with additional features, namely the activity menu, inventory menu, and report menu. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and literature study. This application was built using the agile method software development methodology, with structured modeling, codeigniter framework and PHP programming language and black box testing. The result of this research is a web-based monitoring and evaluation application for kindergarten. It is hoped that this application can help the monitoring and evaluation process of kindergartens assisted by DWP Sumbawa Regency more effectively and efficiently
