Abstract

Hotel adalah suatu perusahaan yang dikelola oleh pemiliknya dengan menyediakan pelayanan makanan, minuman dan fasilitas kamar untuk tidur kepada orang- orang yang sedang melakukan perjalanan dan mampu membayar dengan jumlah yang wajar sesuai dengan pelayanan yang diterima tanpa adanya perjanjian khusus,Sulastiyono (2008:5) Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kegiatan pelayanan konsumen pada Hotel Mahkota Lamongan dengan judul “ Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Mahkota Lamongan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruhnya kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Mahkota Lamongan .Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan mengolah, menelaah dan mereduksi bahan yang terkumpul,kemudian data dianalisis untuk disarikan kembali dalam sebuah karya yang memfokuskan pada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Mahkota Lamongan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik maka kepuasan konsumen makin meningkat. Kepuasan konsumen ini dipengaruhi oleh: bukti langsung, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan berpihak kepada pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah bukti langsung.

Abstract

Village funds are a mandate that must be conveyed to the village community, program effectiveness and village fund management are a reference for success in the program to improve the welfare of rural communities. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation, effectiveness and impact of the village fund program in Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. This study uses qualitative, the main data sources in this study are the words and actions of who will be interviewed. The rest is additional data such as photos, certificates, documents and others. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews (interviews), documentation, and observations, both directly and involved (participant observation). The results of the research are as follows, that the village fund program in the village of Ngabar, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency in 2020 runs very effectively with the suitability of financial management based on Permendagri No. 113 of 2014, the implementation of the village fund program in Ngabar village, Ponorogo district, can be categorized as quite effective. With the resource approach, process approach, and goals approach, and that the village fund program has had a positive impact in empowering the people of Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. These impacts can be seen in the realization of the village fund program in Ngabar village in 2020.

Abstract

The traditional market is an ancestral heritage market and has existed from time to time. Traditional market conditions are required to be equated with various policies, especially regarding cleanliness, tidiness, security, and comfort for buyers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of traditional market relocation for buyers and on the income of traders in the Mejayan Baru market, Madiun Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and is a field research. With the research location in the Caruban Regional Market, the address is JL Letjen Sutoyo, No. 1, Bangunsari, Mejayan, Caruban, Karanglo, Buduran, Madiun Regency. The specified informants were selected randomly. Data were collected by means of documentation, observation and interviews. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the research are as follows: After a market relocation, buyers in the Mejayan Baru market are reduced. because of the difficulty of transportation access to traditional markets, the quiet environment to the market which makes it prone to crime. The purchase price is slightly different from before the relocation, the positive impact felt by the community is the opening of job opportunities and a change in the status of illegal traders to legal and the negative impacts that arise are the decrease in the income of traders to half of the income before the relocation, the decrease in the feasibility and convenience of the business, increasing costs operational.
