Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM dalam bidang teknologi khususnya keuangan dan perpajakan perlu dilakukan karena UMKM harus dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi untuk mempertahankan kegiatan usahanya Pasca Pandemi Covid-19. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk membantu UMKM adalah dengan adanya program UMKM Go Online. Seiring dengan upaya pemerintah untuk mendorong adanya UMKM Go online, maka pencatatan keuangan dan perpajakan yang berbasis digital juga perlu diterapkan oleh UMKM. UMKM The Angkal Merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dibidang transportasi fast boat Bali Nusa Penida. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pihak manajemen, adapun permasalahan yang dimiki UMKM The Angkal antara lain: 1). UMKM The Angkal masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan keuangan manual, 2). UMKM The Angkal belum memiliki laporan keuangan yang baik dan terkonsolidasi untuk semua cabangnya, 3). Karyawan UMKM belum mampu menggunakan sistem keuangan yang berbasis web, dan 4). Karyawan UMKM belum memahami administrasi perpajakan yang baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM The Angkal upaya yang dilakukan untuk pemberdayaan UMKM antara lain: 1. Melakukan analisis kebutuhan sistem keuangan, 2). Merancang dan mendesain sistem keuangan berbasis web “AngkalFis” 3) Memberikan Pelatihan pada karyawan dalam rangka penggunaan sistem keuangan berbasis web. 4). Memberikan pelatihan administrasi perpajakan kepada karyawan UMKM. 5). Melakukan Monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan.

Abstract

The study aims at analyzing the direct and indirect effects of green human resources management, innovative work behaviour, knowledge inertia, and innovation of the coffee small medium entreprises (SMEs) in Bali. This study was conducted based on gaps in previous studies, namely: First, the limitations of research that discusses the study of process innovation compared to research that discusses product innovation. Second, the lack of studies that can enrich the implementation of GHRM at the micro level. Third, the lack of studies that can identify the factors forming a more comprehensive model of process innovation. Respondents were 284 Coffee SMEs in Bali. Data were collected by using quetionnaire. Path analysis is used in the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation with the help of SmartPLS. The results showed that: 1) Green human resources management has a possitive effect on innovation, 2) Green human resources management has a possitive effect on innovative work behavior, 3) innovative work behavior has a positive effect on innovation, 4) Innovative work behavior partially mediates the relationship between GHRM and innovation, 5) Knowledge inertia has no significant effect in moderating green human resource management (GHRM) to innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Social media is currently growing quite rapidly with the development of technology and information in the industrial era 4.0. In line with the use of the internet which is growing quite rapidly, it can be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to market their products online. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of brand love in mediating the influence of social media marketing on brand loyalty in culinary SMEs in Denpasar. 110 respondents were used in the research by taking purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is a Path Analysis technique with complete Sobel testing to examine the role of mediation. The results showed that 1) social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty to Culinary MSME consumers in Denpasar, 2) social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand love among Culinary MSME consumers in Denpasar, 3) brand love had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty to Culinary MSME consumers in Denpasar, 4) brand love is able to mediate the influence of social media marketing on brand loyalty to Culinary MSME consumers in Denpasar. The implications of the research results are to continue to promote and be active on social media by providing good service and quality as well as promotions or discounts so that positive comments arise from consumers.

Abstract

Buleleng merupakan kabupaten penghasil kopi Robusta kedua terbesar di Bali. Data BPS tahun 2018-2020 menunjukkan jumlah produksi kopi Robusta di Buleleng berkisar antara 4000-5000 ton per tahun. Desa Pucaksari merupakan salah satu desa penghasil kopi Robusta di Buleleng. Jumlah produksi kopi yang potensial secara agregat pada faktanya tidak diimbangi dengan kesempatan desa Pucaksari memperoleh program pelatihan pengolahan kopi. Pertumbuhan produksi kopi Robusta di desa Pucaksari Buleleng belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh program pelatihan yang mencukupi. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari kurangnya edukasi ke pekebun tentang metode pasca panen kopi. Kopi Robusta belum mendapatkan metode treatment kopi yang baik. Pekebun kopi, sebagian besar memanfaatkan cara pemrosesan kopi pasca panen yang masih tradisional, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode dry processing. Metode ini dilakukan dengan mengeringkan kopi Robusta di bawah sinar matahari langsung. Metode dry processing, apabila tidak didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang baik dapat berakibat pada defect/cacat produk kopi. Pekebun kopi apabila tidak mendapatkan edukasi dan training yang tepat akan mengakibatkan menurunnya kualitas citarasa kopi yang berujung pada rendahnya harga kopi Robusta di pasaran. Dalam hal ini, peran perguruan tinggi vokasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam membantu membangun masyarakat melalui program pelatihan yang diberikan. Program pelatihan ini memberikan keuntungan kepada pekebun kopi melalui outcome inovasi pada proses kopi. Adapun program yang diberikan dalam bentuk edukasi dan pelatihan implementasi   post harvest management. Program ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill 15 petani tentang pengolahan pasca panen kopi dan peningkatan kualitas cita rasa kopi Robusta dengan skor 84 yang termasuk dalam kategori kopi excellent/fine Robusta.

Abstract

The study aims at analyzing the direct and indirect effects of intrinsic motivation, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention on the 270 employees of eco-oriented startups in Bali. This study was conducted based on research gaps, namely: 1) the limitations of research that emphasizes intrinsic motivation in the behavioral intention of using recruitment games; and 2) the lack of studies that enrich the combination of SDT and TAM theory. The data were collected using a questionnaire, and SmartPLS was used to analyze the results. The results showed that: 1) Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive relationship to perceived ease of use; 2) Perceived ease of use has a significant positive relationship to behavioral intention; 3) Perceived ease of use mediates intrinsic motivation and behavioral intention; and 4) Intrinsic motivation has a significant positive relationship to behavioral intention.

Abstract

The Importance of Quality of Work Life on Teacher Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Consequences of Leader-Member Exchange and Organizational Commitment. Objective: The study's major goal was to look at the quality of work life, leader member exchange, and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of private high school instructors in Pematangsiantar City. Methods: This study employs a quantitative research strategy. Multiple regression testing, hypothesis testing using simultaneous and partial approaches, and correlation testing with the coefficient of determination are all used in data analysis. Findings: The results of this research explain that quality of work life, leader member exchange, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: The findings of this study confirm the quality of work life and leader member exchange for schools and for teachers is for schools to attract and maintain the work spirit of teachers.
