Abstract

Hipertensi menjadi masalah kesehatan yang paling banyak terjadi pada lansia. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya hal tersebut adalah semakin bertambahnya usia, fungsi fisiologis mengalami penurunan akibat proses penuaan dan masalah degeneratif dapat menurunkan daya tahan. Aktivitas fisik seperti olahraga menjadi salah satu alternatif mengurangi resiko tersebut. Keterbatasan dalam mempertahankan durasi berolahraga menjadi masalah paling sering dialami oleh lansia. Desain penelitian quasy experimental dengan one group pre-test and post-test design, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada 63 lansia di wilayah Kota Malang untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi walking programme dalam upaya meningkatkan durasi berolahraga pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara durasi berolahraga sebelum dan sesudah intervensi walking programme dengan nilai signifikansi p < 0.02. Responden yang melakukan aktivitas berupa walking programme dengan durasi <30 menit mengalami penurunan setelah intervensi Walking Programme dengan pendekatan Transtheoretical Model sedangkan durasi >30 menit mengalami peningkatan setelah pemberian intervensi. Peningkatan durasi berolahraga dengan implementasi Walking Programme dominan ditunjukkan pada kelompok tahap action dan tahap maintenance. Kesimpulan, melalui Walking Programme, faktor kelelahan berhubungan dengan perilaku sedentary dan kurang taat berolahraga dapat diturunkan, sehingga hal tersebut juga akan berdampak pada durasi olahraga yang semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Introduction: The occurrence of cardiac arrest outside the hospital is still an occurrence with frequent and even increasing frequency. While CPR volunteer assistance has been widely reported at low rates in various parts of the world (Abella, 2008). This requires the existence of other recommended methods and methods so that the level of RJP Volunteers' availability and Knowledge becomes more numerous. Teaching to an early age is recommended because the earlier they get to know the RJP management, the better their knowledge going forward. Children are fast and easy learners to be motivated. This then encourages researchers to examine alternative methods that can be used to increase the knowledge and number of CPR volunteers. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of using puzzle games to increase knowledge and willingness to become an RJP volunteer in Kedungpedaringan 1 Kepanjen elementary school students. Method: Quasy experimental research method. The sample used by 65 people by simple random sampling will be divided into 3 groups. Group 1 uses standard teaching techniques (SAP), Group 2 uses Puzzle games and group 3 uses a combination of SAP and Puzzle games. Results: There was a significant effect (p <0.01) between learning using SAP / Modules and Puzzle Games on the level of knowledge and the level of willingness of respondents before and after treatment. Responded stated that they prefer learning using Puzle game. Discussion: Puzle game is a form of educational game where its function is not only as a means of play but also a form of education for students. The function of the game is to create a pleasant atmosphere for students. With a pleasant atmosphere, students can receive and understand information conveyed more easily

Abstract

Hypertension is a complex health problem with many influential factors. Hypertension which was previously a disease that mostly affects adults, is now increasingly widespread in children and adolescents, especially at the age of less than 19 years. The purpose of this study is to identify risk factors that play a role in the occurrence of hypertension in adolescents aged 15-18 years. The study design used correlational research with cross sectional approach. Samples were taken by means of purposive sampling of Vocational High Schools in Kepanjen Area totaling 176 people. In this study, data taken included age, sex, family history, body mass index (BMI), abdominal circumference, physical activity, and smoking behavior. This study uses a bivariate analysis using the chi square test and the fisher test and subsequently a multivariate test using logistic regression. The logistic regression test results obtained significance of 0.024 physical activity and smoking behavior of 0.008. This shows that physical activity and smoking is the most influence the occurrence of hypertension in adolescents aged 15-18 years. The conclusion from this study that the highest effect in hypertension in adolescents aged 15-18 years are physical activity and smoki8ng behavior. Suggestions based on the results of this study are expected to be carried out further studies related to other factors that influence and are more specified in systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

Abstract

Game adalah salah satu kegiatan rekreasi paling umum tanpa memandang budaya, usia, dan jenis kelamin, terutama sejak perkembangan internet. Bermain game yang bisa dilakukan bisa dilakukan secara online dan offline. Adapun bermain game online bisa menyebabkan kejadian Intenet Gaming Disoder (IGD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang fenomena bermain game pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Sekolah Menengah Atas dan kejadian  Intenet Gaming Disoder (IGD). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan populasi dan sampel adalah remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 1 minggu dengan menggunakan google form dan assessment terhadap internet gaming disorder adalah berdasarkan DSM-5 yang diadaptasi dari Video Game Dependency Scale yang meliputi 9 kriteria dari internet gaming disorder. Hasil Penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi dan narasi. Dari 132 responden terdapat 40 remaja bermain game online, 63 bermain game offline dan 29 remaja bermain game online dan offline. Dari 40 remaja yang bermain game online tidak didapatkan kejadian Intenet Gaming Disoder (IGD). Diperlukan kehadiran orang tua secara emosional dan keluarga yang nyaman serta adanya upaya sosialisasi berkaitan dengan pengunaan waktu bermain game sebagai antisipasi dampak negatif bermain game sehingga game tidak mengganggu kehidupan.

Abstract

The treatment of mental health problems has changed over from hospitalbased to community-based psychiatric services. They focused not only on medication but also emphasized more on prevention and promotion. This strategy was carried out not only by health workers but also by laypersons from community empowerment. Laypersons have experienced difficult conditions and problems, such as the possibility of experiencing role conflict, fatigue, physic, and verbal abuse. Those a challenge and pressure that often affects laypersons as a pioneer of the mental health community. The purpose of this study was to explore the barriers of laypersons in the mental health community in Malang, Indonesia. The research design used was qualitative with an interpretive phenomenological approach. The data collecting using indepth interviews with semi-structured interview guides involving twelve laypersons who participated in this study. Laypersons were interviewed individually and asked this single question: What does the barriers experience of being a layperson of community mental health empowerment mean? Participant's descriptions were analyzed using Interpretive Phenomenology Analysis (IPA). Six categories emerged from data analysis: (i) moral and material community support; (ii) limited facilities and infrastructure; (iii) sense of belonging; (iv) feel exploited; (v) sense of purpose and (vi) tough. The findings suggest that each individual has unique barriers’ experiences of being laypersons in the community. In conclusion, the layperson's lack of motivation and sense of responsibility was a big barrier to improving mental health services in the community, it's tougher when they have less support from all community sectors.

Abstract

Introduction: Mental health treatment has moved from hospital-based to community-based psychiatric services. Mental illness often has a 'ripple effect' on families, creating tension, uncertainty, stress, and sometimes significant changes in how people live their lives. The study aims to determine the effect of FPE mobile application to decrease stress level of families living with mental illness. Method: A quasi experiment pre-post test with control group designed apply to this study. A purposive sampling technique carried out in Centered-public health of Bantur. The intervention group with 6 trained cadres give 30 families. Both, pre and posttest measured of stress level. Result and analysis: Pre and posttest measured of stress level. Statistically, a significant mean values difference of stress (p=0.001), as significance as p<0.05. Discussion: Statistically, FPE has a positive effect on the stress level of families living with mental illness. A positive-benefits on the psychological aspect, especially in reducing stress on caregivers for families living with mental illness, but no clinically significant effect on the stress scores of families living with mental illness in relation to high family burdens. Conclusion: FPE has a significance positive effect on the stress level of families living with mental illness, but no clinically significant effect on the stress scores of families living with mental illness.   Keyword: Family stress, FPE Mobile, Psychoeducation

Abstract

Jumlah orang yang menderita gangguan jiwa cukup tinggi di Indonesia, dengan kasus tertinggi terjadi di Jawa Timur, terutama di Kabupaten Malang. Pengembangan program kesehatan mental berbasis masyarakat adalah salah satu cara untuk menangani kesehatan mental. Peran Kader yang sangat penting dalam penanganan kesehatan jiwa belum didukung dengan adanya sistem yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan kader dalam pelayanan kesehatan jiwa terutama tata kelola administrasi dan dokumentasi kinerja kader. Adapun tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk optimalisasi peran kader dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa pada ODGJ dan keluarga yang merawat serta mampu mendokumentasikan pelaporan kinerja melalui Sistem Terintegrasi Kader (SITERKA). Rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan mulai bulan Agustus hingga Oktober 2024 dengan metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diawali dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi dan pelatihan, pendampingan, penguatan, serta evaluasi program sebagai tahap akhir. Untuk menguji kualitas produk perangkat SITERKA menggunakan Model International Organization for Standarization (ISO) 9126 dengan beberapa aspek yang diuji. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa rekapitulasi skor aktual adalah 89% yang berarti bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan skema Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perangkat lunak yang juga mencerminkan bahwa digitaliasi sangat diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan peran kader. Hasil kuesioner kepuasan mitra menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan PKM memberikan manfaat kepada kader di LSM Jiwa Bantur dengan perannya sebagai mitra sasaran dengan peningkatan kemampuan pemberdayaan sebesar lebih dari 90%.
