Social Reality-Based Arabic Language Learning in Islamic Senior High School Ahmad Nurcholis; Muhamad Asngad Rudisunhaji; Timbul Timbul; Heri Efendi; Siti Marpuah

Social reality is an interesting issue in Arabic learning in madrasas because students can connect the subject matter with the phenomenon in the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the success of MA Sirojut Tholibin Bacem Sutojayan Blitar in implementing social reality-based Arabic learning. It is qualitative research with an exploratory approach and phenomenological analysis. This study used the theory of social reality initiated by Paul Ricoeur (in 1973). The principal of Paul Ricoeur said that human actions in social reality are symbols of language, while these symbols invite certain thoughts and interpretations. The results of this study indicated that MA Sirojut Tholibin had succeeded in implementing social reality-based Arabic learning. The students’ Arabic language competence is increasing through social reality approaches such as learning ethics, juvenile delinquency, and the influence of social media. The learning media used included news articles, newspapers, websites, and scientific articles.

Pada zaman milenial ini penggunaan teknologi semakin canggih dan berkembang diseluruh dunia, baik itu dalam bidang pendidikan, seni budaya mahupun ekonomi. Wujudnya aplikasi-aplikasi yang berbentuk digital melonjakkan lagi penggunaan internet dalam kehidupan harian termasuklah transaksi jual beli antara negara yang dilakukan hanya diujung jari. Minimnya pengetahuan dan kemahiran mahasiswa serta masyarakat terhadap teknologi menyebabkan mereka kalah dalam persaingan ekonomi. Hal ini dapat menjejaskan produk jualan tidak menarik, imej perusahaan kurang professional dan pendapatan akan rendah akhirnya kelestarian ekonomi menurun. Oleh itu kajian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan satu cabang teknologi yaitu membina website dikenali sebagai G-Sites. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kaedah Participation Action Research (PAR Method). Pembinaan satu video tutorial G-Site telah dilakukan dan dimasukkan dalam youtube. Hasilnya di dapati bahwa 13 orang responden mengatakan video tutorial tersebut 100% dapat membantu mereka dalam membina sebuah website dan juga dapat menambah imej perniagaan lebih professional jika dilakukan dengan menggunakan website. Kesimpulannya bahwa mahasiswa serta masyarakat perlulah menguasai kemahiran dalam teknologi untuk melestarikan ekonomi yang bersaing ditingkat nasional dan internasional.

This study aims to determine the positive relationship between perceptions of the principal's transformational leadership style and organizational commitment in teachers/educators. Organizational commitment should be owned by every teacher/educator to achieve the goals of the educational institution listed in the vision and mission of the educational institution. However, commitment to the organization could be more concern for educational institutions. This study is to fill the literature gap and provide direction to stakeholders as a consideration for making references regarding transformational leadership style and teacher organizational commitment. The data collection method in this study used a scale with the Likert Model scale scoring technique. The hypothesis in the study is that there is a relationship between the perception of the principal's transformational leadership style and the teachers' organizational commitment. The population and sample in the study were all educators in kindergartens in Cilacap District, totaling 30 teachers/educators. Data collection methods using the Transformational Leadership Style scale and Organizational Commitment scale. The results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis of the two variables amounted to (rxy) 0.402 (p < 0.014). The results showed a positive and very significant relationship between the perception of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment in teachers in kindergarten. The coefficient of determination of the correlation coefficient is R2 = 0.162. The conclusion from the data presented shows that leadership style provides an effective contribution to organizational commitment in teachers by 16.2%. The usefulness of this research is the need and importance of leadership style to determine the organizational commitment attached to teachers.

Sufism is one of the sciences in Islam that focuses more on the spiritual realm. Therefore, many Islamic communities study Sufism to improve their spiritual quality. One of the references that can be used to study Sufism is the Book Marăqil 'Ubūdyah. The purpose of this study is to explain Shaykh Nawawi al-Jawi's tasawuf thoughts in the book marăqil 'ubūdiyah. This type of research is library research. The uniqueness of his tasawuf thought is related to three fundamental things, namely: first, a salik when he first enters the world of tasawuf he must strengthen his shari'ah teachings, because according to sheikh Nawai shari'a are some of God's laws ordered by the Messenger to mankind originating from God in the form of obligatory laws, sunnah, haram, makruh and mubah; second, sălik. carry out various obligations, traditions, leave various prohibitions, stay away from excessive things that are permissible, carry out caution such as: wara', riyadhah in the form of literacy, hunger and silence; third, understanding the nature of everything, such as witnessing Allah's asthma' (names), Allah's attributes, witnessing the Essence and secrets of the Qur'an, the secrets of prohibition, permissibility, and some unseen knowledge that cannot be obtained from a person. teacher, but the knowledge is understood from God. In the end, it is hoped that this article can provide readers with a deeper understanding of Syekh Nawawi sl-Jawi's taswuf thoughts which combine sharia, tarekat and essence. The Qur'an which was revealed in Arabic became a polemic on how the Qur'an could be understood and studied by people who could not speak Arabic. Then there appeared interpreters who aimed to make it easier to study the Qur'an to be practiced in daily activities. One of the most phenomenal and first works of interpretation in Indonesian is the Tafsir al-Karim which is a book written by Mahmud Yunus. This article aims to explore in depth how Mahmud Yunus interpreted in his Tafsir al-Karim, biography, style, method, and analysis of character education in the Tafsir al-Karim. The researcher concluded that there are 15 values of character education in this Tafsir al-Karim, namely: politeness, birul walidain, respecting others, speaking well, being firm in one's stance, being fair, having good thoughts, tolerance, faith (tawhid), being humble, being pious, integrity, being grateful, being honest, and being responsible.
