Abstract

Integration of Islam with local wisdom in business development in Mandailing Natal Regency as an effort to improve the economy and welfare by rejecting the concept of exploitation and discrimination but prioritizing the value of benefit in the midst of the proliferation of franchised businesses. This study aims to analyze the development of sharia-based local wisdom business in Mandailing Natal Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data are described from the results of observations, interviews, and documents as well as relevant references to understand socio-cultural both in attitudes, motivations and people's expectations related to business development by analyzing data using qualitative methods. The results show that business development by integrating Islamic values ​​with local wisdom of Mandailing Natal referring to the philosophy of Dalihan Na Tolu, Marsialap ari Marsalapari and Poda Na Lima, is a strategic step in developing a business so that it can compete with franchise businesses, in line with the adage “Hombardo adat dohot worship as a way of life. Steps that need to be developed are regulations, new innovations and management and marketing strategies that are tailored to the needs of the community and market and according to sharia principles as an effort to realize a balance of welfare and happiness in this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

The people of Tangga Bosi II have a habit of lending money, accompanied by the condition that the lender controls the rice fields. On the one hand, this is considered something reasonable, but on the other hand, this needs further investigation in a review of sharia economic law. In this regard, this study aims to describe the conditions of the Qardh contract that have been implemented in the village of Tanga Bosi II and to analyze these conditions in a review of sharia economic law analysis. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The primary sources in this study are qardh actors in the village of Tangga Bosi II and related people. In contrast, the secondary data sources are obtained from books related to the author's thesis. The results of the study revealed that the qardh contract carried out by the Tanggga Bosi II village community was still based on oral, and it was customary based on agreement and trust intending to help each other or help each other, by way of the lender providing guarantees for his debt in the form of rice fields. A review of sharia economic law on the problems mentioned above includes injustice to the borrower because it is unfair to the borrower; other than that, he owes the rice fields for his livelihood to be controlled by the lender.

Abstract

Kearifan lokal adalah kebijaksanaan setempat atau kearifan setempat atau dapat juga dimaknai sebagai ide-ide setempat yang bersifat bijaksana, bermuatan nilai yang baik, penuh kebijaksanaan, yang diikuti dan tertanam dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peran kearifan lokal Kota Padang Sidimpuan terhadap Pengembangan Bisnis Syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada pelaku usaha, masyarakat, tokoh adat dan pemerintah, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan menghasilkan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa Kearifan lokal Kota padang sidimpuan sangat berperan dalam mengembangkan bisnis syariah yang sesuai tuntunan agama islam, dimana pelaku usaha dan konsumen saling menjaga, saling menghormati, saling menghargai, saling peduli, saling tolong menolong ini tercermin dari melekatnya nilai adat budaya dalam diri masyarakat. Kearifan lokal ini tidak berfokus pada pencantuman kata “syariah” yang melekat pada merek dagang atau merek usaha, akan tetapi lebih kepada muatan kegiatan/aktivitas bisnis yang bernilai syariah, ramah tamah, tutur kata yang sopan dan santun, jujur, ketertiban dan keamanan kegiatan ekonomi.

Abstract

The concept of borrowing and borrowing (al-qardh) in Islam is an approach to tabarru' to Allah with the aim of getting His pleasure. This is a form of concern for fellow human beings, especially for people who are struggling with life's difficulties, so that the loans given are able to ease the burden of life for those who are in trouble. Loans in Islam must be separated from commercial or profit-oriented elements, because it is a pure contract of mutual assistance as a form of devotion to Allah Swt. As for the tradition of the Tangga Bosi community, Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra, that when the rice planting season arrives, the majority of people who are farmers will borrow money from rice mill traders to provide capital for cultivating rice fields and also for daily needs with guaranteed yields. When the rice is harvested, it must be sold to the merchant who provided the loan at a price determined by the merchant. The results of the study concluded that the practice of borrowing and borrowing carried out by the Tangga Bosi community with the concept they agreed upon was not in accordance with Islamic teachings because of the taking of benefits or profits on one side, then guaranteeing the rice yields which could not be guaranteed to be successful or not (gharar). However, if you are in a state of urgency or emergency after all efforts have been made but no solution is found, then this kind of lending practice is allowed because it is feared that without this loan cultivation of rice fields will not work and will bring greater mafsadat so that it interferes with the five main elements of the goal shari'ah is established (maqashid shari'ah).

Abstract

AbstrakPerubahan batas usia perkawinan yang awalnya 19 tahun untuk laki-laki dan 16 tahun untuk Perempuan menjadi 19 tahun baik untuk laki-laki dan perempuan sesuai yang termaktub dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Perubahan dari Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk menekan tingginya angka perkawinan di bawah umur dengan memperhatikan kemaslahatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk mensosialisasikan perubahan aturan hukum tersebut sehingga timbul kesadaran di masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan kepada masyarakat desa binaan Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Mandailing Natal dengan latar belakang usia dan pendidikan yang berbeda dengan jumlah 100 orang. Metode dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan; pertama, tahap persiapan dengan mengumpulkan peserta dan melakukan pretest secara sederhana kepada peserta untuk memahami sejauh mana tingkat pemahaman mereka terhadap materi sosialisasi, kedua, tahap pelaksanaan dengan memberikan materi sosialisasi, menjelaskan materi tersebut dengan baik, setelah itu dilakukan diskusi interaktif dengan peserta, ketiga,  tahap evaluasi dengan melakukan postest kepada peserta dan dari hasil postest tersebut dijadikan bahan evaluasi terhadap perbaikan pendampingan berikutnya. Hasil kegiatan pasca sosialisasi ini memberikan trend positif terlihat dari antusiasme dan kepuasan peserta mencapai 85% Puas dan 0% Tidak Puas, hal ini menunjukkan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik. Pemahaman peserta juga meningkat menjadi 45% dari sebelumnya 5%, namun karena masih ada dari peserta yang masih Tidak Paham 13% sehingga pendampingan yang berkelanjutan harus dilakukan dengan memberikan akses secara kontinu dengan berbagai media komunikasi untuk keberlanjutan dari kegiatan sosialisasi. Kata kunci : batas usia perkawinan; masyarakat panyabungan; undang-undang perkawinan. AbstractChanges to the marriage age limit from 19 years for men and 16 years for women to 19 years for both men and women as stated in Law Number 16 of 2019. Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage are The government's efforts to reduce the high number of underage marriages by paying attention to welfare. The aim of this service is to socialize changes to legal regulations so that awareness arises in society. This outreach activity was carried out among the village community assisted by the Mandailing Natal State Islamic College with different age and educational backgrounds totaling 100 people. The method is carried out in several stages; first, the preparation stage by conducting a pretest on participants to understand the extent of their understanding of the socialization material, second, the implementation stage by providing socialization material, explaining the material well, after that an interactive discussion is held with the participants, third, the evaluation stage by conducting a posttest to participants and the results of the posttest are used as evaluation material for subsequent improvements in mentoring. The results of this post-socialization activity provided a positive trend as seen from the enthusiasm and satisfaction of participants reaching 85% Satisfied and 0% Dissatisfied, this shows that the activity went well. Participants' understanding also increased to 45% from the previous 5%, however, because there were still 13% of participants who did not understand, ongoing assistance must be carried out by providing continuous access to various communication media for the continuity of socialization activities. Keywords: marriage age limit; panyabungan community; marriage law.
