Abstract

This study aims to determine all the effects of earnings per share, ownership size, institutional ownership on stock returns. The study used a population of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period with 65 sample companies obtained through the round-trip method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable earning per share partially shows t has a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value. The company size variable partially shows a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value. The institutional ownership variable partially shows a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value. Simultaneously, earnings per share, company size and institutional ownership have a significant effect on stock returns with a significant value.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of influence of profitability, asset growth, and company size on changes in capital structure in manufacturing companies. The method used for sample determination is purposive sampling with analytical methods using descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests and multiple panel data regression. The data tested in the study were 112 companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors, consumer goods, and the textile and garment sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that partially profitability had a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while asset growth had a positive and significant effect. Then the company must be able to choose the right combination of financing sources in order to be able to produce optimal profits.

Abstract

The aim of this study is the level of influence of commitment on employee performance in several Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). The method used is a survey with an associative type. The processed data is questionnaire filling data for all Civil Servants (PNS) in the Solok City Regional Government, totaling 158 people. The results of this study are that commitment has a significant effect, competition has no significant effect, and Locus of Control has a significant effect on employee performance. So the leadership of several OPDs continues to pay attention to the commitment and Locus of Control of each employee to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the analysis of employee performance in terms of work discipline, work motivation and leadership style at Kodim 0307 Tanah Datar. Data collection methods through surveys and questionnaires. Total sample of 121 respondents. The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Ŷ = 7.054 + 0.426 X1 + 0.186 X2 + 0.274 X3. There is a positive and significant influence between leadership style (X1) on employee performance (Y), with t count 0.426 or significantly lower than alpha (0.000<0.05). Then a positive and significant effect between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a t count of 0.186 or a significant level smaller than alpha (0.012<0.05). There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y), with tcount 0.274 or significantly lower than alpha (0.001>0.05) and significant influence between leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2 ) and work motivation (X3) together on employee performance (Y) as well as a strong relationship between each of these variables with f count 28,534 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05).

Abstract

The objective of this study to identify the impact of culinary tourism on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Respondents in this study are the tourists in Padang city, West Sumatra. The study utilized primary data which is obtained through the questionnaire. The respondents were selected by convenience sampling method. The number of respondents is 384 determined by using Lemeshow formula. Data were analyzed by Path Analysis. The result show that culinary tourism has a positive and significant effect both on destination loyalty and tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on destination loyalty. Culinary tourism is one of the effective tools to increase tourism. Tourist satisfaction will be achieved with components of culinary tourism. Tourist satisfaction even though insufficient category, it will be able to increase loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kota Padang, hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terjadinya ketidakstabilan kinerja pegawai yang memiliki kompetensi yang rendah, kompetensi pegawai yang masih menduduki jabatan yang tidak sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikannya, rendahnya disiplin kerja juga berdampak terhadap ketidakstabilan kinerja pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan tepat waktu, kurangnya kesadaran pegawai dalam mentaati peraturan dan tata tertib yang berlaku, memiliki rencana kerja yang kurang komprehensif dan kurang berusaha untuk merealisasikannya, pegawai yang bemalas-malasan dalam bekerja berdampak pada ketidakstabilan kinerja pegawai, rendahnya kepuasan pegawai terhadap hasil kerja yang diperolehnya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah 98 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kota Padang. Metode penarikan sampel mengunakan metode purpose sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dihitung dengan program SmartPLS ver 3.0. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara kompetensi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara disiplin kerja melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Padang

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya perkembangan harga saham pada perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas Dan Transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pergerakan Harga Saham dari tahun ketahun dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas Dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas Dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI sejak 2017-2021. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Pada penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Invesment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap pergerakan harga saham dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel intervening pada Perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas Dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Return On Infesment (ROI) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Earning per Share (EPS) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan Dividen, Return On Infesment (ROI) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Earning per Share (EPS) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Terhadap Harga Saham, Kebiajakan Dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Terhadap Harga Saham, Return On Infesment (ROI) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Terhadap Harga Saham melalui Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel intervening, sedangkan Earning per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Terhadap Harga Saham melalui Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel intervening pada Perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas Dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021

Abstract

This study aims to determine how influential Murabahah and Musyarakah receivables are on the profitability of Islamic banks with non-performing financing as a moderating variable. The population in this study are Islamic banks in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. The sample for this study is 14 banks. This research methodology uses a saturated sample, namely where the entire population is sampled. data analysis method using panel data regression, EVIEWS. Based on the results of this study. Murabaha receivables have a negative effect on the profitability of Islamic banks. Musyarakah financing affects the Profitability of Islamic Banks. Murabahah Receivables and Musyarakah Financing jointly affect the Profitability of Islamic Banks. Non-performing financing weakens the relationship between Murabahah Receivables and Sharia Bank Profitability. Non performing financing strengthens the relationship between Musyarakah Financing and Sharia Bank Profitability

Abstract

This study aims to assess how much, the effect of work motivation and work compensation on employee performance with the covid-19 pandemic as a moderating variable. The method of collection was done by distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 50 respondents in the population of the X Koto Sub-District Office, Tanah Datar. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS 26 data processing tool. The results show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the X Koto Sub-District Office, Tanah Datar. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Work Compensation on Employee Performance at the X Koto Sub-District Office, Tanah Datar. (3) The Covid-19 pandemic can weaken the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the X Koto Tanah Datar Sub-District Office. (4) The covid-19 pandemic can weaken the influence between Work Compensation on Employee Performance at the X Koto Tanah Datar Sub-District Office. The contribution of work motivation and work compensation variables to employee performance is 0.525 or 52.5% while the remaining 0.475 or 47.5% is influenced by other variables.
