Abstract

This study aims to determine how influential Murabahah and Musyarakah receivables are on the profitability of Islamic banks with non-performing financing as a moderating variable. The population in this study are Islamic banks in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. The sample for this study is 14 banks. This research methodology uses a saturated sample, namely where the entire population is sampled. data analysis method using panel data regression, EVIEWS. Based on the results of this study. Murabaha receivables have a negative effect on the profitability of Islamic banks. Musyarakah financing affects the Profitability of Islamic Banks. Murabahah Receivables and Musyarakah Financing jointly affect the Profitability of Islamic Banks. Non-performing financing weakens the relationship between Murabahah Receivables and Sharia Bank Profitability. Non performing financing strengthens the relationship between Musyarakah Financing and Sharia Bank Profitability

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of growth opportunity, profitability, and liquidity on capital structure with firm size as a moderating variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples in this study were taken by purposive sampling method on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 56 companies with a research period of 5 years from 2015-2019. The results of this study show that growth opportunity does not have a significant effect on capital structure. Profitability does not significantly affect the capital structure. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure. Firm size is unable to moderate the growth opportunity, profitability, and liquidity of the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.

Abstract

Kualitas produk merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, citra merek juga mampu mempengaruhi konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy dengan minat beli sebagai variable intervening pada PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 94 konsumen yang mengambil sepeda motor pada PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, analisis path, uji determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan arah regresi yang positif dengan persamaan Z = 0,353X1+ 0,359X2 + e1 dan Y = 0,543X1 +0,182X2+0,404Z + e2. Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli Honda Scoopy pada PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya Citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli Honda Scoopy pada PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya. Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy pada PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya. Citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy pada PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya. Minat beli memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy pada PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya. Kualitas Produk mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy dengan minat beli sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya. Dengan nilai pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,294 lebih besar dari nilai pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,142, artinya kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian tidak dimediasi oleh minat beli. Citra merek mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy dengan minat beli sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri Kab. Dharmasraya. Dengan nilai pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,033 lebih kecil dari nilai pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,145, artinya citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian dimediasi oleh minat beli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel penyesuaian seperti utang, likuiditas, dan modal kerja aset lancar terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini meneliti perusahaan Perumahan dan Perumahan yang terdata di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari perusahaan properti dan Perumahan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. 31 perusahaan untuk masa studi 5 tahun dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Laporan keuangan perusahaan adalah sumber data sekunder yang digunakan. Digunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti penelitian internet, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran modal kerja memengaruhi profitabilitas; kedua leverage dan likuiditas memengaruhi profitabilitas. Besar perusahaan memiliki kendali atas hubungan antara likuiditas, leverage, profitabilitas, dan perputaran modal kerja satu sama lain.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, traditional retail stores face increasingly complex challenges, especially with the emergence of technology and changes in consumer behavior. One important aspect that traditional retail shop owners need to pay attention to is technical skills, human resource development and problem solving which aims to improve technical skills in the context of traditional retail shops which is the focus of this research. As technology advances, physical retail stores must understand and integrate various aspects of technology to ensure smooth operations and remain competitive in an ever-changing marketplace. SS Stores require increased technical skills, human resource development and problem solving in running their business. The method in this activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which aims to determine the systematic process or steps used as a means to achieve certain goals effectively. The importance of developing technical skills, managing human resources (HR), and problem solving abilities is the key to success, therefore every retail business is certainly obliged to improve technical skills, develop human resources and solve problems in business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of virtual team dynamics on organizational performance in sharia, with a remote work optimization strategy as a mediating variable at Bank Muamalat Padang City.  This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey of employees who work in virtual teams in sharia economy-based organizations with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis model used is structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between virtual team dynamics, organizational performance, and the moderation role of remote work optimization strategies. The results showed that collaboration and communication have a significant influence on Optimizing Remote Work Strategies, while trust has no significant effect on Optimizing Remote Work Strategies. Collaboration and communication have a significant influence on Organization Performance, while trust has no significant effect on Organization Performance. In addition, Optimizing Remote Work Strategies has not been shown to have a significant effect on Organization Performance. The results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies does not mediate the influence of organizational performance trust, The results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies can mediate the influence of Collaboration on Organization Performance and the results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies cannot mediate the influence of Communication on Organization Performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simlutan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)” pada PT. Star Rubber. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan analisis kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 98 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: a) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, b) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keadilan organisasi terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, c) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, d) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Abstract

The development of digital technology provides great opportunities for the younger generation to be involved in the business world, but it also brings challenges related to ethics and social responsibility. This study aims to examine the importance of socialization of ethics and responsibility in digital business among students of Dian Andalas Padang High School. Through socialization activities, students are expected to understand the basic principles of ethics in digital business, such as honesty in transactions, personal data protection, and social responsibility to society and the environment. In addition, this activity also aims to increase students' awareness of developing digital issues, such as online fraud and the spread of negative content. The expected result of this socialization is the formation of student characters who are more responsible, independent, and intelligent in using technology positively. With a better understanding of ethics and responsibility, students are expected to develop a sustainable digital business and make a positive impact. Overall, this socialization is expected to equip students with skills and values that support them in becoming successful and integrity digital business actors in the future.

Abstract

This community service initiative, conducted by the Universitas Adzkia team at SD Negeri 15 Banuaran, aimed to address the issue of teacher burnout through a cognitive ergonomics approach. Burnout, characterized by mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion due to prolonged work stress, is a significant challenge faced by elementary school teachers. This seminar provided teachers with practical strategies to manage their cognitive workload, improve stress management, and create a more balanced work environment. The event was structured into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the implementation stage, teachers were introduced to cognitive ergonomics principles, including time management techniques, structured breaks, and the use of digital tools to reduce administrative burdens. The seminar also emphasized the importance of mental well-being and its impact on teaching quality and student learning. Feedback from participants indicated a high level of engagement and appreciation for the practical solutions offered. The success of this initiative highlights the importance of addressing teacher burnout through cognitive ergonomics, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more productive educational environment. This program serves as a model for future efforts to support teacher well-being and improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu aspek yang mendukung dalam menumbuh kembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia secara global tidak hanya di Indonesia. Pontesi kualitas sumber daya manusia di bangsa dan negara manapun akan bertambah tinggi jika pendidikan yang diperoleh juga tinggi. Maka daya saing di era globalisasi menjadi hal tidak sulit untuk dihadapi terutama dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan suata bangsa yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya pendapatan karena keahlian dan keterampilan yang didapatkan selama mengenyap pendidikan atau pelatihan di organisasi formal ataupun semiformal dan digunakan pada saat memasuki dunia kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada uji validitas pada variabel x, peran pendidikan yaitu r hitung> r table sebesar 0,45> 0,25 dengan uji realibilitas cronchbach alpha 1,05> nilai yang telah ditetapkan 0,60 yang berarti variabel x dinyatakan valid dan reliable. Begitupun dengan variabel y sumber daya manusia dengan nilai r hitung > r tabel sebesar 0,33>0,25. Uji reliabel 1,04 > 0,60 yang berarti valid dan reliabel. Hasil hitung korelasi diperoleh r hitung lalu r hitung yang didapatkan dipertemukan dengan harga r product moment pada taraf 5% dengan df= N- 2 = 58 (r tabel) akan ditemukan jika r hitung (0.451035) > r tabel (0,2542), yang berarti peran pendidikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan nilai koherensi sebesar 0,161195. Berlandaskan keluaran yang didapatkan tersebut bisa dikatakan bahwa hipotesis kerja (Ha) yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang subtansial pada “peran pendidikan akan peningkatan kualitas sumber saya manusaia”, diterima. Sementara itu bahwa hipotesis nihil (H0), yaitu tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada peran pendidkan terhadap kualtias sumber daya manusia
