Abstract

Performance improvement is the result of well-planned employee activities and coordination to carry out all forms of procedures and a good company is a company that truly maintains the safety and health of its employees by making rules on occupational health and safety that are enforced by all employees and company leaders. A healthy workforce is expected to work productively, increase employee productivity, improve employee performance, and support the company's business success in building and developing its business. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The object of research at PT. Call for Independent Karsa. The sample used as many as 82 respondents with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling. The data of this research are primary data of questionnaires related to occupational health, work safety, and employee performance. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that occupational health had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. Work safety has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. Occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Abstract

A good HR management system is needed to help smooth the operational activities of the organization. Good human resource management can mobilize and manage the workforce so that they are able to carry out predetermined directions. Performance measurement is needed because it will benefit many parties and become a benchmark for evaluating employee performance. To achieve maximum results, of course, the organization will require the application of attitudes of job involvement and self-efficacy in the organization when working. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job involvement and self-efficacy on performance through motivation as a mediation. This research method uses quantitative methods. Statistical procedures for data analysis. The measuring instrument in this research is a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 81 employees. This research was conducted at the Social Service Office of Bangkalan Regency. This study describes instrument test tools (validity and reliability), classical assumption test (normality and linearity), path analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and Sobel). The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between job involvement and self-efficacy variables on performance with motivation as a mediation.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the thing that contributes the most to world economic development, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. One of the most popular is halal entrepreneurship today. Indonesia itself is targeting the vision of becoming a global halal hub in the world in 2024. For Indonesia it is not an easy matter to realize this vision, this is because it is experiencing obstacles from the Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah sector which is still a lot of obstacles in the process of providing halal assurance and The readiness of human resources is still few who are aware of the importance of halal products. This research contributes more specifically to the discussion of human resources who are aware of the halal assurance required and in accordance with Islamic provisions, as well as formulating human resources as the main capital in Halal entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The development of digitalization has contributed to massive changes currently around the world, including in Indonesia. Technological developments also contribute to the work demands of HR (Human Resources) so it is necessary to know the ideal capacity size of an HR. The job performance aspect of an employee can influence the achievement of a company's goals so it requires further study. Furthermore, employee competency through the aspect of work ethic has a crucial role in shaping the change of an employee in today's massive era and to support components in adapting during the digitalization era is the role of Motivation. Motivation is needed because human nature requires some kind of persuasion, encouragement, or incentive to get better performance. This research analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. This research aims to examine the effect of mediation by Intrinsic Motivation on Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) on Job Performance by taking a sample of 112 freelancers in creative fields in Bogor City. The results of the study show that Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance, however, the Intrinsic Motivation aspect is unable to mediate either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

Human resources are the fundamental capital in the national development process. Currently, the competition for job opportunities is becoming increasingly fierce, and the number of available jobs is dwindling. This has led to a high level of unemployment. Malang City is ranked fifth in the Open Unemployment Rate (Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, TPT) in East Java, following Sidoarjo Regency, Batu City, Bangkalan Regency, and Gresik Regency. This research aims to examine the influence of self-management, self-esteem, and body image on job availability in Malang City. The research method employed is quantitative through a survey using primary data. Information was collected by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 fresh graduate students. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The research results indicate that self-management, self-esteem, and body image, when considered together, collectively have a positive and significant impact on job availability for job seekers. However, individually, body image does not significantly affect job availability.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of the important things for companies, especially BBPPMPV BOE Malang, because if the level of job satisfaction in a company is high, it can provide significant long-term benefits for the growth and success of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work-family conflict and work stress on job satisfaction with social support as a moderating variable. The type of research conducted in this study is quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach. The population in this study were married employees at BBPPMPV BOE Malang City, totaling 190 people from different divisions. The sampling technique in this study is using quota sampling technique with a total of 100 samples from the total population. The analytical tool used for data processing in this study is SmartPLS version 4.0. The findings of this study show that the work-family conflict variable does not affect job satisfaction. The work stress variable has a significant negative impact on job satisfaction. Social support does not moderate the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. However, social support significantly positively moderates the impact of work stress on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of work-life balance, assessed through the dimensions of time balance, involvement, and satisfaction, on employee job satisfaction within the bakery sector in Malang City. The employed research method is a quantitative approach utilizing a descriptive framework. This research was performed on employees in the bread industry in Malang City with the saturation sample approach, yielding 100 responses. Primary data were acquired via surveys, whereas supplementary data were gathered through employee interviews. Data analysis encompasses the assessment of the measurement model (outer model), the structural model (inner model), and hypothesis testing with SPLS 4.0. The statistical test results indicated that time balance did not significantly correlate with employee job satisfaction, evidenced by a T-statistic of 1.157, below the T-table value of 1.96, and a P-value of 0.206, beyond the 0.05 threshold. The engagement variable significantly affects employee work satisfaction, as evidenced by a T-statistic of 2.702, surpassing the T-table value of 1.96, and a P-value of 0.007, below 0.05. The balance of satisfaction significantly influences employee job satisfaction, evidenced by a T-statistic of 8.042, surpassing the T-table value of 1.96, and a P-value of 0.000, below 0.05. The simultaneous combined effect of time balance, involvement, and satisfaction does not significantly influence employee work satisfaction. The T-statistic value of 1.265 is less than the T-table value of 1.96, and the P-value of 0.248 surpasses the 0.05 criterion. The findings demonstrate that work-life balance influences employee job satisfaction, mainly through the aspects of involvement and satisfaction within the baking sector in Malang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of employee work motivation in overcoming production problems at the Rcd Leather MSMEs in Pasuruan. As an economic actor in the MSMEs sector, Rcd Leather faces various challenges in its production process, including unstable raw material supply and limited workforce skills. This study uses a qualitative approach using interview and observation methods with employees of the Rcd Leather MSMEs . The results of the study indicate that work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, plays an important role in improving employee performance, increasing production efficiency, and overcoming various obstacles in work. A deeper understanding of the driving factors is expected to enable UMKM managers to develop more effective strategies to increase the competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of worklife balance and job stress on turnover intention among generation Z workers in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods in order to evaluate the relevance of each variable. The population chosen in this study is generation Z workers who have entered working age, namely ages 15-27 years. In determining the sample size, the researcher used the slovin formula, the results of the slovin formula calculation obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. analysis tools using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) The results of the analysis of this study indicate that worklife balance and job stress simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention in generation Z workers in Malang City. Partially worklife balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. While work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai ialah elemen krusial dalam menjamin stabilitas operasional dan kesuksesan jangka panjang sesuatu organisasi, paling utama di industri perhotelan. Riset ini bertujuan buat menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance serta gaya kepemimpinan terhadap performa karyawan, dengan objek riset di Rayz UMM Hotel Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan merupakan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data lewat penyebaran kuesioner kepada semua karyawan berjumlah 85 orang. Analisis data memakai fitur lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau Work Life Balance dan gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap performa karyawan. Nilai R- Square sebesar 0, 660 menampilkan kalau kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 66% terhadap pergantian dalam kinerja pegawai. Penemuan ini menguatkan urgensi kedudukan manajemen dalam menghasilkan penyeimbang antara pekerjaan serta kehidupan individu, dan mempraktikkan gaya kepemimpinan yang pas guna tingkatkan produktivitas dan mutu hasil kerja karyawan.
