Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of employee work motivation in overcoming production problems at the Rcd Leather MSMEs in Pasuruan. As an economic actor in the MSMEs sector, Rcd Leather faces various challenges in its production process, including unstable raw material supply and limited workforce skills. This study uses a qualitative approach using interview and observation methods with employees of the Rcd Leather MSMEs . The results of the study indicate that work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, plays an important role in improving employee performance, increasing production efficiency, and overcoming various obstacles in work. A deeper understanding of the driving factors is expected to enable UMKM managers to develop more effective strategies to increase the competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of worklife balance and job stress on turnover intention among generation Z workers in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods in order to evaluate the relevance of each variable. The population chosen in this study is generation Z workers who have entered working age, namely ages 15-27 years. In determining the sample size, the researcher used the slovin formula, the results of the slovin formula calculation obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. analysis tools using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) The results of the analysis of this study indicate that worklife balance and job stress simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention in generation Z workers in Malang City. Partially worklife balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. While work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how motivation and work environment affect employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PG Kebon Agung Malang. This study used a quantitative method with a simple random sampling technique with 110 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The analysis tool used was SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the motivation variable (X1) does not directly affect employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.279>0.05. The work environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.000<0.05. The job satisfaction variable (Z) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.000<0.05. The motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) with a value of 0.000<0.05. The work environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) with a value of 0.000<0.05. In addition, the results of the study indicate that the motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) through the mediating role of job satisfaction (Z). The job satisfaction variable (Z) is also able to mediate the influence of the work environment (X2) on the performance of employees of PG Kebon Agung Malang.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai ialah elemen krusial dalam menjamin stabilitas operasional dan kesuksesan jangka panjang sesuatu organisasi, paling utama di industri perhotelan. Riset ini bertujuan buat menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance serta gaya kepemimpinan terhadap performa karyawan, dengan objek riset di Rayz UMM Hotel Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan merupakan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data lewat penyebaran kuesioner kepada semua karyawan berjumlah 85 orang. Analisis data memakai fitur lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau Work Life Balance dan gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap performa karyawan. Nilai R- Square sebesar 0, 660 menampilkan kalau kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 66% terhadap pergantian dalam kinerja pegawai. Penemuan ini menguatkan urgensi kedudukan manajemen dalam menghasilkan penyeimbang antara pekerjaan serta kehidupan individu, dan mempraktikkan gaya kepemimpinan yang pas guna tingkatkan produktivitas dan mutu hasil kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resources are a vital asset for organizations. Therefore, companies need individuals who can adapt to the dynamic work environment, especially due to technological advancements. This study aims to examine the influence of workload and workplace incivility on turnover intention through burnout among Generation Z workers in Malang City. A quantitative approach was used, with the population consisting of all Gen Z workers in Malang. A total of 97 respondents were selected using the Lemeshow formula. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The results show that both workload and workplace incivility significantly affect turnover intention and burnout. Furthermore, burnout mediates the relationship between workload and turnover intention, as well as between workplace incivility and turnover intention. These findings provide valuable insights for companies in managing factors that influence turnover intention.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important asset for companies. Therefore, companies need to ensure that the employee turnover rate remains low. The purpose of this study is to test the role of burnout as a mediator of the effect of workload on turnover intention among Generation Z workers in Malang City. This study employs a quantitative approach with a population consisting of all Generation Z workers employed in Malang City. The study sample comprised 100 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula and analyzed with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The results indicate that workload has no significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a significant effect on burnout, and burnout mediates the relationship between workload and turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of skills gaps, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Delta Artha Kencana. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design and multiple linear regression to examine the relationships and influences of these variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 bank employees, using a saturated sampling technique. The study findings indicate that skills gaps, work-life balance, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Specifically, improving employee skills through appropriate training, maintaining a balance between work and personal life, and creating a supportive work environment can improve overall performance.
