Abstract

This writing is analytic the book of Muqoddimag Fi Ushuli al-Tafsir issued by Ibnu Taimiyah. In this book give guidance ( Manhaj) in understanding the Qur'an by obtaining the basic interpretation discipline and giving distinct among scholars and made tarjih among the differences. The book consists of five chapters. Chapter one is Prophet Muhammad explained the meaning of Qur’an among friends. Chapter two the differences among salaf ulama in Tafseer is a difference of tanawwu’ fasal. Chapter three kind of differences, naqal side, and istidlal. Chapter four in different interpretation from istidlal side. Chapter five is the best method Tafseer. In making interpretation there are two ways: tafseer by naqli and tafseer by istidlal or ma’qul. In this case, Ibnu Taimiyah commitment to the naqly way and giving critical for those who in the second method.

Abstract

Abstrak: Islam sering dipersepsi sebagai agama yang kurang memberikan perhatian terhadap hak-hak reproduksi perempuan dan juga hanya memposisikan tugas-tugas reproduksi kaum perempuan sebagai kewajiban dan tidak menyinggung hak-hak yang melekat pada tugas-tugas reproduksi itu. Perempuan sejalan dengan fungsi reproduktif yang dimilikinya, mempunyai tugas mengandung anak (al-h}amalah), melahirkan (al-wila>dah), menyusui (ar-rad}a>’ah), mengasuhnya (tarbiyah al-at}fa>l) dan beberapa hal lain yang berkaitan dengan tugas ini. Pengabaian terhadap hak-hak yang terkait dengan fungsi-fungsi reproduktif tersebut tidak hanya bertolak dari penafsiran-penafsiran konvensional yang berada dalam koridor ortodoksi, sebagian kaum muslimin masih memandang bahwa memilih pasangan, menikmati hubungan seks, memiliki keturunan, menentukan kehamilan, cuti reproduksi dan menceraikan pasangan tidak sepenuhnya mutlak melekat pada diri perempuan, sebaliknya kendali justru lebih banyak berada ditangan laki-laki. Persoalan-persoalan serupa juga dapat dirasakan dalam forum pengajian majlis-majlis taklim di Kabupaten Banyumas, khususnya di Majlis Taklim Salma Alfareeha di Desa Cikembulan Kecamatan Pekuncen, yang anggota atau jamaahnya sebagian besar adalah kaum perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini terungkap bahwa secara umum jamaah Majlis Taklim Salma al-Fareeha beranggapan bahwa hak menentukan kehamilan dan memiliki keturunan adalah hak suami, istri harus mengikuti. Hal ini mereka nyatakan dengan alasan, karena suamilah yang bertanggunggug jawab memberi nafkah keluarga, meski menurut mereka sebaiknya diputuskan bersama-sama. Ada suatu pengakuan dari mereka, bahkan jenis kontrasepsi apa yang akan digunakan oleh sang istri ditentukan oleh suaminya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa idealita dan realita hak dan kesehatan reproduksi pada majlis taklim ini dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pemahaman keagamaan mereka (dan pilihan-pilihannya), pendidikan, pengalaman dan usia. Semakin muda mereka rata-rata lebih menyadari akan pentingnya hak dan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan bagi mereka. Abstract: Islam is often perceived as a religion that gives little attention to women's reproductive rights. Issues such as choosing a husband, enjoying sex with her husband, have children, determine pregnancy, lactation, maternity leave, and divorcing couples are under the control of men. Similar problems also occurin the recitation of the Majlis Taklim Forum, Salma Al-Fareeha, Cikembulan Village, District of Pekuncen, which the member of his congregation are mostly women. This is a qualitative study that much depends on the ability of observation, interviews, and interpretation. Facts found are pilgrims Majlis Taklim Salma Al-Fareeha assume the right to determine pregnancy and have children is the husband’s rights, the wife should obey. They claim this for a reason, the husband is responsible to provide for the family. In fact, there is a recognition that the type of contraception used by the wife will be determined by her husband. Abstract

Abstrak: Diskursus perempuan dikaitkan dengan wacana keagamaan menarik untuk dikaji mengingat adanya asumsi bahwa pemahaman agama -dalam hal ini teks-teks hadis- dianggap telah menjadi pemicu berbagai ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan. Oleh karenanya mengkaji bagaimana Nabi memosisikan perempuan dalam hadis-hadis adalah sangat penting, mengingat hadis sebagai sumber rujukan kedua dalam memahami ajaran Islam. Di antara tuntunan Nabi yang membutuhkan keseriusan guna menemukan esensi pemaknaannya adalah hadis tentang berkabungnya isteri yang ditinggal mati oleh suaminya. Dengan pendekatan historis, sosiologis, dan psikologis, artikel ini menyajikan bahasan tentang cara Nabi memosisikan perempuan lewat rekaman hadis tentang berkabungnya seorang isteri. Dalam hal ini, ada dua hal yang harus dijalankan seorang muslimah ketika ditinggal mati suaminya yaitu ber-iddah dan ber-ihdad yang batasannya adalah empat bulan sepuluh hari bagi yang tidak hamil dan setelah melahirkan bagi yang mengandung. Ada kebebasan menjalankan aktivitas bagi perempuan yang ditinggal mati suaminya meskipun mendapatkan wasiat dari suami untuk menjalankan masa iddah di rumah suami dengan selalu mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai yang dianut masyarakat dimana ia berada. Abstract: It is always interesting to discuss about the discourse of women if it is associated with religious discourse considering that the understanding of religion -in this case the texts of hadist- is considered to have triggered the injustices against women. Therefore examining how the Prophet places women in the traditions is very important, considering the tradition as a source of reference both in understanding the teachings of Islam. Among the Prophet’s guidance of which required serious thought in order to find the essence of the meaning is the hadits about of the mourning wives after her husband died. With the historical, sociological, and psychological approach, this article presents a discussion on how Prophet places women through hadith about a mourning wife. In this case, there are two things that must be executed when a Muslim woman left by her dead husband, those are iddah and ihdad that the limit is four months and ten days for those who are not pregnant and after giving birth for the pregnant. There is freedom to perform activities for women who is left by her dead husband despite getting a will of her husband to live at husband’s home and always consider the values ​​adopted by the community in which she lives. Kata Kunci: Hadis, Kritik Hadis, ‘Iddah, dan Ihdad.

Abstract

Islam is often preceived as a religion that give lack attention to the rights ofreproduction for women. Islam is considered as religion that views reproduction aswomen’s duty and never views women’s rights in relation to reproduction. In onehand, as the functions of reproduction, a woman has some duties to be pregnant, givebirth, breast feed, and take care of her children as well as other duties related tothese. But, on the other hand, woman’s rights related to reproduction are oftenignored. Moreover, conventinal interpretation often leads muslims to have aperception that choosing a marital partner, enjoying sexual intercouse, havingchildren, deciding when to be pregnant, and the decision to divorce are not parts ofwoman’s rights. All of these decisions are commonly hold by a man. Such problemoften occurs in Majlis Ta’lim in Banyumas Regency, especially one in Cikembulan,District of Pekuncen, which most of the members are women.This is a qualitative research mostly depending on the ability to observe,interview, and interpret. The analysis used in this research was qualitative dataanalysis using verstehen model. The research findings are: generally memebers ofSalma al-Fareeha assume that the right to decide pregnancy and to have children isthe right of husband because it is the husband who is responsible to work (nafkah) tosupport the family. Although some of them said that they made the decisiontogether, some others said that the husband decide what contraception to be used bythe wife. This fact shows that the ideals and the reality of the rights of reproductionin the majlis ta’lim were influenced by their level of understanding the religion,education, experience, and age. The younger they are, they realize more about theimportance of reproduction health for women.

Abstract

Al Ahzab 9 to 27 discusses manhaj Allah fi da’wa al- jama’ah al Muslim, that is a concept Allah applied to guide al-jamaah al-muslim to be a strong and powerful community to face the world ’s conspiracy which tries to break down Muslim existence. lt also contains a guide for the prophet to merely give his trust and resignation to Allah. These verses include the goal, target, method, output, and evaluation of the concept of da ’wa Rabba- niyah in actualizing li’ila kalimatillah. This shows that human beings as the khalifah on the earth are not left without guidance from Allah but provided with the universal rules. As a result, if human beings are committed to Allah ’s concept, they will be safe and happy in facing the enemies of Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out the principle of freedom of religion in order to be able to realize a form of Islamic respect for other religions. The theory used in this research is a theory that views the implementation of religious freedom from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an in the interpretation of Al-Misbah Qs. Al-Baqarah Verse 256 and Hadith. This research is qualitative research with several interpretation methods, one of which is the Quraish Shihab interpretation method. The data in this research is through tolerance verses in the tafsir al-Misbah and hadith which explain tolerance starting from various explanations about the principles, attitudes or ethics of the Koran towards non-Muslims in terms of tolerance towards religious freedom. The results of this research show an understanding of the principle of freedom of religion. This is an illustration of religious communities implementing the principles of religious freedom, especially in Indonesia. Because basically freedom of religion is sunatullah, but when we have chosen a religion, then religious freedom is bound by the rules of that religion, and has been regulated by the state in the constitution. Meanwhile, respecting other religions, especially Islam towards other religions, is a must, even obligatory, because Islamic teachings allow its followers to collaborate with non-Muslims, as long as it does not involve matters of faith or at a theological level.

Abstract

Background of this study: The reality of gender differences turns out to cause various forms of injustice in one sex. For this reason, efforts are needed to strengthen the structure in fostering gender justice. Educational institutions are strategic elements that are able to transfer the values of gender to members of the organization. This research is qualitative research with methods of collecting interview data, observation and documentation. The results showed the organizational culture of IAIN Purwokerto faculty (FUAH) can be mapped across three categories: gender responsive, gender neutral and gender bias. The gender responsive category is in the aspect of the lecture process, where most lecturers treat students equally and provide motivation and support for those who are left behind. For gender neutral categories there are aspects of mission vision, leadership, awarding mechanisms, appointments, all of which are based on applicable rules. The appointment of officials and the awarding of awards and opportunities to both lecturers, education personnel, and students are not based on gender, but rather based on predetermined criteria and qualifications. For the gender bias category there is in the aspect of infrastructure facilities, which include public facilities (stairs), seating for students in the lecture hall, and toilets.

Abstract

The ability to read and write verses mentioned in the Qur'an is one of the main competencies that a Muslim must possess. Various methods of transmitting knowledge about reading and writing the Qur'anic verses have been developed since Islam's early development. One method that is considered able to adapt during the various eras is the Yanbu'a Method. To transmit knowledge about the Yanbu'a method, a training of trainer's activity was conducted with the subject of training for TPQ teachers in the sub-district of Sumbang. Training trainers are considered the best way to reach a wider audience and enlarge the scope of the Yanbu'a method. After intensive training and followed up by one month of mentoring, it can be concluded that the Yanbu'a method taught by the two-way learning method is likely to survive during the pandemic. Even so, the obstacles in implementing the Yanbu'a method are the transition process that requires good competence and the availability of learning materials that are not yet sustainable in the sub-district of Sumbang

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami eksistensi nilai-nilai tradisi kenduri di desa gondangsari kecamatan pakis magelang jawa tengah. Kenduri atau yang dikenal sebagai selamatan telah ada sebelum agama masuk ke Nusantara. Perjamuan makna memperingati peristiwa, meminta berkah. Dalam kajian ini penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif Observasi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pembaca dalam mengkaji makna hubungan tradisi kenduri dan agama islam bagi masyarkat gondangsari. Implikasi dari jurnal ini memberikan pengertian yang lebih komprehenship tentang eksistensi nilai-nilai tradisi kenduri dikarenakan masyarakat gondangsari masih melestarikan kenduri sebelum agama islam masuk ke nusantara kenduri sudah di lakukan oleh masyarakat terutama desa yang saya teliti desa gondangsari kecamatan pakis magelang jawa tengah. Kenduri yang disebut sebuah permintaan doa siapapun dia apapun agamanya meminta doa dari orang lain. Dalam agama islam disebut tahlil yang membantu mendoakan orang yang kena musibah seperi meninggal dunia. Setelah agama berada dalam kehidupan masyarakat masing-masing ajarannya menciptakan alat pengikat dalam kehidupan tradisi dan kehidupan sosial seperti contoh kenduri. Oleh karena itu tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memahami eksistensi nilai-nilai tradisi kenduri bagi masyarakat gondangsari kecamatan pakis magelang jawa tengah.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the meaning of work and the spirit of entrepreneurship in Islamic perception, especially in Q.S An-Na'am verse 135. This study uses a qualitative-thematic approach and collects library research data. The study results show that the two interpretations of Ahmad Musthofa al Maraghi in his Tafsir al Maraghi and Prof. Wahbah az Zuhaili in his Tafsir al Munir provide interpretations of Q.S al An'am verse 135 so that Muslims are enthusiastic about working and entrepreneurship. Of course, the job is lawful and follows the provisions of syara'. Because good work will produce good results, whether in this world or the hereafter. But on the contrary, if the work is terrible, then it will produce bad thinks too.
