Abstract

This article aims to contextualize LGBT-related hadiths from humanitarian, religious, and cultural perspectives. LGBT issues have become a complex debate in Indonesian society in recent years, especially as they are closely related to existing religious and cultural values. The purpose of this study is to analyze how LGBT-related hadiths are interpreted and applied in the Indonesian context, and how humanitarian, religious, and cultural perspectives play a role in this understanding. The study uses a qualitative approach by collecting and analyzing data from primary and secondary sources, including hadith texts, religious literature, and the opinions of religious and community leaders. The results of the analysis show that interpretations of hadith-reports on LGBT may vary depending on the religious, cultural, and humanitarian frameworks used. Some may use the hadith to oppose LGBT based on traditional interpretations, while others argue that humanitarian principles and social values should be prioritized. This study also examines the impact of contextualizing hadith about LGBT on religious, cultural and humanitarian views. It was found that the diversity of views in society on this issue reflects the conflict between religious values and the demands of a more inclusive humanity. This research illustrates the complexity of the context in interpreting and applying hadith traditions on LGBT in Indonesia. Differences between religious, cultural and humanitarian interpretations play an important role in shaping discussions and policies on this issue. Therefore, it is important to continue to promote inclusive dialogue and understanding in order to deal with LGBT issues wisely and with respect for different perspectives

Abstract

This qualitative interpretative research aims at scientifically testing the signs and symbols of sharia economic values in the equitable distribution of justice in the Quran based on the semiotic discourse of the Quran and describes their significance in the economic sphere. Economic values and principles are presented in the Quran in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 261, which explains the meaning of charity with its seven-hundred-fold reward for whoever gives charity. Semiotics, as one approach to the Quran study, attempts to construct the meaning of language with a sign system. The marking interpretation method is to synergize between the mark and the marker, which leads to a new representation of the meaning. Based on semiotic reading, socio-economic justice may be realized through several ways: Eliminating monopolies; Guaranteeing all parties’ rights and opportunities for active participation in the economic processes, including production, distribution, circulation and consumption; Ensuring fulfillment of the basic needs of every community member; and conducting socio-economic security assurance mandate for survival and assisting the weak.

Abstract

The similarities are that they both use the Talaqqi method in their application. The angel Gabriel also used the Talaqqi method when conveying revelations to the Prophet Muhammad. Then the difference lies in the target in applying the Talaqqi method were at the At-Taqwa Putri Islamic Boarding School. Thus, the Talaqqi method can be the most appropriate solution to be applied among the At-Taqwa Putri Islamic Boarding School students. In 1986, a higher level was established, namely the At-taqwa Putri Islamic Boarding School. The target is all At-Taqwa Putri Islamic Boarding School students, both tahfidz and non-tahfidz. The Al Baqiyatussalihat Islamic Boarding School changed its name to the At-taqwa Putri Islamic Boarding School. With the Talaqqi method, the Qur'an is not only preserved verbally and in writing but also how to read it. Advantages and Disadvantages in the application of Talaqqi Method in At-Taqwa Putri Islamic Boarding School. The At-taqwa Putri Islamic Boarding School, originally named Pesantren al Baqiyatussalihat. The author has observed tahfidz students at At-Taqwa Putri Islamic Boarding School Bekasi and found that in implementing the memorization process using the Talaqqi method. In this activity, there were findings as reported by TQ informants for the muraja'ah process of tahfidz students usually doing it independently or making halaqah with an unspecified time and anywhere. Meanwhile, this research focuses specifically on one method, namely the Talaqqi method.
