Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the role of a leader within a company, which includes providing motivation and supervision to employees. Supervision is highly important for leaders to help employees anticipate irregularities, ensuring that the company follows its plans and achieves the goals set by PT Surindo Teguh Gemilang. This study employs a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The author analyzes the role of leaders in motivating and supervising employees at PT Surindo Teguh Gemilang. The research was conducted on-site to directly examine the actual situation, ensuring the collection of accurate data. Data collection involved the use of interview methods to gather information about the significant impact of leaders' roles within the company. The study also involved an in-person observation of the company's premises at PT Surindo Teguh Gemilang. The results of the research conducted at PT Surindo Teguh Gemilang underscore the critical importance of leaders' roles in motivating and supervising employees. These roles significantly influence employee performance, leading to either improvement or deterioration. Effective supervision also holds great importance for PT Surindo Teguh Gemilang as it directly affects employee performance. Adequate supervision encourages employees to be more diligent and disciplined in their work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan brand trust terhadap keputusan pembelian di perusahaan Inslide Solution. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Cochran, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan dari responden dengan cara penyebaran angket atau kuesioner secara online melalui media Google Forms. Pada penelitian ini data akan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) brand image (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada perusahaan Inslide Solution; 2) brand trust (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada perusahaan Inslide Solution; 3) brand image (X1) dan brand trust (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada perusahaan Inslide Solution; dan 4) Besarnya pengaruh brand image (X1) dan brand trust (X2) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada perusahaan Inslide Solution adalah 27%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 73% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to recognize and analyze how limited space can affect the turnover of goods in the production process in a manufacturing company. This research was created for quantitative testing because the methodology used to be recommended by researchers is based on process, speculation, going into the field, testing information, and preparation using parts of estimation, calculation, equations and certainty of mathematical information. The subjects of this research are company employees. Information was examined using a variety of direct relapse prescriptions and speculative testing. The test results show that the Fstatistic figure of 1.36 is more significant than the Ftable figure of 2.51 and the requirement figure of 0.93 is based on 0.05. This proves that the after effects review refutes H0. So that the Production Process Flow (X1), Goods Turnover Flow (X2), Goods Availability (X3) and Warehouse Capacity (Y) have an important influence on the company's expansion.

Abstract

Previous studies show that the matter about compensation, workplace stress, and the work environment improves work productivity has a significant impact. The purpose of this article is to create hypotheses about the influence between variables for use in future research. This is a literature study on HR management. The results of this research are supported theoretically and phenomenologically, and it can be concluded that work productivity (Y) is influenced by compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and work stress (X3). Hence, the findings suggest that such factors need to be considered in the context of management strategies to improve workforce effectiveness and efficiency across different types of organizations.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the e-business strategies implemented by PT Asia Pramulia Surabaya in enhancing the efficiency of production and marketing of plastic bottles. With a focus on PT Asia Pramulia Surabaya, the study seeks to identify how e-business strategies have impacted the company's production efficiency, including increased productivity, cost reduction, and manufacturing process optimization, to understand the effects of e-business strategies on the marketing of plastic bottle products. The research employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The findings of this research are presented in three main sub-sections: analysis of e-business strategies at PT Asia Pramulia Surabaya, the influence of e-business strategies on operational efficiency, and an evaluation of digital marketing strategies at PT Asia Pramulia Surabaya.

Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of digital promotions in attracting Millennials and Z generations as the dominant target market in the digital era. With the increasing use of technology and social media, companies need to adopt relevant marketing strategies to reach these segments. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and related literature studies. The results show that digital promotion has a significant role in shaping Millennials' and Z generations' perceptions and interest in products or services. Factors such as interactive content, use of influencers, and personalization of marketing messages are proven to increase customer engagement and loyalty. Social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are becoming the most effective platforms in digital marketing campaigns. However, challenges include rapidly changing trends, high levels of competition, and the need for constant innovation. With the right strategy, companies can maximize the potential of digital promotions to achieve long-term success.
