Abstract

This research discusses Strategic Planning of Information Systems and Information Technology Using Ward and Peppard's Meteorology at the Pusomaen District Office. The Pusomaen District Office faces challenges in utilizing Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) because it does not yet have a strategic plan that is not in accordance with and adequate to business needs and organizational goals. This study was conducted with the aim of improving the efficiency of data management and administrative services at the Pusomaen District Office. This study uses the Ward and Peppard methodology, which provides a comprehensive framework for formulating IS/IT strategies. Qualitative methods are applied through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. by conducting an analysis of the internal business environment (SWOT and Value Chain) and external (PEST and Five Forces Model). The McFarlan Strategic Grid is applied to evaluate the internal IS/IT environment. The results of the study produced a strategy in the form of an IS/IT roadmap for the next four years with a focus on infrastructure development, improving HR competencies, and IT-based data management. This planning is expected to improve the quality of service and operational efficiency at the Pusomaen District Office.Keywords: IS/IT Strategic Planning; Ward and Peppard; SWOT Analysis; IS/IT Rodmap; Pusomaen District Office AbstrakPada Penelitian ini membahas tentang Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi Menggunakan Meteodolgi Ward and Peppard pada Kantor Kecamatan Pusomaen. Kantor Kecamatan Pusomaen menghadapi tantangan dalam pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) karena belum memiliki perencanaan strategis yang belum sesuai dan memadai dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data dan layanan administrasi pada kantor kecamatan Pusomaen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Ward and Peppard, yang menyediakan kerangka kerja komprehensif untuk merumuskan strategi SI/TI. Metode kualitatif diterapkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. dengan melakukan analisis lingkungan bisnis internal (SWOT dan Value Chain) serta eksternal (PEST dan Five Forces Model). McFarlan Strategic Grid diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi lingkungan SI/TI internal. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan strategis dalam bentuk roadmap SI/TI untuk empat tahun kedepan dengan difokuskan pada pengembangan infrastruktur, peningkatan kompetensi SDM, dan pengelolaan data berbasis TI. Perencanaan ini diharapkan meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional di Kantor Kecamatan Pusomaen.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of professional value and perceived adoption control on teachers' CPD engagement via a digital teaching platform.  This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. It involves 313 high school teachers in Pati, Grobogan and Semarang Central Java with at least a year of experience in using the digital teaching platform. The instrument used in this study is a 5-point Likert scale item survey with 21 questions covering 11 constructs adapted from TAM. It uses Jamovi to analyze and model the data statistically. Structural Equation Modelling examines the relationship between variables proposed in the model. The result of the study shows that perceived professional value moderately impacts teachers' CPD Engagement. The constructs strongly mediate their CPD engagement through the perceived adoption control construct. The SEM analysis indicates that the proposed model is a good fit, as the fit indices show. The conceptual implication of the findings demonstrates that it extends TAM 2 in CPD context using a digital teaching platform. Practically, CPD program should align the technology tools with teachers’ professional goals and ensure it is part of the professional culture rather than leaving it as optional or voluntary practices.

Abstract

This study was conducted to assess the usability level of the Notion application using the USE (Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of Use) Questionnaire and the Cognitive Walkthrough method. These methods were selected due to their proven effectiveness in generating accurate and relevant data for usability evaluation. By employing both the USE Questionnaire and the Cognitive Walkthrough, this research provides development recommendations aimed at optimizing Notion’s ability to enhance student productivity. The sample was determined using Slovin's and Nielsen's formulas, involving 100 student users of the Notion application in Indonesia and 3 active IT students as evaluators. The research instrument utilized a questionnaire based on a 4-point Likert scale. The results indicate that Notion has a relatively high level of usability in supporting student productivity. However, the study identified several usability weaknesses, particularly in the variables of Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, as well as in Task Scenario 1, Task Scenario 3, and Task Scenario 6.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perilaku pencarian informasi mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi UKSW menggunakan model Kuhlthau, mengetahui perilaku pencarian informasi mahasiswa, sumber informasi yang digunakan, hambatan yang dihadapi, dan mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang perilaku kesulitan dalam pencarian informasi mahasiswa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam mengamati perilaku pencarian informasi mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi UKSW menggunakan model Kuhlthau yang melibatkan 4 informan. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan penggunaan dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data yang terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku Pencarian Informasi Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi dalam konteks penelitian ini mencerminkan tahapan-tahapan dalam teori Kuhlthau, yakni inisiasi, seleksi, eksplorasi, formulasi, pengumpulan informasi dan presentasi. Sebagian besar Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi dalam penelitian ini mengikuti tahapan model pencairan informasi Kuhlthau. Mereka memulai dengan tahap inisiasi, di mana mereka tertarik pada topik dan mulai mencari informasi yang relevan. Kemudian, mereka melanjutkan ke tahap seleksi, eksplorasi, formulasi, koleksi, dan evaluasi. Namun, perlu dicatat bahwa tidak semua Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi mengikuti urutan tahapan yang sama atau dalam urutan yang dijelaskan oleh model pencairan informasi Kuhlthau.

Abstract

Evaluasi Inlisliste 3.2 pada sistem di perpustakaan STT Sangkakala yang mengunakan TTF (Task Technology Fit) merupakan salah satu cara untuk melihat apakah sistem yang digunakan dapat mempermudah atau bahkan mempersulit user dan pengguna perpsustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa evalasui sistem Inlislite 3.2 dengan menggunakan TTF dengan variabel Tugas, Teknologi, Kesesuaian dan kinerja, dengan melibatakan 2(dua) responden pustakawan dan 30 (tiga puluh) pemustaka dengan berbagai pertanyaan sesuai dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan TTF, didapatkan hasil yang semuanya saling mempengaruhi dengan hasil sebagai berikut; pada variabel tugas dan kesesuaian didapatkan nilai rhitung 3,43>ttabel 0,7 dalam hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa sistem inlislite 3.2 pada tugas dan kessuaian terdapat pengaruh sebesar 24% dan pada teknologi dan kesesuaian dengan nilai  rhitung 2,65>ttabel 0,7 dengan pengaruh variabel sebesar 17,3% serta variabel kesesuaian dengan kinerja yaitu rhitung 4,05>ttabel 0,7 dengan pengaruh variabel 29,5%. Penelitian ini mamakai margin error sebasar 5% jadi masih perlu ditingkatkan agar menjadi 1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi serta keberhasilan pengembangan teknologi informasi di ruang lingkup perpustakaaan SMK Telekomunikasi tunas harapan, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang proses evaluasinya menggunakan proses evaluasi model PIECES sebagai landasan untuk melakukan evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh perpustakaan SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan sudah cukup baik serta sudah memenuhi landasan model PIECES yang mengevaluasi dengan melihat performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, Service. penelitian ini juga menghasilkan rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan perpustakaaan SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan untuk mengembangkan teknologi informasi di perpustakaan tersebut. untuk masalah atau kendala yang masih terjadi di perpustakaan mungkin hanya jaringan yang masih mengikuti perangkat jaringan dari SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan, jadi untuk perpustakaan penulis merekomendasikan untuk menggunakan atau menambah perangkat jaringan sendiri yang digunakan di perpustakaan, sehingga perpustakaan dapat menjalankan pekerjaannya dengan maksimal.Perkembangan perpustakaan penulis juga merekomendasikan bahwa perpustakaan SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan bisa segera mulai merancang dan melakukan perencanaan untuk membuat sebuah sistem sendiri, hal tersebut dikarenakan supaya perpustakaan bisa menambah layanan yang diberikan ke pemustaka serta sesuai dan mendukung dengan fokus bidang dari SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan itu sendiri yaitu pada bidang Teknologi Informasi.

Abstract

Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) has been launched since 2020. Since then, it has become a resource for teachers to support their teaching and learning activities. The platform offered many opportunities for the teachers to build and develop their capacity for a better quality of teaching, from planning to classroom practices. It was essential to know their view of using the platform. This study aimed to investigate the teachers' optimism in using the platform. Besides, it explored what factors influenced their optimism in using  PMM. The study used a quantitative approach to see the teachers' general tendency regarding their optimism. It involved 303 primary school teachers as the participants. It used a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire for the data collection. The analysis data covered the reliability and validity of the items, descriptive analysis, and correlation between the items constructing the optimism. The study's findings showed that the teachers in this study had a high optimism of 4.17. The study also described that planning the lesson, flexibility, capacity building, and teachers’ productivity did affect their optimism in using Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Further research recommendations were described in the conclusion section.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a conceptual model of knowledge management for Kelompok Sadar Wisata (a tourism-aware group) Pokdarwis Wonderful Sangiran. Knowledge management system is needed to develop their skill, ability and maintain their adequate knowledge and information as a knowledge-based tourism guide. Conceptual Model is developed using the Soft System Methodology approach, consisting of 7 stages, starting from the situation considered as problematical, the Rich-picture development, the root definition, the conceptual model development, the comparison conceptual model with reality, and determining a change and proposal. The preparation of rich-picture is based on the primary data obtained from several informants, i.e member of Pokdarwis, researchers, academics and government officials selected using purposive sampling. This employs a qualitative method to develop a conceptual model that could bring out ideas for Pokdarwis activities in the future in relation to their knowledge management. Recommendations on developing a knowledge management system could be the media for knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing within the Pokdarwis itself, from Pokdarwis member to researchers, academics, government to Pokdarwis member, and from Pokdarwis to the younger generation. Knowledge management conception in the form of personalization and codification and knowledge creation could be referred to in developing the technology-based knowledge management system.Keyword: soft system methodology; conceptual model; knowledge creation; knowledge management system ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah Model Konseptual pengelolaan pengetahuan bagi Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Wonderful Sangiran. Sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dan keterampilan anggota Pokdarwis serta menjaga kecukupan informasi dan pengetahuan sebagai pemandu wisata berbasis pengetahuan. Model Konseptual dibangun menggunakan pendekatan Soft System Methodology (SSM). Pendekatan ini terdiri dari 7 tahapan, mulai dari tahap pengenalan masalah, tahap pengembangan Rich-picture, tahap pendefinisian akar masalah, tahap pengembangan model konseptual, tahap pembandingan model konseptual dengan realitas, tahap menetapkan perubahan hingga tahap menentukan usulan. Pengembangan Rich_picture didasarkan pada data primer yang diperoleh dari beberapa informan, antara lain: anggota Pokdarwis, peneliti, akademisi dan pegawai pemerintah, yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu (purposive sampling).  Penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah model konseptual sebagai usulan bagi aktivitas atau kegiatan Pokdarwis di masa mendatang, terkait dengan pengelolaan pengetahuan. Rekomendasi pengembangan sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan dapat menjadi media Knowledge Transfer dan knowledge sharing, baik bagi inter-anggota Pokdarwis, maupun dari peneliti, akademisi, pemerintah ke anggota Pokdarwis, serta dari anggota Pokdarwis ke generasi muda. Konsepsi pengelolaan pengetahuan berupa strategi personalisasi dan kodifikasi serta proses knowledge creation/conversion dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan berbasis Teknologi Informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify teachers’ engagement patterns in an online professional teacher education program (Program Profesi Guru) and differentiate compliance-based engagement from commitment-based engagement. An exploratory quantitative approach was employed, complemented by individual-level analysis using K-Means clustering. A total of 200 in-service teachers participated in this study. The instruments were adapted from Reeve and Tseng’s multidimensional engagement framework, which includes agentic, behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement. The findings reveal three distinct clusters of engagement: (1) High Engagement, (2) Moderate–Passive Engagement, and (3) Low Engagement. Among these clusters, agentic engagement serves as the key distinguishing factor separating genuine commitment-based engagement from formalistic compliance-based participation. These results underscore the need for adaptive techno-pedagogical designs that provide profile-specific opportunities for initiative, choice-making, and learner-directed participation. Overall, this study offers empirical insights for developing online teacher training that is more reflective and oriented toward strengthening professional agency.
