Introduction:The Sleep quality is a state where awareness of something decreases, but brain activity still plays an extraordinary role. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the duration of social media use and sleep quality in undergraduate nursing students at STIKes Maharani Malang. Methods: Correlational quantitative research design with a cross sectional approach. The number of research samples is 115 students with simple random sampling technique. Results: The results showed that the value of p = 0.003 which is smaller than α (<0.05). The value of the corelation coefficient (r = 0,272) indicates that there is a relationship between the duration of social media use and the quality of sleep in undergraduate nursing students at STIKes Maharani Malang. Conclusions: The majority or as many as 54 (47.0%) respondents had a moderate duration of social media use among undergraduate nursing study program students at STIKes Maharani Malang. The majority or as many as 98 (85.2%) of respondents experienced poor sleep quality among undergraduate nursing study program students at STIKes Maharani Malang. There is a significant relationship between the duration of social media use and sleep quality in undergraduate nursing study program students at STIKes Maharani Malang with a significance value of p = (0.003) < (0.05) so that the Ha hypothesis decision is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between the duration of social media use with sleep quality in undergraduate nursing study program students at STIKes Maharani Malang.

Abstract

Excessive concern about body image among women results in body shape dissatisfaction that will affect psychological well-being, and eating behavior becomes inadequate. The research design used a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The total sample consisted of 67 respondents. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This study used an eating behavior scale questionnaire (Chairiah, 2008) and the MBSRQ-AS (Azminada, 2022) to assess body image. The results showed good eating behavior in students, which was 95.5%, followed by good body image with a total of 94%. The results of the analysis of the Spearman Rho test obtained a p value of 0.000. The result of the correlation value (r = 0.555) shows a positive and strong relationship between eating behavior and body image, which means that the better the eating behavior, the more positive the body image of female students of Batch 2022 STIKes Maharani Malang. A person with a negative body image will experience dissatisfaction with his body, which will lead to self-evaluation of the appearance of the body, which will result in changes in eating behavior.

Abstract

Online learning is learning that is carried out using an internet-connected platform. If the implementation is not good it can cause anxiety. The design of this study used a correlative design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 34 respondents. The instrument used was an online learning questionnaire and the Zung Self-Scale Anxiety Scal (SAS/SRAS) anxiety level. The data analysis method is the Spearman Correlation Test. The results of the study half (50%) of respondents said that the implementation of online learning was good. And almost all (91%) did not experience anxiety (normal) and (9%) experienced mild anxiety. The results of the Spearman Correlation Test showed the value of p = 0.028 <0.05 and the value of r = -0.376. The better the online learning is done, the lower the level of anxiety. Online learning is judged from the four indicators that it is good, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that influence anxiety. The researcher hopes that this research can be a reference for further research with different factors, variables, locations to make it more complex.

Abstract

Introduction: Bullying is a traumatic experience that can result in various developmental problems in adolescents, particularly those related to mental health. Some individuals may develop post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a result of experiencing traumatic life events. Objectives: This study aims to investigate the impact of bullying on PTSD among adolescents at MTs Ahmad Yani Jabung Methods: This study used a quantitative, cross-sectional, correlational research design. A proportional stratified random sampling technique was used, involving 97 students as participants. The bullying behavior, as the independent variable, was measured using a Likert-scale questionnaire developed by Chrysanthou and Chrysolavantis (2018). The dependent variable, risk of PTSD, was assessed using the PTSD Reaction Index questionnaire. The Spearman rank correlation test was used for data analysis. Results: The correlation coefficient value (r = 0.309) and the p-value (p = 0.002, where p < 0.05) indicated a significant correlation between bullying behavior and the likelihood of PTSD among adolescents at MTs Ahmad Yani Jabung. Furthermore, bullying behavior was found to be positively and significantly correlated with the risk of PTSD in adolescents. Conclusions: Since the majority of respondents were at risk of developing PTSD and nearly half of all respondents had experienced moderate levels of bullying, it can be concluded that bullying behavior is associated with the risk of PTSD among adolescents at MTs Ahmad Yani Jabung.
