Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPS pada siswa kelas IV SDN Pegadungan 05 Pagi oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Metode Group To Group Exchange (GGE). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif eksperimen dengan metode penelitian true experimental design dalam bentuk posttest only control design. Dengan jumlah sampel kelas IV-A dan IV-B yang berjumlah 64 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 25 soal valid. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov, uji homogenitas menggunakan uji fisher, dan uji hipotesismenggunakan uji t. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap penerapan metode pembelajaran Group To Group Exchange (GGE) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Pegadungan 05 Pagi. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh thitung > ttabel  yaitu 2,023 > 1,999 maka dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima berarti adanya pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV menggunakan metode pembelajaran Group To Group Exchange (GGE).

Abstract

The role of the teacher is not only teaching but also training other academic skills such as solving OSN questions. It would be a shame if the teacher could not guide students in solving OSN questions. According to DKI Jakarta Elementary and Elementary Education data, there has not yet been a Muhammadiyah school that has won OSN, both at the Kotip level, let alone at the provincial and national levels. This Community Service activity aims to increase the competence of Muhammadiyah Middle School Mathematics Teachers under the auspices of the Jakarta PWM Elementary Education Council to guide students in solving OSN questions. The training activities include: (1) the prites stage; (2) the difficulty analysis stage; (3) the stage of giving tricks; and (4) the percentage stage. This activity has been carried out and received good enthusiasm from partners. Partners in this case are Mathematics teachers at Muhammadiyah Middle Schools throughout DKI. It is proven that there was an increase in the teacher's ability to work on OSN questions that occurred in this training. This can be seen from the more participants who were able to do the Posttest questions correctly after being given training by UHAMKA Mathematics Education lecturers. The seriousness of the participants in this training was evident from the collection of video presentations that were sent by the participants as many as 5 videos a day.

Abstract

The training on creating interactive learning media using Canva through the service learning method was conducted to enhance the teaching competencies of elementary school teachers in the era of Industry 4.0. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to increase teachers' knowledge and understanding of developing e-learning-based learning media. The activity was held at SD Muhammadiyah 11, Bidaracina Village, East Jakarta, on May 22, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with ten teachers participating. The training included a pretest, mentoring, and a posttest conducted by the FKIP UHAMKA lecturer team. The results showed an improvement in teachers' knowledge of the steps in creating Canva-based learning media, the creation of e-learning-based teaching materials, and positive responses from the participants. Teachers demonstrated the ability to create and effectively use e-learning-based learning media. This training successfully enhanced the teachers' competencies in using Canva as an interactive learning media.

Abstract

This community service program is carried out to improve skills for the women of the Bekasi Ta'lim Bakormata Council as a training program for making liquid dish soap to enhance the community's creative economy in increasing family needs. This method of service uses Participatory Rural Appraisal. The training participants of the partner group amounted to 50 people. The implementation is carried out in stages, with lecture methods, direct practice, and mentoring, which takes 3 months. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the enthusiasm of participants in the training by 45% succeeded in showing excellent results, the activity was carried out in groups, then it could be used as a home business, as evidenced by the sales of 500 bottles, with a unit price of Rp.10,000, per bottle. This training has also succeeded in encouraging local economic diversification, improving welfare, and strengthening the creative economy's potential at the Ta'lim Bakormata Assembly. This program can be a model adopted by other assemblies in the surrounding community.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology in the Society 5.0 era necessitates the preparation of prospective teachers who are capable of integrating technological innovation with human-centered educational values. This study aims to analyze the readiness of prospective teachers in facing the challenges of Society 5.0, focusing on students of the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka. Employing a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to undergraduate students. The instrument measured dimensions of readiness, including technological competence, pedagogical competence, professional competence, digital literacy, 21st-century skills, and humanistic values. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis with the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings reveal that prospective teachers demonstrate a very high level of readiness to face the Society 5.0 era. Technological competence and digital literacy were identified as significant contributors to teacher preparedness. These results indicate that teacher education programs play a crucial role in equipping future educators with the competencies required to adapt to digital transformation while maintaining ethical and professional standards. The study contributes to the theoretical development of teacher readiness and provides practical implications for curriculum innovation and policy formulation in higher education.
