Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi membawa perubahan ke arah masyaarakat digital 5.0. perubahan ini berdampak ke semua sektor kehidupan termasuk didalamnya sektor pendidikan. Bimbingan dan konseling sebagai integral dari sektor Pendidikan harus mampu beradaptasi agar bisa terus relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. E-Counseling merupakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang terintergasi dengan teknologi dan sejalan dengan perubahan ke arah masyarakat digital 5.0. dalam E-Counseling konselor harus menguasai ketrampilan dasar konseling ditambah dengan penguasaan teknologi. Sampai sekarang belum ada metode pakem dalam pelakasaan E-Counseling, walaupun demikian layanan E-Counseling sangat direkomendasikan karena relevan dengan perkembangan digital 5.0. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kepustakaan dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi E-Counseling, dan implementasinya dalam era digital 5.0 bagi konselor Pendidikan.

Abstract

The state of students' psychological well-being has an impact on their mental health. In this study, the psychological well-being of students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTTS) at Salatiga State Islamic Institute. This study used a cross-sectional survey design and a descriptive quantitative methodology. The study's subjects were 142 students at FTTS, Salatiga State Islamic Institute, who were chosen using a simple random sampling process. The psychological well-being scale used in this study is an adaptation of Riff's Well-Being Scale. Based on the instrument's validity and reliability tests, the instrument's reliability (r) score was 0.867, and the r count validity score ranged from 0.231 to 0.652. These findings show that the instrument is reliable and valid. The IBM SPSS program was used for data analysis. The findings indicated that students at FTTS, Salatiga State Islamic Institute are generally categorized as moderate for their psychological well-being, and according to the t-test (p= 0.090 > 0.05), there is no statistically significant difference between the psychological well-being of male and female students. According to the study's findings, students' psychological well-being can be enhanced by using a variety of services, including counseling and mindfulness therapy provided by counselors.

Abstract

The present study aimed to find out the simultaneous relationship among smartphone addiction, academic burnout, and procrastination among guidance and counseling department students of Semarang State University. This correlational study involved 75 students who were recruited using proportionate stratified sampling with a 10% margin of error. The data were analyzed using multiple correlation and bivariate formulas. The study revealed that 1) there is no significant relationship between smartphone addiction and procrastination, as indicated by a p-value of 0.449. In addition, it was also found that 2) there is no significant relationship between smartphone addiction and academic burnout (p-value = 0.255). However, the study found 3) a significant relationship between academic burnout and procrastination (p-value = 0.046). The fourth finding was that the R-value between smartphone addiction, academic burnout, and procrastination was 0.219 and sig. value of 0.171,  indicating a positive, insignificant simultaneous relationship between smartphone addiction, academic burnout, and procrastination among Guidance and Counseling Students of Semarang State University. The result of the study could be used as the basis to determine guidance and counseling services at the university level in order to minimize the problems related to smartphone addiction, academic burnout, and procrastination.
