Abstract

ABSTRACT In modern times, pornography is very easily accessible to people from various circles including teenagers through various sites on social media. This has a negative impact both from the academic and non-academic sides. The openness and ease of the internet for young people opens up opportunities for consumption of various types of content, including pornography. Teenagers and pornography are things that will never end with the development of communication technology.  To determine the learning achievement of students at SMK Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta who like to watch pornographic videos. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of sheets, the design used in this study was quantitative analysis, with a cross sectional approach. The statistical test  used is the chi square test, as for the results of knowledge when education is carried out by 89% in the category of high-achieving students, and low-achieving students 6%. There is no relationship between watching pornography and learning achievement with p value = 0.242. Keywords: Pornography, Learning Achievement  ABSTRAK Di zaman modern pornografi sangat mudah diakses oleh masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan termasuk remaja melalui berbagai situs disosial media. Hal ini memberikan dampak negatif baik dari sisi akademik maupun non akademik. Keterbukaan dan kemudahan internet bagi kalangan muda membuka peluang untuk konsumsi berbagai jenis konten, termasuk pornografi. Remaja dan pornografi adalah hal yang tidak akan pernah ada habisnya dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi.  Untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta yang suka menoton video pornografi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dalam bentuk lembaran, desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional.  Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji chi square, adapun hasil pengetahuan saat dilakukan edukasi sebesar 89% dalam kategori siswa yang berprestasi tinggi, dan siswa yang berprestasi rendah 6%. Tidak ada hubungan antara menonton pornografi terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai p value= 0.242. Kata Kunci: Pornografi, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

ABSTRACT Mental disorder is a condition that affects the mental health of an individual. Individuals with mental disorders have a sizable population, even one in eight people has a mental disorder. Mental disorders themselves are usually accompanied by the appearance of violent behavior both towards oneself and others. Management of violent behavior that can be done is in the form of relaxation therapy in the form of benson relaxation, which consists of deep breathing accompanied by spiritual activities. This writing aims to be able to provide insight and knowledge about the effect of benson relaxation therapy on reducing violent behavior in patients with violent behavior. This study uses a design in the form of pre-post test design, by selecting the sample in the form of a simple random sample, then the research data was analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with a data processing program in the form of SPSS. The results showed that there was an effect of benson relaxation therapy on patients with violent behavior, the visible effect was a decrease in violent behavior in patients with violent behavior. based on the results of the study there was an effect of benson relaxation therapy on violent behavior, in the form of a decrease in violent behavior in 24 patients. The characteristics of patients with violent behavior show that there were 26 patients experiencing acute agitation, after being given the intervention it decreased to only three people experiencing acute agitation. In addition, based on the results of the study, there was an effect of benson relaxation therapy on violent behavior, in the form of a decrease in violent behavior in 24 patients. Keywords: Benson Relaxation Techniques, Violent Behavior, Deep Breathing Techniques, Spiritual Activities  ABSTRAK Gangguan jiwa merupakan suatu kondisi yang mempengaruhi kesehatan jiwa suatu individu. Individu dengan gangguan jiwa memiliki populasi yang cukup besar bahkan satu dari delapan orang mengalami gangguan jiwa. Gangguan jiwa sendiri biasanya disertai dengan munculnya perilaku kekerasan baik kepada diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Manajemen perilaku kekerasan yang bisa dilakukan berupa terapi relaksasi berupa relaksasi benson, yang terdiri dari napas dalam disertai dengan kegiatan spiritual. Penulisan ini bertujuan agar dapat menginformasikan wawasan dan pengetahuan terhadap pengaruh terapi relaksasi benson terhadap penurunan perilaku kekerasan pada pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain berupa pre-post test design, dengan pemilihan sampel berupa sampel acak sederhana, kemudian data penelitian di analisis dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan program pengolah data berupa SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh terapi relaksasi benson terhadap pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan, pengaruh yang terlihat berupa penurunan perilaku kekerasan pada pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan. berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh dari terapi relaksasi benson terhadap perilaku kekerasan, berupa penurunan perilaku kekerasan pada 24 pasien.  Karakteristik pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan menunjukan bahwa terdapat 26 pasien mengalami agitasi akut, setelah diberikan intervensi menurun hingga hanya tiga orang yang mengalami agitasi akut. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh dari terapi relaksasi benson terhadap perilaku kekerasan, berupa penurunan perilaku kekerasan pada 24 pasien. Kata Kunci: Teknik relaksasi benson, Perilaku kekerasan, Teknik napas dalam, Kegiatan Spiritual

Abstract

Background: Nurses are among the healthcare workers who play a crucial role in the healthcare system. High workloads, long hours, shift systems, and limited staffing often result in nurses having to handle excessive workloads. This can lead to physical exhaustion, emotional stress, and a reduced quality of life. The pressure of workload not only impacts the physical but also significantly impacts the mental health of nurses. Research Objective: To determine the influence of workload on the mental health of nurses. Research Method: This study used a cross-sectional analytical design. The sample in this study were some of the nurses working in Building A of the Duren Sawit Regional Specialist Hospital, East Jakarta, in November 2025, with a total sample size of 58 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Research Results: The majority of respondents were aged 26-35 years (72.4%), had a Diploma III in Nursing (84.5%), were female (58.6%), had mild/moderate disorders (70.7%), and had a heavy workload (48.3%). There was an effect of workload on nurses' mental health, with a p-value of 0.002. Conclusions and Recommendations: Workload impacts nurses' mental health. Nurses are expected to improve their stress management skills, maintain a balance between work and personal life, and utilize available mental health support facilities.

Abstract

Background: The elderly are an age group experiencing declines in physical, psychological, and social function, requiring special attention in terms of health and well-being. Most elderly people in Indonesia are cared for by their own family members. Families play a crucial role as caregivers, providing physical, emotional, and social support to the elderly. Long-term caregiving responsibilities can cause stress and exhaustion in family members, known as caregiver burden. This burden refers to the physical, emotional, social, and economic burden experienced by caregivers while caring for the elderly. This burden can negatively impact the caregiver's mental health, including stress, depression, and anxiety. Research Objective: Knowing the relationship between caregiver burden and the mental health of elderly families. Research Method: This study used a cross-sectional analytical design. The sample in this study was a portion of the elderly family who accompanied the elderly for treatment at the Duren Sawit Regional General Hospital, East Jakarta in November 2025, with a total sample of 60 people. The sampling technique used was asidental sampling. Research Results: The majority of respondents were aged 36-45 years (36.7%), had secondary education (71.7%), and were female (63.3%), had mild mental health disorders (56.7%), and had moderate caregiver burden (60.0%). There was a relationship between caregiver burden and the mental health of elderly family members (p-value 0.001). Conclusions and Recommendations: There is a relationship between caregiver burden and the mental health of elderly family members. It is hoped that families can divide the roles in caring for the elderly so that the burden does not fall solely on one caregiver.

Abstract

Background: Organizational support, also known as Perceived Organizational Support (POS), plays a crucial role in maintaining the mental health of lecturers. When lecturers feel valued and receive attention from the institution, it enhances work engagement, satisfaction, and mental health. Perceptions of organizational support have a significant impact on increasing emotional commitment and work engagement, helping them maintain psychological balance, reduce work stress, and minimize the risk of burnout. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational support and the mental health of lecturers and academic staff at Universitas Mohammad Husni Thamrin. Organizational support was measured using the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) model developed by Eisenberger et al. (1986), while mental health was measured using the Mental Health Continuum-Short Form (MHC-SF), which assesses psychological, emotional, and social well-being. The research method employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 101 respondents selected using simple random sampling. Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents (62.4%) perceived organizational support as high, and most respondents (52.5%) were categorized as flourishing in terms of mental health, while only 5.9% were categorized as languishing. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test revealed a significant relationship between organizational support and mental health among lecturers and academic staff, with a p-value of 0.034. These results indicate that the higher the perception of organizational support, the greater the likelihood that lecturers and academic staff experience better mental well-being. Conclusion: The study concludes that organizational support has a significant influence on the mental health of lecturers and academic staff in higher education. Therefore, it is recommended that universities strengthen organizational support policies by enhancing welfare programs for lecturers and academic staff, such as stress management training, psychological counseling services, and work-life balance policies.
