Abstract

Pengolahan data mahasiswa antara bagian BAAK dengan tiap-tiap Prodi di Politeknik Negeri Pontianak (POLNEP) selama ini belum memaksimalkan teknologi informasi yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, agar proses  pengolahan data mahasiswa lebih baik lagi maka diperlukan Enterprise Architecture untuk pengelolaan teknologi informasi yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang rencana teknologi informasi dengan Enterprise Arcitechture menggunakan The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) di BAAK Politeknik Negeri Pontianak (POLNEP), untuk meningkatkan pengolahan data dan menyelaraskan antara bisnis dan fungsi teknologi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literature, survei dan wawancara. Model  TOGAF digunakan untuk menganalisis gap atau kesenjangan antara arsitektur target dan arsitektur saat ini. Untuk menyelaraskan fungsi bisnis dan teknologi informasi, Politeknik Negeri Pontianak memerlukan proses bisnis, sistem informasi dan arsitektur teknologi. Hasil penelitian berupa perencanaan teknologi informasi dengan Enterprise Architecture menggunakan TOGAF untuk meningkatkan proses pengolahan data yang terintegrasi antara BAAK dengan tiap-tiap Prodi sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Dengan adanya penyelenggaraan pemilihan dosen berprestasi di tingkat nasional, maka diharapkan setiap perguruan tinggi terdorong untuk memiliki sistem penghargaan yang terprogram bagi dosen yang memiliki prestasi tinggi dalam pelaksanaan tridarma perguruan tinggi. Dalam pemilihan dosen berprestasi tersebut sering muncul subyektifitas para pengambil keputusan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan penunjang keputusan, pengambilan keputusan akan lebih objektif dalam memilih dosen berprestasi. Penelitian Multiple Criteria Decision Making dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 metode yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kepentingan dari setiap kriteria dan sub kriteria penilaian dosen berprestasi, kemudian TOPSIS digunakan untuk memilih alternatif dosen berprestasi yang memerlukan pertimbangan. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa AHP dan TOPSIS dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung pembuat keputusan yang multi kriteria dan memerlukan banyak pertimbangan dalam pemilihan dosen berprestasi di perguruan tinggi. Metode AHP dan TOPSIS dapat membedakan dengan jelas  berdasarkan nilai preferensi yang dihasilkan sehingga memberikan keputusan yang objektif.

Abstract

Financing for business or consumption is one of the main purpose of a bank. BPR is mini part of Indonesian banking system that functions like conventional banks with limited or smaller role. BPR also finances for car loans. In practice, when administrative assessments for car loan applications are not met, subjective assessment is needed to further assess car loan applications. The purpose of this study is to develop decision support for the latter problem. This study employs AHP and TOPSIS as decision support method. 5C’s are used for assesment which results in highest preference in Character (0.36), followed by Capacity (0.28), Capital (0.19), Collateral (0.14), Condition (0.04). Fifteen sub criterias are also developed to further assess the loan and TOPSIS is used for alternative selection. The result of this study proves AHP and TOPSIS are reliable for supporting multi criteria decision making, especially in assessing and approving car credit loan at BPR Centradana Kapuas Pontianak.

Abstract

Penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan dapat meningkatkan proses penilaian dalam seleksi Beasiswa bidikmisi sehingga dapat mengurangi subjektivitas pengambilan keputusan. Keputusan ini di dukung oleh beberapa kriteria sehingga dapat terpilih penerima beasiswa bidikmisi sesuai dengan kuota yang telah diberikan Kemenristek Dikti.Penelitian ini berbentuk studi kasus dengan metode research and development yang subjek penelitiannya adalah Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk seleksi penerima beasiswa bidikmisi menggunakan metode TOPSIS berbasis web dengan menggunakan basis data MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Metode perancangan aplikasi sistem pengambilan keputusan seleksi penerima beasiswa bidikmisi menggunakan metode Agile dengan pendekatan Extreme Programming yang memiliki tahapan antara lain Planning, Design, Coding, dan Testing yang menggunakan pendekatan Object-Oriented dengan sistem pemodelannya menggunakan UML. Hasil implementasi Metode TOPSIS dalam sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi penerima beasiswa bidikmisi berbasis web menampilkan fitur menu pendaftaran calon peserta bidikmisi, menu pengisian kriteria, menu penilaian calon peserta, menu hasil penilaian, menu kelola kriteria, menu kelola alternatif kriteria dan menu kelola pemakai. Selain itu, hasil implementasi memberikan objektivitas dan kemudahan bagi panitia dalam penilaian dan perankingan. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode TOPSIS sebagai alternatif pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi penerima beasiswa bidikmisi dapat menyaring 20% penerima beasiswa bidikmisi yang seharusnya tidak layak mendapatkan beasiswa tersebut.The use of decision support system can enhance the assessment process of bidikmisi scholarship selection, so that it may reduce the subjectivity in decision making. This decision system is supported by some criteria, so that the reciplent of bidikmisi scholarship can be selected accordance to the provided quota by Kemenristek Dikti. This is a case study research with research and development method where research participant is State Polytechnic School of Pontianak. TOPSIS method is used in decision support system for bidikmisi scholarship acceptance selection web-based using MySQL based data and PHP language program. The application design method of decision support system of bidikmisi scholarship selection recipients use agile method of Extreme Programming approach which steps of Planning, Design, Coding and Testing of object-Oriented approach with UML. The result of TOPSIS method application in decision support system of bidikmisi scholarship selection recipients web-based display fitur menu of bidikmisi candidate registration, prospective participants charging criteria, candidate assessment menu, the assessment result menu, management criteria menu, alternative governance criteria and the user governance menu. Basides, the result of the implememtation gives objectivities and ease for the committee in the assessment and ranking. The test results also show that the use TOPSIS method as an alternative decision-making in the selection of awardees bidikmisi can filter 20 % scholarship bidikmisi that should not be eligible for the scholarship.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Auditing of Integrated Hajj Computerized System in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of the Yogyakarta Special Province implemented using the COBIT framework for organizing the procession of pilgrims. Audits performed by the method of interviews and questionnaires, which refers to the COBIT framework as a standard. The questionnaire was made in two types of questionnaires I Preliminary Survey to determine the IT processes to be selected and maturity level II questionnaire to measure the level of maturity. Preliminary analysis of the survey have managed to pick some of the IT processes that have been carried out on one of the Office of the Province of DIY religious ministries. The IT processes are selected domain DS include DS5, DS10, DS11, DS12, and DS13. Based on the results of calculation of maturity values can be in the know that for the DS10, DS11 and DS13 has a maturity value respectively 3.05, 3.16, and 3.13 which means the process defined at the level which is a process conducted regularly in accordance with a standard formal written. While the maturity values for process DS5 and DS12 may have a maturity value respectively 2.72 and 2.84, which means is at repeatable but intuitive level the process is done on a regular basis but you are not formal rules and guidelines. The results of this study indicate that for the overall process maturity level selected is between levels 2 and 3, so it can be concluded that SISKOHAT has been implemented in accordance with the procedures, communicated and some have been documented. Keywords: Integrated Hajj Computerized System, audit, COBIT

Abstract

The creation and dissemination of questionnaires conventionally has an impact in data collection and completion of thesis for longer. While on the other hand students should be able to complete college on time. The accuracy of students completing lectures also affects the accreditation of study programs and universities. The purpose of community service implementation to foster knowledge and insight so that students can practice google form application in making questionnaires and collecting scientific work data online. Considering the number of students of the College of Economists Boedi Oetomo Pontianak who do not know how to make questionnaires using the google form application. So far, students are still using conventional methods in the manufacture and dissemination of questionnaires. The seminar was attended by 22 participants from the final semester of the Boedi Oetomo Pontianak College of Economics. Implementation of community service using lecture approach, direct practice guidance and discussion so that participants can understand the material delivered. Based on the results of Pretest and Postest showed that after the seminar all students can understand the use of google application form for the creation of questionnaires and data collection of scientific work.

Abstract

Peranan teknologi informasi yang dapat mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan harus diimbangi dengan pengaturan dan pengelolaan yang tepat sehingga kerugian atau ancaman yang mungkin terjadi dapat dihindari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat kematangan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada PT. Papa Jaya Teknik sesuai dengan standard Framework COBIT 4.1 khusus pada domain DS karena  sistem informasi penjualan yang diterapkan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas kerja, kemudahan dalam mendapatkan informasi, keamanan data, mempermudah dalam pembuatan laporan dan pengolahan data. Penelitian dilakukan dengan  metode diskriptif analitik sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuisioner. Narasumber kuisioner ditentukan berdasarkan metode purpose sampling yang merupakan teknik pemilihan respondenyang dipilih sesuai dengan tujuan tertentu saja dan yang terkait langsung dengan Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan nilai tingkat kematangan terendah ada pada DS5 (memastikan keamanan system) yaitu 1,648. Untuk dapat mencapai tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan yaitu ke 3 (defined), maka manajemen perusahaan harus melakukan pengelolaan keamanan teknologi informasi selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan, menaksir dan mengelola resiko teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Processing of patient data at the Mulia Mother and Child Hospital has so far been carried out on a paper-based basis and there has been no data integration between the registration, polyclinic, pharmacy and medical records departments. In order for better service and patient data processing to support decision making and provide fast and accurate information, enterprise architecture analysis and planning is needed. The aim of this research is enterprise architecture planning for information systems and information technology that will be applied to maternal and child hospitals in line with the vision and mission so that strategic objectives can be achieved. The research uses the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method with the Architecture Development Method (ADM). TOGAF ADM has eight stages, this research only uses five stages, namely Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The research results are in the form of an information system and information technology blueprint that can support business processes to achieve the strategic goals expected by Mulia mother and child hospital. Apart from that, the TOGAF ADM method produces architectural designs according to the institution's vision and mission, so that it can overcome existing problems.

Abstract

Activities of daily living are activities carried out routinely by each individual in their daily life. Current technological developments have also been utilized by elderly people in the face of functional decline to support activities related to physical and psychological exercise. This research analyzes the use of technology and information technology in the elderly as supporting activities of daily living. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a questionnaire instrument. The research was conducted in June 2023 at Posyandu Teratai I Padukuhan Pungkuran Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta using an accidental sampling technique and obtained 24 respondents. Description of the technology used by respondents to support activities of daily living. From the household equipment technology category, the most widely used are rice cookers and refrigerators, 27.08% each, from the health equipment category, such as weight scales and thermometers, 8 each. 33%, in the information and communication technology category the majority use television (46.34%). Only 17% of respondents used YouTube as a guide to exercise for the elderly. The information technology used by the elderly as a source of health information is 3% television, 10% radio, and 6% social media. There are 3 types of barriers to using technology in the elderly, namely because they don't have technology tools (25%), are not used to/difficulty using them (29%), and don't have time to use them (4%). Elderly people in Padukuhan Pungkuran Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta do not make much use of technology and information technology to support activities of daily living.

Abstract

The goal of community diagnosis is to be able to find out how many people are exposed to diseases and problems in RT 16 & RT 27 so that in the future the community will not be exposed to these diseases and can find out how to prevent them properly and correctly. The problem solver uses the USG method and then the authors carry out MMD (Village Community Consultation) activities so that in the future the problem can get the right solution. Based on the results of the priority analysis that has been carried out, there are three problems, namely the storage of wet (organic) waste that is not separated, the use of stacked sockets, and hypertension. An alternative solution to the problem is carried out by conducting counseling using power point media and stickers. Prior to counseling as an alternative problem solving, MMD was carried out first to help solve existing problems in the community. Then by carrying out interventions with counseling it is hoped that the community can reduce the use of stacked sockets when using electronic equipment.
