Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of Dunkin' Donuts consumers in Jambi City and analyze the impact of promotional strategies on buying decisions and purchase quantities at Dunkin' Donuts Jambi City. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of questionnaire answers from respondents to find out the reasons for consumers to decide to buy at Dunkin' Donuts, Jambi City. The number of samples in this study were 95 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative analysis to describe the characteristics of consumers and chi-square test to determine the impact of promotional strategies with buying decisions and the amount of promotion. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the characteristics of the majority of respondents based on gender were women, based on the age of 21-22 years, based on semester level was 6 and based on purchase intensity was 1 time in 1 month. The results of the chi-square test indicate that promotional media have a positive and significant impact on buying decisions (X2 count 3.470 > X2 table 2.7326) and promotional media have a positive and significant impact on the buying amount (X2 count 12.1992 > X2 table 5,2260). Abstract

The Internet has been widely used in various business fields. The function of the Internet in this modern era is not only for giving information but it also handles banking transactions anytime and anywhere without being limited by time and distance. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Perceived Value, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Risk to Customer intention to use Internet Banking. The respondents in this study were 100 respondents who visited BCA KCP A.Yani Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the t-test and F test for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that not all variables are influential, in Perceived Ease of Use there is no influence, while the variables of Perceived Value and Perceived Risk have an influence on customer intention. The variables of Perceived Value and Perceived Risk have a significant effect, while Perceived Ease of Use variables that do not significantly influence customer intention for using Internet Banking. Abstract

The research was conducted on Riau University Pekanbaru. This aims of study to determine the effect of service quality dimensions as seen from 5 dimensions of responsiveness, reliabilty, empathy, assurance, and tangible, then this study aims to determine the effect of quality of academic information systems dimensions as seen from 2 dimensions of system quality and quality of information towords college student satisfaction is following Riau University Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected by using questonnaire to 400 respondents, which aims is used, include validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions test (normality, heteroscedasticity and multicolinearity), multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fitest (F test, t test, the coefficient of determination). Data obtained then processed using SPSS program version 19.0, where the value of determination coefficient obtained by 40,6% which means that independent variables is responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, tangible, system quality and quality of information have an effect of the dependent the remaining 59,4% is influenced by other variables not observed in this research. Abstract

Every year there are university graduates who should be able to improve the quality of human resources in Indonesia. The reality is that college graduates are more directed to the formal sector so when jobs in the legal industry do not grow, people do not try to create their careers. This research aims to analyse the effect of Higher Education Learning Support, Social Support, Income Expectations and Personality on Student Entrepreneurial Interests in Riau, Indonesia. The sample in this research is 400 students in Pekanbaru, Riau. The population in this study were final semester students (6,7,8) at a university in Pekanbaru, Riau. And by using research samples taken from as many as 400 people according to the sample criteria with solving calculations. The data analysis technique used tested the validity and reliability as well as the hypothesis as evidenced by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that the variables in this study consisting of college support, social support, income expectations and personality significantly influence student interest in Riau. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, leadership and work environment to employees performance in PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa. This analysis is based on 80 respondents, this study uses methods nonprobability sampling with Random sampling method and were collected through questionnaires. And research shows that the performance of employees on incentives, leadership and working environment in the process and in tests using test validity and reliability, and classical assumption that generate influence on employee performance. This research is expected that the company could maintain and improve incentives, leadership and work environment so that the employee's performance can be maintained.
