Abstract

When the public service process is still not maximized, the community will submit a complaint report to the Government on the suggested complaints from the community regarding public services that have not been effective. The presence of SP4N-LAPOR! is a need for a system that can integrate all complaints management in government agencies, because complaints cannot be managed partially. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of SP4N-LAPOR! at the Department of Communication and Information of the City of Tasikmalaya. This study uses the theory of Sedarmayanti (2009) regarding the effectiveness of the program with 4 indicators, namely: Input, Production Process, Output (Output), Productivity. Using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman (1984) in Sugiyono (2019), namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The result of this research is that the complaints based on SP4N-LAPOR! has been effective in accordance with the existing mechanism in the SOP, but there are still obstacles, namely limited human resources and employee understanding and not optimal in conducting socialization.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dapat dijadikan solusi untuk berinovasi dalam bidang pembelajaran, akan tetapi peserta didik masih belum maksimal penggunaan teknologi dan keterbatasan waktu untuk pelajaran teknologi dan informasi tanpa melakukan praktik secara langsung kepada peserta didik hal ini tak terlepas dari masa New normal pasca pandemi Covid-19. Maka mahasiswa dalam program kampus mengajar mengadakan kegiatan bengkel belajar sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan pengabdian pada peserta didik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran yang kreatif kepada peserta didik di SMPN 24 Depok. Dalam kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan praktik secara langsung kepada peserta didik dengan materi Pengetahuan komputer, PowerPoint dan Microsoft Word yang dimanah minat peserta didik yang mengikuti dominan adalah kelas 7 dan dukungan sekolah dalam kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam pengenalan teknologi sejak masa SMP dalam pembelajaran yang dimanah peserta didik menjadi lebih kreatif dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk jenjang selanjutnya.

Abstract

The research discusses the Role of Maladministration Prevention by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in Improving the Quality of Public Services in Indonesia. This research is based on the many problems of maladministration that occur in Indonesia, for this reason, supervision is needed by the Ombudsman as an external supervisory institution. Oversight by the Ombudsman over the running of government is a guarantee that the state does not lead to an unlimited dictatorship, which is contrary to the characteristics of a rule of law state. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation techniques and literature studies. The results show that efforts to prevent maladministration of public services have been carried out by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia by carrying out various activities to prevent maladministration since the establishment of the Ombudsman. Various efforts in the form of activities have been carried out so that maladministration of public services in Indonesia can be prevented from recurring. There are several activities carried out every year as a form of efforts to prevent maladministration of public services that have been carried out by the Ombudsman. However, the Ombudsman also has obstacles in carrying out his duties and powers as a supervisory institution for the implementation of public services, including a lack of human resources, many people still think that reporting to the Ombudsman will definitely have the same results, there are some people who do not know and feel foreign to the term Ombudsman , the related party (reported) did not follow the Ombudsman's suggestion to make improvements.

Abstract

This research was triggered by the lack of effectiveness in implementing flood management measures at the regional, village and community levels. Problem identification shows that the coastal area of ​​Tangerang Regency has a low risk of flooding and damage due to tidal waves, this was obtained from a preparedness study which showed a low regional resilience index, preparedness index and flood implementation capacity index. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Disaster Management in Flood Management in the Coastal Area of ​​Tangerang Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. In its analysis, this research refers to Van Metter and Van Horn's theory which includes indicators such as policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational relationships, characteristics of implementing agents, economic, social and political environmental conditions, and implementing arrangements. The research results show that policy standards and objectives have not been implemented optimally, and policy objectives do not have a significant impact according to existing regulations. BPBD Tangerang Regency is experiencing a shortage of resources, both in terms of the quality of human resources, budget and materials. Although relations between organizations are maintained, they have not yet reached optimal levels. Communication with village officials is not well informed to the community, so that synergy and cooperation with the community in Tanjung Burung and Tanjung Pasir Villages has not been fully realized, especially in the coastal areas of Tangerang Regency. There is a positive attitude of implementers towards policies, but realistic and preventive action is needed in disaster management. Economic, social and political environmental conditions do not fully support the implementation of disaster management.

Abstract

Floods are one of the natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia. This flood disaster can cause various losses, such as infrastructure damage, economic loss, and even loss of life. Flood disaster prevention needs to be carried out comprehensively and involve various parties, including the community. This prevention can be done in various ways, one of which is the Disaster Preparedness Village. The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of a community-based flood disaster prevention program through the Disaster Alert Village in South Tangerang, Banten. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, where data was collected by using a literature study, the data collected is then analyzed through three steps, namely first reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the study shows that the implementation of the Disaster Preparedness Village in South Tangerang has been implemented in several areas in South Tangerang. The Flood Alert Village program includes various activities, such as disaster response simulation training, counseling on disaster preparedness, and the formation of a disaster task force. Disaster Alert Village increases community preparedness in facing flood disasters, so that it can reduce the negative impacts of flood disasters.

Abstract

Sudah hampir dua tahun lebih seluruh dunia termasuk Negara Indonesia terjangkit virus corona atau yang dinamai menjadi Covid-19. Dari awal kemunculan Covid-19 Pemerintah Indonesia membuat berbagai kebijakan untuk mengurangi angka penyebaran virus corona, salah satu kebijakan yang sampai sekarang masih terus diterapkan adalah kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat, kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegaiatan masyarakat selalu diperbaharui setiap satu – dua minggu sekali melalui Instruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri. Dalam kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat dibagi menjadi beberapa level perwilayah, level ini ditentukan betrdasarkan angka penyebaran virus Covid-19 di setiap wilayah. Level kebijakan ini dibagi menjadi tiga level. Isi dari kebijakan tersebut salah satunya berupa pemberitahuan bekerja dari rumah atau work from home (WFH) yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh setiap sector yang disebutkan dalam instruksi dalam negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas kerja pegawai selama work from home di PT Sang Hyang Seri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.
