Abstract

Tujuan dari Studi ini ialah untuk menganalisis dan mengembangkan strategi pengembangan pengelolaan pasar yang dilakukan oleh PD. Pasar Tohaga. Studi ini juga mencaritahu dan menganalisis persepsi pelanggan terhadap penanganan pasar oleh PD Pasar Tohaga. Data dianalisis melalui pendekatan deskriptif analisis dengan studi kasus. Formulasi strategi menggunakan IE Matrict yang dikembangkan dengan berbagai persyaratan manajemen perpasaran menurut penilaian pelanggan (pedagang dan pengunjung) di pasar kelas I, II dan III, dimana perolehan nilai ternyata di bawah rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara total pelanggan mempersepsikan bahwa kinerja pelayanan PD Pasar Tohaga dalam pengelolaan pasar masih rendah sedangkan tingkat harapan pelanggan tinggi. Sementara pengelola memberi penilaian yang baik terhadap kinerjanya sendiri dengan tingkat harapan yang juga tinggi.Strategi yang dapat dikembangkan dan diterapkan oleh PD Pasar Tohaga ialah 1). Merevitalisasi struktur dan infrastruktur pasar; 2). Memperbaiki pasar yang hiegienes, 3). Memperkuat staf di setiap pasar; 4). Diferensiasi pelayanan; 5). Menyelesaikan atau merencanakan lingkungan pasar yang baik; dan 6). Menyelenggarakan survei pelanggan.

Abstract

Kota Jakarta Timur merupakan bagian kawasan dari Jakarta City, memiliki 783 Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat sebagian peningkatan sistem penjaminan mutu internal yang berkarakter. Adapun faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat adalah masih lemahnya sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan karakter, lemahnya dukungan sistem informasi untuk mendukung kegiatan pendidikan karakter berkualitas, anggaran yang terbatas serta belum berfungsinya budaya mutu sebagai pembeda sekolah yang fokus dengan pendidikan karakter dengan sekolah yang tidak memiliki orientasi pada pendidikan karakter, serta masih kurangnya kerjasama dan komunikasi yang baik antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua murid dalam pembentukan karakter. Strategi yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan evaluasi dan pengendalian melalui sistem, membuat kebijakan dan dukungan sistem penjaminan mutu yang dapat memberikan kepastian bahwa setiap program, penyelenggaraan pendidikan dilangsungkan dengan standar mutu sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah, proses penyelenggaraan program pendidikan karakter yang bersifat kontinyu berbasis pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is part of the local government in a decentralized system. The responsibilities of the DPRD include three main things: development supervision, budgeting, and legislation. All three functions are carried out within the framework of community representation. The implementation of these three functions is supported by the DPRD secretariat device, whose duties/functions and authorities have been regulated in Government Regulation Number 18/2016 concerning Regional Devices. The duties and responsibility of the DPRD secretariat are to provide services to members of the DPRD. This study aims to analyze the quality of services from a new public service (NPS) perspective. For this reason, the study develops ten new public service indicators. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive/judgment sampling. Purposive/judgment sampling is a technique based on the researcher's consideration of several suitable characteristics relating to the sample members needed to answer the research objectives. All indicators are tested using Importance Performance Analysis, one of the statistical techniques to test the degree of importance of an aspect. To answer the formulation of the problem, this study provided a questionnaire (Likert scale) to fifty DPRD members. As a result, out of the ten NPS indicators, the courtesy indicator is included as the top priority that the DPRD secretariat of the Tangerang Selatan Municipality must complete. In addition, tangible indicators, competence, communication, and customer understanding are included in the low priority. Further elaboration of these results is presented in this paper

Abstract

Bali is an area that has traditional weaving crafts and still survives amid the globalization of textiles. This study describes the implementation of the policy of using traditional woven fabrics in encouraging the development of small and medium weaving industries (IKM) in Bali. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data is collected through literature review, documents, and observation. Research through literature study utilizes online media, statistical data, books, articles in journals, government websites, and trusted online media. The implementation of the policy on the use of traditional Balinese woven or endek fabrics has gone according to the government's expectations, in the form of purchasing woven products, training for new woven craftsmen, providing looms, and establishing weaving centers. However, there are still a number of obstacles to be faced, namely in the upstream section, the availability of raw materials still relies on outside Bali. Generations of craftsmen who are still lacking to meet the sudden market demand.

Abstract

Mitigasi dapat dilakukan berupa pembangunan fisik atau peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengahadapi bencana serta kesiap-siagaan pemerintah dalam pengorganisasian terhadap tindakan yang tepat dan akurat sehigga masyarakat memiliki persiapan dalam menghadapi bencana. Oleh karena itu apabila perencanaan tersebut telah dilaksanakan pemerintah namun terdapat keterbatasan alat tekologi kebencanaan serta bencana alam yang sulit diprediksi maka perlu adanya pola pengembangan science yang berorintasi pada mitigasi bencana. Selanjutnya apabila saat bencana telah terjadi pemerintah harus bersigap dalam memberikan tindakan cpat tanggap dalam proses penyelamatan serta mengevakuasi para korban dan memberikan kebutuhan darurat para korban. Dengan demikian pasca bencana terjadi masih terus diberikan penanganan berupa alokasi bantuan dana yang tidak hanya dari pemerintah daerah namun dengan berbagai pihak yang ikut serta dalam memberikan bantuan utnuk membangun kembali kabupaen cianjur yang terdampak bncana alam yakni gempa bumi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan kebakaran di Kecamatan Pasar Minggu Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model implementasi kebijakan menurut Jan Merse yang menyatakan bahwa keberhasilan kebijakan dipengaruhi oleh empat variabel, yaitu informasi, isi kebijakan, dukungan masyarakat dan pembagian potensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan kebakaran di Kecamatan Pasar Minggu sudah berjalan dengan semestinya namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan, yaitu belum diberikannya alat pelindung diri kepada relawan kebakaran dan dukungan masyarakat yang kurang peduli dengan mitigasi bencana kebakaran

Abstract

Safe and disaster-resistant residential areas are an urgent need to reduce disaster risk. The role of the government, especially the South Tangerang City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), is very important in increasing community preparedness in a comprehensive and targeted manner. In this research, we used a qualitative method by utilizing the study literature scheme as a secondary and primary data source obtained from Scopus, Google Scholar, books, performance reports and annual final reports. Our research results show that South Tangerang City has adopted various measures to reduce disaster risk, especially through disaster risk reduction information. The government has implemented mitigation efforts, such as disaster simulations and disseminating mitigation messages through mass media and social media. Apart from that, the government is also making other persuasive efforts to change people's mindsets in realizing a culture of safety, including through habituation and increasing preparedness in disaster prevention. In this context, residential areas that dominate the spatial layout and have different facilities are the main focus. Risk zoning can be done to divide residential areas into zones with different levels of disaster risk, thereby enabling appropriate spatial planning. Early warning infrastructure also needs to be installed to provide residents with information about impending disasters and allow sufficient time to take necessary actions. Clear and well-identified evacuation routes should be provided, while green open spaces can act as "protection zones" and gathering places during evacuation. Apart from that, disaster-resistant buildings need to be considered in planning this residential area. An effective drainage system is also important to reduce the risk of flooding. Public education and awareness about disaster risks as well as regular preparedness training need to be carried out. The government needs to monitor and evaluate the mitigation measures implemented to ensure their effectiveness. Overall, this research underlines the important role of the government and BPBD South Tangerang City in reducing disaster risk in residential areas. By combining comprehensive mitigation measures and involving active community participation, it is hoped that a safety culture can be created that can increase preparedness in facing disasters

Abstract

The pandemic period where coordination activities were limited to online meetings because of the fear of interacting face-to-face in the coordination process with related parties. Research Methods using quantitative methods. In collecting data, the author uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. And using multiple linear regression. The research location is in the DPRD of Tangerang City organization. Based on the results of the study 1) There is an influence of policies on handling the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of the DPRD of Tangerang City Organization. The value of the policy coefficient for handling the Covid 19 pandemic is 0.259, which is positive with the result of t count of 2.934 > t table (1.679) and a significance of t of 0.005 <0.05. 2) The value of the leadership style coefficient of the DPRD of Tangerang City chairman is 0.456, which is positive with the results of t count of 7.885 > t table (1.679) and a significance of t of 0.000 <0.05. That is, H2 is accepted. 3) The calculated F value obtained is 48.965 > F table (3.20) and the F significance obtained from the model is 0.000 less than 0.05. That is, H3 is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Leadership Style Variable of the Chairperson of the DPRD of Tangerang City can contribute an influence of 0.456 which is stronger than the Covid-19 Pandemic Handling Policy variable which only contributes 0.259. This means that the leadership style of the DPRD of Tangerang City Chairman has a greater impact on increasing the DPRD of Tangerang City Organizational Performance in 2020-2021.

Abstract

The process of harmonization and strengthening of the draft bill is the most crucial stage in the formation of legislation. The 2019 Corona Virus Disease pandemic in Indonesia caused a socio-economic crisis. Among the challenges is the delay in the Legislative Body's big agenda in drafting laws. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The theory used is the Balanced Scorecard Organizational Performance, with 4 perspectives: Finance, Customer, Internal Business, Learning and Growth. The results of the study describe that the performance of the Legislative Body is related to the Financial Perspective, experiencing refocusing and budget reallocation to overcome the Corona Virus-2019. From the customer perspective, in absorbing the aspirations of the community, the legislative body can only conduct public hearings, seminars, and work visits with using virtual under the rules of the DPR RI. From an Internal Business perspective, the implementation is still not optimal, because it is constrained by the Legislation Board meeting schedule with the commission meeting schedule, and attending meetings online. Furthermore, in the Learning and Growth Perspective, the leadership in the Legislative Institution is quite optimal, seen from the commitment and presence of the leadership of the Legislative Institution in carrying out their duties. The absence of laws that have been ratified, is mostly due to the political process in the formation of laws that cannot be measured quantitatively.

Abstract

Floods are one of the natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia. This flood disaster can cause various losses, such as infrastructure damage, economic loss, and even loss of life. Flood disaster prevention needs to be carried out comprehensively and involve various parties, including the community. This prevention can be done in various ways, one of which is the Disaster Preparedness Village. The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of a community-based flood disaster prevention program through the Disaster Alert Village in South Tangerang, Banten. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, where data was collected by using a literature study, the data collected is then analyzed through three steps, namely first reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the study shows that the implementation of the Disaster Preparedness Village in South Tangerang has been implemented in several areas in South Tangerang. The Flood Alert Village program includes various activities, such as disaster response simulation training, counseling on disaster preparedness, and the formation of a disaster task force. Disaster Alert Village increases community preparedness in facing flood disasters, so that it can reduce the negative impacts of flood disasters.
