Abstract

East Java Provincial Government has categorized Blitar Regency as water scarce area and is prone to drought therefore resulting in increasing use of groundwater. The study analyzed land use change during 2002-2011 period, water demand, infiltration, and groundwater supply. The study conducted land use analysis (through Landsat image interpretation), runoff and infiltration analysis (using hydro meteorological method), water demand analysis (for domestic, urban, farming, fishery and industry sectors), and groundwater reserve analysis (gap between infiltration and total demand). Interpretation of Landsat image from 2002 and 2011 indicated a significant increase in housing area while showing decrease in other uses which may serve as watershed area such as farmlands, forests, plantations and open spaces. Infiltration analysis indicated that in dry seasons (with very low or zero precipitation) infiltration is limited therefore creating a deficit in groundwater supply.  One of the driving factors is the conversion of open spaces into built areas in the last 10 years. The study recommended that the government should maintain the amount of open spaces and increase rain water infiltration by means of ponds, biopores, and absorption wells.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of Digital-based educational financial management. This study aims to analyze the concept of digital-based financial management. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of digital-based education financial management. This research is library research. Researchers collect data from various references such as books, journals, articles, and others. Researchers use data sources. The primary data source is in the form of books on digital-based education financial management. In addition, researchers use secondary data such as journals and scientific articles published in national and international journals. Collecting data with reading and note technique. Data analysis, researchers used Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis techniques, namely: (1) data reduction in the form of summarizing data and selecting data that is relevant to the topic of discussion; (2) data presentation in the form of presenting reduced data; and (3) drawing conclusions. The results of this study include 1) education financial management, 2) principles of digital-based education financial management, 3) implementation of digital-based education financial management. Overall, this research results in a better understanding of education finance management, the principles of digital-based education finance management, and their implementation.

Abstract

Cities develop as activity centers because they provide more facilities than rural areas.  After being established as the capital of Blitar Regency based on Government Regulation No. 3/2010 dated January 5, 2010, Kanigoro experienced a shift from rural to urban land use followed by an increase in population, causing the quality of the environment to decline, requiring the structuring of sustainable urban development from social, economic, and environmental aspects. This study examines the development pattern of urban settlements with an environmental perspective to build an understanding of the spatial growth process that occurs in urbanization and urban formation in a small suburban area. This research uses a quantitative approach from secondary data analysis. Initial identification of the urban regions using Arc GIS to analyze land use conditions, especially settlements, using secondary data images in 2022 to obtain land use and settlement area maps in 2022. Kanigoro Urban Settlement area develops following grid and linear patterns, following road access and service trade. The thick rural-urban mix is primarily agricultural and residential. The ecological approach of Kanigoro Urban tends to be differentiated; the population lives scattered in convenient areas that are easy to reach, and spatial expression is fragmented, including "bridgeheads" prioritized settlements near the city center, learning centrifugal style, urban functions from inside the city to the outside. Based on the land use and spatial pattern of settlement distribution, Kanigoro Urban is proposed to use the stellar/radial city model. Keywords: Land Use, Sustainability, Urban Settlements

Abstract

Penggunaan air sumur sebagai sumber air bersih utama di Kecamatan Kanigoro didorong oleh air tanah. Dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang cepat, konsumsi air tanah juga meningkat. Beberapa sumur gali di wilayah ini mengalami penurunan debit karena dampak dari kemarau panjang beberapa bulan yang lalu. Instruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 menekankan percepatan penyediaan air minum dan pengelolaan air limbah domestik untuk mengurangi eksploitasi air tanah dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT digunakan untuk memahami faktor-faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) serta eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) yang memengaruhi penyediaan air bersih di Kecamatan Kanigoro. Pendekatan ini relevan untuk studi evaluatif dan analisis strategis dalam manajemen sumber daya air. Strategi pengembangan penyediaan air bersih di Kecamatan Kanigoro dianjurkan berdasarkan posisi kuadran II dengan nilai X 0,24 dan Y -0,65. Dalam konteks ini, diversifikasi dianggap sebagai strategi yang paling sesuai untuk diimplementasikan. Meskipun menghadapi berbagai ancaman, pengembangan penyediaan air ini masih memiliki kekuatan internal yang signifikan.

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Kebutuhan air oleh manusia tidak ada habisnya, terutama air bersih yang layak untuk keperluan rumah tangga. Pada awal tahun 2023, Dinas Kesehatan Kota Blitar melakukan sidak ke beberapa sumber air penduduk, yaitu sumur di Kota Blitar. Dari hasil pengujian 760 titik air sumur yang berbeda, lebih dari 70% airnya mengandung bakteri Escherichia. Program Epanet adalah salah satu contoh program komputer yang bersifat gratis (public domain) sehingga memberikan keuntungan tersendiri untuk digunakan. Dalam hal kesederhanaan dan kemudahan penggunaan, program ini lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan yang lainnya. Selain itu, program ini dapat dijalankan dengan baik pada 3-28 komputer dengan spesifikasi rendah (low-end), sehingga tidak memerlukan hardware yang canggih (high-end). Kebutuhan air bersih di Kelurahan Tanggung didapatkan 0,01156 m3/s. Sedangkan eksisting D.I Panjaitan adalah 0,020152 m3/s. Sehingga hasil evaluasi kapasitas reservoir eksisting, mencukupi untuk 10 tahun. Selain itu dari hasil analisis menggunakan software epanet, Pressure terkecil 21,79 m di junction 2 dan terbesar 40,51m di junction 23. Velocity terkecil dan terbesar 0,3 m/s dan 1,06 m/s pada pipa 40,13 dan 18. Biaya digunakan untuk perencanaan sebesar Rp. 2,904,253,000.00 dengan penggunaan software lain seperti WaterCAD atau WaterNET untuk dapat dijadikan pembanding dari hasil dari analisis velocity dan pressure. Serta dilakukan pengembangan jaringan pipa yang kedepannya perlu diperhatikan dengan baik agar bisa mencukupi kebutuhan air bersih secara maksimal mengingat pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin bertambah. Abstract

Dalam perkembangan pembuatan IMB pemerintah melakukan pembenahan melalui peraturan Pemerintah nomor 16 tahun 2021 Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) diubah menjadi Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG). Pemerintah pusat Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) mengeluarkan kebijakan terhadap bangunan yang sudah terbangun agar bangunan tersebut dapat beroprasi secara layak, yakni melalui proses Sertifikat Laik Fungsi (SLF) adapun salah satu aspeknya adalah analisis struktur. pada aspek keamanan struktur pengujian hammer test dan rebar detector dilakukan untuk mengetahui mutu beton dan jumlah tulangan dalam beton sebagai data yang di input dalam SAP2000, software SAP2000 merupakan progam bantu yang sering digunakan untuk menganalisis struktur, visual inspeksi juga diperlukan jika terdapat perubahan secara fisik pada elemen struktur. Hasil visual inspeksi struktur, bangunan Kost 3 lantai ini cukup kuat untuk menahan beban yang bekerja, tidak terjadi indikasi kerusakan yang terjadi. pengujian hammer test didapatkan 24,41 Mpa. dan dari hasil analisis struktur, keseluruhan balok memenuhi syarat tahanan momen, Kondisi pelat lantai aman terhadap lendutan total maksimal δtot ≤ Lx / 240 2,987 13,125, Analisis kolom memenuhi syarat gaya geometri gaya Aksial Pu >0.1 Ag fc'' 511,277 > 488,200. untuk menghidari terjadinya kegagalan struktur maka perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan dan pemeriksaan secara berkala, melakukan Repairing dan Strengthening pada kolom sehingga kelayakan struktur sesuai dengan fungsi bangunan.

Abstract

Increasing population density has an impact on the area of ​​open green land which is reduced because it is converted into residential land. According to the 2019 land use map, the residential area is 1764 ha, but this will increase to 1867 ha in 2023. This causes the rainwater catchment area to decrease, so that rainwater flows directly into the river. Research that applies quantitative techniques is research that adheres to scientific standards that can be measured, rational, empirical, objective and methodical. The discharge calculation shows that the area with the highest flow discharge is Sawentar Village, namely 100.96 m3/s. The area that has the smallest runoff discharge is Kuningan Village, namely 19.95 m3/s. The area with the highest number of biopores in Kanigoro District is the Sawentar Village area, namely 33,405 biopores. Sawentar Village is the highest area capable of accommodating the volume of runoff based on the number of biopores, namely 209.78 m3

Abstract

Rapid land use change due to population growth and urbanization presents significant challenges to urban development. This study aims to map the groundwater level and water infiltration conditions in residential areas and investigate the conditions in the Kanigoro Urban Area. This research identifies a spatial approach to analyze satellite image maps with ARC GIS software for land cover changes that overlap with slope maps, soil types, rainfall, groundwater basins, groundwater flow patterns, and spatial pattern plan maps to obtain water infiltration conditions and building distribution. The analysis showed that water infiltration capacity has been reduced due to converting open land into built-up areas, resulting in decreased groundwater quality and quantity and an increased risk of flooding.  Based on water infiltration capacity and potential environmental impacts, this map recommends the best locations for settlement development. The results show that the water infiltration condition of most settlement areas in the Kanigoro Urban Area is critical or rather critical. Therefore, efforts must be made to increase water infiltration capacity by implementing sustainable drainage systems, developing green open spaces, and utilizing environmentally friendly technologies. This research produced a settlement direction map based on the analysis of water catchment conditions and groundwater levels that can be used by local governments when they make better and more sustainable spatial plans.
