Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan utama yang ditinjau dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana memanfaatkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam serat wulangreh sebagai strategi pendidikan karakter bagi siswa?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1. Untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai dari serat wulangreh sebagai salah satu kearifan lokal yang ada di Indonesia. 2. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas teknik sinema edukasi dalam mempermudah transfer pengetahuan kepada siswa atau konseli. 3. Untuk mengetahui potensi dari nilai yang terkandung dalam serat wulangreh jika dimanfaatkan sebagai muatan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan berbagai sumber data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan dari konseling yang dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan diri menjadi siswa yang berkarakter yaitu melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sinema edukasi melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sinema edukasi melalui revitalisasi nilai-nilai Serat Wulangreh   Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, serat wulangreh, sinema edukasi, bimbingan kelompok

Abstract

Purpose: The need for diagnostic assessment in the independent curriculum necessitates school counselors to be able to provide valid and reliable instruments to assess students' conditions. One crucial aspect to consider is the psychological well-being of students. Therefore, training in developing non-cognitive diagnostic assessments is necessary to support counselor competencies in the era of independent learning curriculum. Method: The training utilized the ADDIE training model, starting from analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This model was employed to assist in implementing training tailored to the participant's needs. The evaluation was conducted through process evaluation and outcome evaluation. Practical Applications: The training resulted in the development of a psychological well-being scale by school counselors. Subsequently, the scale underwent construct validation by experts, as well as validity and reliability testing using SPSS 24. A guide for using the psychological well-being scale was then created, including rationale, usage instructions, interpretation guidelines, and sample assessment result presentations. Conclusion: The training successfully enhanced counselor competencies in developing non-cognitive diagnostic assessments.

Abstract

This study investigates the representation and preservation of Kejhung Madura, a traditional oral vocal art from Indonesia, within digital media ecosystems. Using a mixed-method content analysis integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research analyzed 119 videos featuring Kejhung Madura across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Quantitative data, such as views, likes, comments, and shares were statistically examined to evaluate audience engagement, while qualitative thematic analysis explored videographic characteristics including duration, lighting, camera movement, and expressive performance. Results show that TikTok generates the highest visibility and engagement, reflecting the adaptability of Kejhung within short-form, algorithm-driven platforms. In contrast, YouTube and Facebook function as digital archives, hosting long-form documentation that maintains cultural integrity. Most videos emphasize individual expression, close-up framing, and natural lighting, indicating a shift from collective performance toward personalized digital reinterpretation. The findings highlight that digital media not only archives but also recontextualizes traditional music into participatory, democratized forms of cultural identity. Therefore, strategic hybridization through creative short clips for engagement and longer formats for preservation can sustain Kejhung Madura’s relevance in the digital era. This study contributes to ethnomusicology and digital heritage studies by demonstrating how oral performance traditions can evolve within global digital culture while retaining their local authenticity.
