Abstract

Kedudukan guru sangat krusial dalam pembelajaran, serta merupakan salah satu bagian yang banyak memiliki kontribusi dalam memajukan pendidikan. Namun kenyataan yang terjadi dilapangan kualitas guru masih dianggap rendah. Berdasarkan hitungan uji kompetensi guru (UKG) pada tahun 2014 terhadap sekitar satu koma enam juta guru, nilainya sebagian besar di bawah lima puluh dari nilai tertinggi 100. Kompetensi/kemampuan yang musti dmiliki dan dikuasai yaitu penguasaan guru terhadap kompetensi pedagogik. Salah satu sarana pengembangan dan pembinaan profesi keguruan yang yang membantu pengembangan dalam hal kompetensi pedagogik ialah Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG). Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini akan mengkaji peranan KKG dalam membantu menumbuhkan kompetensi pedagogik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Sindangsari sekaligus Gugus 4 Bogor Tengah sebagai penyelenggara KKG. Data yang diambil dan dikaji menggunakan teknik pengamatan/observasi dan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil akhir pengamatan ini menggambarkan bahwa program-program KKG sangat berhubungan dengan Kompetensi Pedagogik. Dari 7 indikator Kompetensi Pedagogik, bentuk kegiatan peningkatannya ada di program KKG seperti pembuatan Silabus, Prota, Promes, RPP yang kaitannya erat dengan indicator Pengembangan Kurikulum. Dari hasi penelitian terdapat kesimpulan bahwa KKG ialah alternatif sarana yang memadai untuk guru dalam memperbaiki serta memajukan kompetensinya khususnya kompetensi pedagogik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa pada materi bilangan pecahan kelas IV SDIT At-Thoriq. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen (quase Experimental research) dengan bentuk desain nonequivalent control grup design. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan tes. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menuntukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pada tes akhir kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa di kelas eksperimen dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 74,31. Sedangkan kemampuan berpikir ktreatif matematis siswa pada kelas kontrol dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 71,37. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan uji t (One Sample Test) diketahui nilai sig. 0.008 karena 0.008 < 0.05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa pada materi bilangan pecahan. Berdasarkan perhitungan data tes akhir maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada pembelajaran matematika materi bilangan pecahan kelas IV SDIT At-Thoriq.

Abstract

Information is something that has a very high level of interest information in life. In line with the advancement of information and communication technology, new media has been created as an aspect of interaction and communication. In the process of communicating and disseminating information to the public, the internet becomes an indispensable thing. The reason is, the internet has an interesting program in the form of social media as a tool to spread information to the public. Facebook is one of the social media that people are interested in communicating and disseminating information. Facebook's social media provides a variety of feature options, such as status, photo and video sharing, user-created content. Status, photos, and videos features are commonly used to disseminate information. This form of information dissemination can be a digital design that includes graphic design, illustrations and communicative explanations. A communicative design is a design created to convey information. Where communicative design is absolutely necessary to disseminate information to the public. Communicative design contains valid, interesting, concise information but the information delivered remains easy to understand and clear. That's why information dissemination is well received by the public. This research aims to understand how communicative design should be used to optimize information dissemination on Facebook platforms and its impact on user responses to messages delivered to the Community.

Abstract

In the accelerating digital age, video thumbnails have become an important element in attracting users' attention and encouraging further interaction. Video thumbnails play an important role as a visual attraction to attract the audience. Graphic design strategies focus on elements such as creativity, color, typography, and illustration to create interesting and informative video thumbnails. Experimental research methods are used to test the effectiveness of new video thumbnail designs in improving user retention. This research focuses on improving YouTube user retention through the introduction of an innovative graphic design approach to video thumbnails. Research results show that an innovative graphic design approach can significantly improve YouTube user retention, demonstrating the importance of the role of graphic design in the context of digital marketing and social media user interactions. This study contributes significantly to the practice of graphic design and digital marketers in optimizing the user experience through interesting and informative video thumbnails.

Abstract

Pets and livestock play an important role in everyday life, both economically and socially. However, both require optimal care and health to ensure their well-being and prevent potential health risks to humans. Annajah Vet Care, Pet & Poultry Shop comes as a veterinary clinic that provides comprehensive health services, such as vaccinations, hospitalization, grooming, and provision of feed for livestock and pets. Despite operating for two years, the clinic does not yet have a strong and consistent visual identity, as evidenced by the use of two similar logos that do not reflect the brand image. Promotion is also still limited to physical media and conventional methods such as word of mouth, with no utilization of social media. Surveys show that the majority of people recognize Annajah Vet Care as an animal health service provider, but brand awareness of its role as a pet shop is still low. To overcome this challenge, concept design was conducted as a strategic effort to strengthen brand identity through the application of a consistent and representative visual identity. In addition, the use of social media was optimized to reach a wider audience and support effective promotional efforts. Rebranding is expected to increase brand awareness, improve public perception of the services offered. With the right branding approach, Annajah Vet Care is expected to be able to compete in the market.

Abstract

Based on the background of the title I took, and I am an employee at one of the manufacturing companies in Batam. Therefore, I raised the title about translating Occupational Health and Safety documents in order to provide a breakthrough for employees to understand and comprehend, even though they do not fully understand foreign languages, especially English, so that there is no misunderstanding of communication that has fatal consequences for employees and the company where we work. Rojak and Handayani (2023) stated that language barriers in translating Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) technical documents can affect the effectiveness of safety communication in the workplace. This study aims to analyze the level of accuracy of translating Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) terms from English to Indonesian in the manufacturing industry based on a literature review of 15 recent journals, where the results of this study explain that incompatibility or dissimilarity in translation has the potential to cause miscommunication that is very dangerous to the safety of employees and employees in a company. The research that I did is not solely for employees and employees in the company where I work, but for all employees and employees wherever they work, especially in the manufacturing industry. The definition of manufacturing industry is a company or industrial body that processes raw materials into products or semi-finished materials and from semi-finished materials into products, which processing can be done mechanically or chemically.
