Abstract

Educated unemployment is someone who has completed his education but has not found a job. The number of educated unemployed in Indonesia fluctuates from year to year, many factors influence it. This study aims to determine the effect of each independent variable, namely economic growth, inflation, investment and population growth rate on the dependent variable, namely educated unemployed university graduates in Indonesia. The data used in this study is quantitative secondary data with a time series in 2005-2021 obtained from the (BPS), NSWI and Bank Indonesia. The analytical tool used is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) analysis. The results of the effect validity test (t test) show that the independent variables that have an influence on the open unemployment rate for university graduates in Indonesia in 2005-2021 are Inflation and Population Growth. Meanwhile, the variables of economic growth and investment have no effect on the open unemployment rate for university graduates in Indonesia in 2005-2021.

Abstract

Processing of fish products is mostly done by refining. However, spinning also has drawbacks, namely low durability and ease to rot. The purpose of the research was to test the quality of pindang fish physically, chemically, and biologically in the city of Tulungagung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by testing the quality of pindang fish physically, chemically, and biologically. The results showed that physically pindang fish samples A and B were suitable for consumption with a value of more than 7. Chemical tests showed that samples A and B were safe for consumption when viewed from the content of salt, formalin, lead (Pb), tin (Sn), chromium (Cr), and mercury (Hg) which are all below the SNI standard. However, it should be noted that the content of water, cadmium (Cd), and arsenic (As) exceeds SNI. Biological tests showed the content of Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp. Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio cholerae are all under the SNI, but there is one indicator, namely the Total Plate Number (ALT) which exceeds the SNI standard. Pindang fish found in the city of Tulungagung is suitable for consumption based on the results of physical, chemical, and biological tests.

Abstract

The country's ability to manage its resources and the success or failure of the government's economic policies are reflected in economic growth. A nation's level of wealth and the well-being of its citizens are indicated by economic growth, which is typically gauged by the rise in GDP. Analysis of the impact of exports, investment, and inflation on Germany's economic development from 2004 to 2023 is the goal of this study. Multiple linear regression with partial and simultaneous tests is the methodology employed in this investigation. The World Bank provided data on exports, foreign direct investment, GDP, and inflation. According to the regression analysis's findings, GDP is significantly impacted by all three factors combined (p <0.05). Nevertheless, additional research reveals that only exports significantly and favorably impact GDP (p <0.05). The GDP increases by 0.026197% for every 1% rise in exports. On the other hand, GDP is not significantly impacted by either inflation or foreign direct investment (p > 0.05). These findings demonstrate how crucial exports were to Germany's economic expansion during the study period. Additional research is necessary to comprehend the contextual factors that might be involved in the negligible effects of inflation and foreign direct investment. Abstract

The Gajah Tani Makmur Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Gajahan Village has 62 members with 500 m² of land used for hydroponic cultivation. Partners face a number of obstacles, namely (1) less than optimal production due to expensive nutrients, (2) limited electricity resources for hydroponic irrigation, (3) not yet using modern financial bookkeeping, and (4) no experience in utilizing digital marketing. To address these problems, community service activities were carried out in several stages, namely stage 1 socialization in the form of an introduction to solar cells, the use of liquid fertilizer; stage 2 technical training covering the use of solar cells; stage 3 managerial training in the form of financial management and digital marketing; and stage 4 practical demonstrations on the KWT land. The results of the activities showed an increase in knowledge and skills, including (1) training in financial administration and digital marketing increased the average knowledge of participants from 61.5 to 84.8 with a significant change of 23.3 points; (2) training in making organic liquid fertilizer succeeded in providing practical skills to 30 participants in processing household waste into environmentally friendly fertilizer; (3) training on the use of solar panels increased participants' knowledge from 90.5 to 96.4, a change of 5.8 points; (4) participants' responses to the training method showed that 75 percent agreed; and (5) a survey on understanding solar cell maintenance showed that 81 percent of participants agreed. Thus, this community service activity effectively increased knowledge of production, management, and the use of renewable energy technology to support hydroponic farming.
