Abstract

Kelincahan merupakan kemampuan fisik yang harus dimiliki seorang atlet bulu tangkis dalam performanya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan basic movement berpindah tempat terhadap kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis. Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain pretest and posttest group experiment. Subjek berjumlah 9 atlet. Selama 24 kali pertemuan dengan latihan 90 menit setiap kali pertemuan, subjek diberi pelakuan basic movement berpindah tempat berupa lunges berpindah tempat, ingkling satu kaki berpindah tempat, loncat dua kaki berpindah tempat, dan sprint. Setelah diberikan perlakuan, subjek akan menjalani tes kelincahan menggunakan instrumen Illinois agility run test. T-test digunakan untuk analisis data dengan signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh latihan basic movement berpindah tempat terhadap kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis dengan nilai thitung (26.870) ttabel (2.306). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan pada pelatih maupun pembina bulu tangkis untuk menggunakan latihan basic movement berpindah tempat untuk mendukung pencapaian kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis. The Effect of Basic Movement Training on Changing Places on Badminton Athletes' Agility AbstractAgility is a physical ability that must be possessed by a badminton athlete in his performance. This study aims to determine the effect of basic movement-moving places training on the agility of badminton athletes. The study used an experiment with a pretest and posttest group experiment design. Subjects amounted to 9 athletes. For 24 meetings with 90 minutes of practice for each meeting, the subjects were given basic movements of moving places in the form of lunges moving places, ingkling one leg moving places, jumping two feet moving places, and sprinting. After being given treatment, the subject will undergo an agility test using the Illinois agility run test instrument. T-test was used for data analysis with a significance of 5%. The results showed that there was an effect of basic movement-moving places training on the agility of badminton athletes with a value of tcount (26.870) ttable (2.306). Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for badminton coaches to use basic movement-moving places training to support the achievement of badminton athletes' agility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan drill terhadap ketepatan smash atlet bulutangkis putra usia 10-12 tahun di Yogyakarta.            Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental (pre-post test) dengan sampel sebanyak 9 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes ketepatan smash dari PBSI dan analisis data menggunakan uji-t berpasangan. Intervensi berupa latihan drill dilakukan sebanyak 16 kali dengan frekuensi latihan 6 kali dalam seminggu.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang bermakna secara statistik (p 0,05) sebesar 61,02 % antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode drill mampu memberikan peningkatan terhadap ketepatan smash pemain bulutangkis diusia muda. Kata kunci : bulu tangis, usia muda, drill, ketepatan smash

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh latihan beban dan latihanplyometrik terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, (2) perbedaan kelincahan bulutangkis antaramahasiswa yang memiliki power otot tungkai tinggi dan rendah, (3) pengaruh interaksi antarametode latihan dan power otot tungkai terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Populasidalam penelitian ini adalah Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Bulutangkis Universitas Negeri Yogyakartayang berjumlah 60 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive randomsampling, besarnya sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data padapenelitian ini menggunakan ANAVA. Sebelum menguji dengan ANAVA, terlebih dulu digunakanuji prasyarat analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas sampel (Uji Lilliefors dengan =0,05 %) dan Uji homogenitas varians (Uji Bartlett dengan = 0,05 %).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruhlatihan beban dan latihan plyometrik terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis. Pengaruh latihan plyometriklebih baik dari pada dengan latihan beban. (2) ada perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan bulutangkisantara mahasiswa yang memiliki power otot tungkai tinggi dan rendah. Peningkatan kelincahanbulutangkis pada mahasiswa yang memiliki power otot tungkai tinggi lebih baik dari pada yangmemiliki power otot tungkai rendah. (3) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan danpower otot tungkai terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis. Mahasiswa yang memiliki power otot tungkaitinggi lebih cocok jika diberikan latihan plyometrik. Sedangkan mahasiswa yang memiliki powerotot tungkai rendah lebih cocok jika diberikan latihan berbeban.Kata Kunci: Latihan Berbeban, Latihan Plyometrik, Power Otot Tungkai, Kelincahan Bulutangkis.

Abstract

Keterbatasan akses informasi di Dusun Terbah dan Serut menghambat promosi potensi lokal. Teknologi digital, seperti website, menawarkan solusi untuk memperluas akses informasi. Melalui website, masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses dan menyebarkan informasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi berbasis website dan melakukan transfer pengetahuan untuk pengelolaannya. Website ini diharapkan mampu menyajikan informasi kegiatan dusun serta mempromosikan potensi lokal secara cepat dan akurat. Teknologi yang digunakan adalah CMS Wordpress dengan MySQL sebagai basis data, dan website di-hosting agar dapat diakses kapan saja. Pengabdian ini mencakup dua aktivitas utama: pengembangan aplikasi selama tiga bulan dan pelatihan melalui empat kali workshop di kantor dusun. Hasilnya, website berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas potensi lokal serta keterlibatan masyarakat. Pelatihan berjalan lancar dan mendapat respons positif dari peserta, termasuk kepala dukuh dan pengelola, yang kini lebih sadar bahwa website bukan hanya alat informasi, tetapi juga media promosi. Kegiatan ini mendorong pengelola dusun untuk lebih aktif dalam mengelola dan mempromosikan potensi lokal.

Abstract

The creation of quality players cannot be separated from the implementation of an appropriate football curriculum. The findings in the field, there are still many coaches who cannot understand the meaning of proactive, progressive, and constructive in playing, so that the children who play cannot practice filanesia in playing. Therefore, it is important to know the level of understanding of the coach of the Filanesia curriculum. This study aims to describe the level of understanding of Football School (SSB) coaches of the Indonesian football coaching curriculum Filanesia in Yogyakarta City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 50 SSB coaches in Yogyakarta City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The criteria used in this study are as follows: (1) SSB coaches in the city of Yogyakarta who already have a coach's license, (2) SSB coaches who have attended Filanesia socialisation, (3) Willing to be a sample. Based on these criteria, a sample of 19 people was obtained. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The instrument used is in the form of multiple choice questions. The instrument for the level of understanding of the Filanesia curriculum has a validity of 0.662 and a reliability of 0.934. Data analysis uses descriptive percentages. The results showed that the SSB coach's understanding of the Filanesia Indonesian football coaching curriculum in Yogyakarta City in 2022 was in the "low" category of 10.53% (2 coaches), "sufficient" by 26.32% (5 coaches), and "high" by 63.16% (12 coaches). It can be concluded that the SSB coach's understanding of the Indonesian Filanesia football coaching curriculum in Yogyakarta City in 2022 is in the high category. The results of this study serve as a reference to be able to develop a training model for understanding the Indonesian football coaching curriculum Filanesia.

Abstract

Flexibility and injury prevention are essential aspects of athlete performance and health. This article aims to present a literature review on the effect of stretching techniques on flexibility and sports injuries. The literature review was conducted by analyzing relevant previously published studies.The literature review identified factors influencing flexibility, including age, gender, and type of sports activity. The literature review also highlighted the benefits of stretching in improving flexibility and preventing sports injuries. Various approaches to stretching techniques were discussed, such as static stretching, dynamic stretching, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), and other methods.However, there is controversy surrounding the effectiveness of stretching in preventing sports injuries. Some studies suggest that pre-exercise stretching can reduce the risk of injury, while others suggest that excessive static stretching can reduce muscle strength and exercise performance.The results from the literature review also highlighted the differences in research results regarding the effect of stretching on flexibility and injury. Some studies found a positive association between stretching and increased flexibility, while the results of other studies showed no significant association.In the discussion, this article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of stretching techniques found in the literature. The implications of these findings can help coaches and athletes design efficacious and safe stretching programs.In conclusion, stretching techniques are essential in improving flexibility and may affect preventing sports injuries. However, more research is needed to understand better the mechanisms of stretching techniques' effects on flexibility and sports injuries. Hopefully, this article can provide valuable insights for sports practitioners and researchers to understand better the role of stretching in sports and athlete health.
