Abstract

This article was written to explore the relationship between ethics, logic and art and science. The results of this article show that science is unlimited and in its use it should always be based on ethics which serves to contribute considerations about the good and bad, right and wrong of the use of science. Then between logic, ethics and art become an inseparable part of the development of science. This research uses a literature study method by looking for various sources of data from books, journal articles, proceedings and relevant seminars. Search for literature sources by utilizing the Google Schoolar database, the Garuda Publication Indonesia Index (IPI) Portal, nationally accredited journals (SINTA), Google Books, Printed Books and other reference sources.

Abstract

The problematic results of school accreditation have not described the objective condition of the school. The results of accreditation have not shown indicators of accountability and have not been used as a school development tool so a leader who has the sufficient intellectual ability is needed to be able to work from the level of vision to its implementation. This study aims to find out the best practices of Nuns leadership in improving accreditation at SDK Cor Jesu Malang. Researchers used a case study approach and data collection was carried out by direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation in March 2022. Researchers were present to collect data, process data, and check the validity of the data obtained. The data analysis technique used were data collection and reduction as well as a conclusion. The results of this study: 1) To increase accreditation at SDK Cor Jesu Malang, Nuns has a plan or program which is then implemented by all teachers according to their duties and responsibilities. 2) School accreditation can increase if teachers, administrative staff, and students are properly empowered to master the duties of the school principal, teachers, administrative staff, and students and can then carry out an in-depth evaluation. 3) The program created must be socialized to get support from all school stakeholders. 4) The commitment of all stakeholders is an important factor in achieving increased accreditation in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the leadership of one-roof school principals is at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan, as well as what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the effectiveness of the leadership of one-roof school principals at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. In this study, the informants were the principal, vice principal, and teacher. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, the method used in data analysis is data reduction—the presentation of data and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the leadership of the one-roof school principal at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and the one-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Selatan has been running effectively. The point of the principal's leadership is measured by the number of results issued, the level of satisfaction obtained, the creative product, and the intensity to be achieved. As for the inhibiting factors, namely schools that are far from the sub-district, signal difficulties, and a lack of teacher human resources, however, this has begun to be resolved with the strategy carried out by the school principal. The supporting factors are the presence of civil and non-civil servant teachers, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure for the education process.

Abstract

From 2020 until 2022, Indonesia's Covid 19 pandemic became an epidemic. The government issued a policy in this case, educational institutions to eliminate face-to-face learning activities and learning with online learning. In its implementation, of course, there are many obstacles, especially since most students find it difficult to follow the bold learning process. This article analyzes the problems that occur in bold learning and describe effective bold learning with the involvement of the principal as a school supervisor to maximize school resources, in this case, parents with a Parental Supervision approach. This study uses a comparative qualitative research method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study found that in the implementation of online learning, there were at least three problems, namely, the lack of supporting facilities. Second, mastery of technology is not optimal. Third, the role of the principal as a school supervisor is not maximized in the process of supervising bold learning. Therefore, the role of the principal as a school supervisor is essential who can encourage parental involvement in the Parental Supervision approach to realize effective bold learning. Dari tahun 2020 hingga 2022, pandemi Covid 19 di Indonesia menjadi epidemi. Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan dalam hal ini lembaga pendidikan untuk meniadakan kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka dan pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran online. Dalam pelaksanaannya tentunya banyak mengalami kendala terutama karena sebagian besar siswa merasa kesulitan untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang berani. Artikel ini menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran berani dan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran berani yang efektif dengan keterlibatan kepala sekolah sebagai pengawas sekolah untuk memaksimalkan sumber daya sekolah, dalam hal ini orang tua dengan pendekatan Pengawasan Orang Tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif komparatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran online setidaknya terdapat tiga permasalahan yaitu kurangnya fasilitas penunjang. Kedua, penguasaan teknologi yang belum optimal. Ketiga, peran kepala sekolah sebagai pengawas sekolah belum maksimal dalam proses pengawasan pembelajaran yang berani. Oleh karena itu, peran kepala sekolah sebagai pengawas sekolah sangat penting yang dapat mendorong keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendekatan Pengawasan Orang Tua untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran berani yang efektif.

Abstract

One of the important aspects in education is paying attention to the curriculum. The curriculum is an activity that includes various student activities in detail with a view to achieving educational goals. The curriculum will always evolve to meet the needs of an institution. When the curriculum is not developed in accordance with the increasing needs of an institution, the institution will be left behind. Curriculum preparation requires a strong foundation, which is based on the results of in-depth thinking and research and is in line with the challenges of the times. Because the curriculum is like a house that must have a foundation so that it can stand upright, not fall and can provide comfort for those who inhabit it, the foundation is a philosophical, juridical, psychological, social and cultural foundation. This study uses a library research approach. The technique in this research is to document in the form of data related to variables in the form of notes, books, journals and other articles. Furthermore, inductive data analysis is carried out, namely taking a conclusion or conclusion from a concrete situation leading to abstract things.ABSTRAKSalah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan adalah memperhatikan kurikulum. Kurikulum merupakan suatu kegiatan yang mencakup berbagai kegiatan siswa secara terperinci dengan maksud untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Kurikulum akan selalu berkembang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan suatu institusi. Ketika kurikulum tidak dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang semakin meningkat dari suatu lembaga, maka lembaga tersebut akan tertinggal. Penyusunan kurikulum memerlukan landasan yang kuat, yang didasarkan pada hasil pemikiran dan penelitian yang mendalam dan sesuai dengan tantangan zaman. Karena kurikulum ibarat sebuah rumah yang harus memiliki pondasi agar dapat berdiri tegak, tidak roboh dan dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi yang menempatinya, pondasi tersebut adalah pondasi filosofis, yuridis, psikologis, sosial dan kultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Teknik dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mendokumentasikan berupa data-data yang berhubungan dengan variabel yang berupa catatan, buku, jurnal dan artikel-artikel lainnya. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data secara induktif, yaitu mengambil suatu kesimpulan atau konklusi dari keadaan yang konkrit menuju kepada hal-hal yang abstrak.

Abstract

This study discusses the Principal's Spiritual Leadership in Instilling Religious Culture in Jurangsapi 1 Elementary School, Tapen District, Bondowoso Regency. The principal is one of the important factors that determines school success because the principal is a vital organ in the school ecosystem, especially in public primary schools that have fewer religious activities than religious or religious schools so it needs to be balanced with the inculcation of religious culture so that religious values ​​remain embedded in students. This study aims to determine: (1) Principal's spiritual leadership in vision aspects in instilling religious culture (2) Principal's spiritual leadership in altruistic love in instilling religious culture (3) Principal's spiritual leadership in hope (aspects hope) in instilling religious culture. Data collection techniques using semi-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is the qualitative data analysis of Milles and Huberman's interactive models, while the validity of the data used is the triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Principal's Spiritual Leadership in the Aspect of Vision in Embedding Religious Culture ie the principal as a spiritual leader in instilling religious culture shows a vision of a strong spiritual leadership by involving all school stakeholders , defines the purpose of the school as the ideals of the principal, as well as encouraging expectations in a superior school standard, namely state primary schools with religious nuances. (2) Principal's Spiritual Leadership in the Altruistic Love Aspect in Instilling Religious Culture, namely the Principal as a spiritual leader promotes altruistic love (3) The Principal's Spiritual Leadership in the Hope Aspect (Instilling) in Instilling Religious Culture. The principal as a spiritual leader in realizing his ideals shows strong expectations. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Kepemimpinan Spiritual Kepala Sekolah dalam Menanamkan Budaya Religius di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jurangsapi 1 Kecamatan Tapen Kabupaten Bondowoso. Kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan sekolah karena kepala sekolah adalah organ vital dalam ekosistem sekolah, terlebih pada sekolah dasar negeri yang memiliki kegiatan agama lebih sedikit dibanding sekolah agama atau keagamaan sehingga perlu diimbangi dengan penanaman budaya religius agar nilai-nilai agama tetap tertanam pada diri peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kepemimpinan spiritual kepala sekolah aspek visi (vision) dalam menanamkan budaya religius (2) Kepemimpinan spiritual kepala sekolah aspek cinta altruistik (altruistic love) dalam menanamkan budaya religius (3) Kepemimpinan spiritual kepala sekolah aspek harapan (hope) dalam menanamkan budaya religius. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan jenis observasi semi partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif model interaktif Milles dan Huberman, sedangakan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan Spiritual Kepala Sekolah pada Aspek Visi (vision) dalam Menanamkan Budaya Religius yakni kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin spiritual dalam menanamkan budaya religius menunjukan visi (vision) kepemimpinan spiritual yang kuat dengan mengikut sertakan seluruh stake holder sekolah, mendefinisikan tujuan sekolah sebagai cita-cita kepala sekolah, serta mendorong harapan pada standart sekolah yang unggul yaitu sekolah dasar negeri yang bernuansa religius. (2) Kepemimpinan Spiritual Kepala Sekolah pada Aspek Cinta Altruistik (altruistic love) dalam Menanamkan Budaya Religius yakni Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin spiritual mengedepankan cinta altruistik (3) Kepemimpinan Spiritual Kepala Sekolah pada Aspek Harapan (hope) dalam Menanamkan Budaya Religius. Abstract

This research formulates a strategy for developing AI-based digital literacy to prepare globally competitive students at At Taqwa Bondowoso Islamic Institute. Digitalization in higher education is an urgent need so that graduates have skills according to the demands of the times. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results found three main strategies: (1) increasing digital literacy for the entire academic community, (2) integrating an information and communication technology-based curriculum that supports religious knowledge and global skills, and (3) institutional collaboration with external parties to support digital transformation. The implementation of this strategy is expected to create religious higher education institutions that are adaptive to the digital era and produce globally competitive graduates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tingginya angka putus sekolah di Kabupaten Bondowoso yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti letak geografis, tingkat ekonomi masyarakat, keterbatasan akses pendidikan serta kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penyebab tingginya angka putus sekolah serta solusi dalam mengatasi angka putus sekolah melalui peran partisipasi sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data yang komprehensif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa untuk mengatasi angka putus sekolah di Kabupaten Bondowoso perlu adanya peran partisipasi sosial masyarakat, salah satunya melalui komunitas Lajer Pote. Komunitas ini didirikan oleh aktivis sosial diwilayah Desa Sulek, Kecamatan Tlogosari, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Terdapat beberapa program yang dilaksanakan seperti pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis pertanian permakultur, sekolah dan madrasah rimba serta kegiatan sosial berbasis kebudayaan masyarakat setempat. Harapan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu kedepan mampu menurunkan presentase angka putus sekolah diwilayah Kabupaten Bondowoso serta melahirkan gerakan-gerakan sosial masyarakat lainnya guna menurunkan presentase angka putus sekolah.

Abstract

Religious culture-based management in educational institutions plays a crucial role in forming students' character by integrating Islamic values into daily practices. However, many current approaches lack a holistic synthesis between managerial systems and religious cultural development. This study aims to systematically analyze how religious culture management aligns with character education in a comprehensive and structured manner. Employing a qualitative design through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the data were drawn from journal articles, books, and theses indexed in Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Sinta databases, spanning the years 2013 to 2024, with inclusion criteria focusing on Islamic education, school management, and character development. Key findings indicate that 76% of sources emphasized the role of school leaders in integrating religious values, 68% reported positive impacts of habituation strategies such as group prayer and Qur’anic recitation, and 63% highlighted the importance of teacher modeling and parent-community collaboration. Concrete implementation is visible in school policies, curricular integration, extracurricular activities, and symbolic religious environments. These findings offer practical guidance for policymakers and educators to construct culturally-aligned, ethically-driven education systems that support the holistic formation of students' intellectual, moral, and spiritual identity in line with national character goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja organisasi pada perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia. Kepemimpinan transformasional dipandang sebagai paradigma manajemen yang krusial dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi, khususnya ketika institusi menghadapi tantangan globalisasi, tuntutan akuntabilitas, serta kebutuhan peningkatan mutu akademik dan tata kelola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dengan menelaah teori-teori manajemen, konsep kepemimpinan modern, serta temuan empiris dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia. Dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional, yaitu pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual, berperan penting dalam membentuk visi yang jelas, mendorong inovasi, serta memperkuat loyalitas dan komitmen sivitas akademika. Penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional terbukti meningkatkan capaian perguruan tinggi dalam aspek tridarma, meliputi kualitas pendidikan, produktivitas penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat, serta efektivitas tata kelola institusi. Lebih jauh, gaya kepemimpinan ini mendorong terciptanya budaya organisasi yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan responsif terhadap perubahan lingkungan eksternal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas kepemimpinan transformasional di perguruan tinggi negeri melalui program pelatihan berkelanjutan, mentoring, dan pengembangan kepemimpinan yang sistematis agar mampu mencetak pemimpin visioner yang mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.
