Abstract

Related to this, the service to students must be improved both in terms of quality and quantity. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and corporate image on learning satisfaction and student loyalty and its effect on word of mouth in all institutions of the Ministry of Transportation's SMK Aviation. This type of research is causal research. The data collection technique was carried out by survey method through distributing questionnaires. The population and sample used in this study were 78 students of the Aviation Vocational School of the Ministry of Transportation who had studied for more than one year. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that: Service quality has a significant effect on learning satisfaction but not significant on student loyalty. The better the quality of service provided, it will increase learning satisfaction. Thus the research hypothesis which states that Service Quality has a significant effect on Learning Satisfaction in all Kemenhub aviation Vocational Schools can be accepted. The analysis results also prove that Corporate Image has a significant effect on Student Loyalty but not significant on Learning Satisfaction. The better the image of the company will increase Student Loyalty. Thus, the hypothesis which states that Company Image has a significant effect on Student Loyalty in all Aviation Vocational Schools of the Ministry of Transportation is acceptable.

Abstract

Salah satu sarana penunjang kegiatan belajar yang merupakan hal baru dan khusus diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektifitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh taruna/i Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi yaitu Laboratorium Flight Operations Officer (FOO), pendirian Lab penunjang ini didasari atas kebutuhan yang di syaratkan pada peraturan CASR 142 yaitu sebagai Training Center. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan responden yaitu peserta diklat FOO angktan 1 dan 2, serta OPU 1 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 46 orang. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Laboratorium Flight Operations Officer (FOO) sebagai sarana praktikum mempunyai pengaruh terhadap capaian prestasi taruna/i, hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari hasil teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dengan hasil suatu model hubungan yang dinyatakan dalam korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan hasil sebesar 0.27901, meskipun besaran koefisien korelasi tersebut masih dalam kategori rendah, tetapi ada persepsi positif dalam penggunaan Laboratorium tersebut sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran penggunaan Laboratorium Flight Operations Officer (FOO) di Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi memiliki peranan yang efektifitas dalam capaian prestasi para taruna/i-nya.

Abstract

Aktifitas penerbangan dengan beban termal tinggi di dalam kokpit dapat berdampak besar pada kinerja fisiologis dan psikologis pilot akibat faktor kenyamanan termal, dehidrasi, dan kelelahan. Beberapa pesawat latih seperti Cessna 172S didesain tanpa penambahan sistem pengkondisi termal kokpit dengan berbagai alasan teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kajian tentang perkembangan penelitian kondisi termal kokpit pesawat latih Cessna 172S berbasis eksperimen. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menempatkan sensor suhu pada beberap titik diruang kokpit. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada perubahan ketinggian penerbangan. Hasil penelitian dapat bermanfaat untuk memprediksi kondisi termal kokpit terhadap ergonomi pilot. Hasil dapat menjadi rekomendasi teknis desain kokpit pesawat latih Cessna 172S.

Abstract

Manfaat laboratorium bahasa Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi. Salah satu sumber belajar yang selalu di perlukan dalam setiap pembalajaran yang ada di Akademi Penerbangan Indonesia. Hakikat laboratorium bahasa pusat latihan pembelajaran bahasa inggris yang mempunyai peranan penting untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dalam upaya meningkatkan aktifitas belajar Taruna serta meningkatkan kualitas belajar di Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi, karena perlu kita ketahui bahasa inggris merupakan bahasa yang digunakan sehari-hari di dalam dunia penerbangan karna dunia penerbangan menggunakan bahasa internasional yaitu bahasa inggris. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan laboratorium bahasa di Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi khusunya pemanfaatan ruanagn laboratorium bahasa di luar jam yang sudah terjadwal. Pendekatan pendididkan dengan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dan subjek penelitian Akademi Penerbang Indndesia Banyuwangi. Informasi yang terlibat adalah kepala lab bahasa di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan laboratorium bahasa sebagai pusat sumber belajar bahasa inggris yang sangat bermanfaat untuk mendukung dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran, menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kretif dan menyenagkan melalui pemanfaatan beberapa sumber menuju pembelajaran yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Pembelajaran jarak jauh online adalah solusi yang baik untuk menahan penyebaran pandemi COVID-19, para instruktur dan taruna membutuhkannya. Ubah proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Internet. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting sebagai media pembelajaran di rumah atau pembelajaran jarak jauh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang dampak COVID 19 terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran online bagi taruna bisakah menyelesaikan pembelajaran online dengan benar dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pustaka. Motivasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal taruna. Pembelajaran online taruna hanya menitikberatkan pada teoritis di dalam kelas, dan sebenarnya pembelajaran praktek terbang masih dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dan masih mengacu pada mata kuliah dan silabus di Training Procedure Manual (TPM), namun dibatasi sesuai regulasi kesehatan. Aplikasi Zoom Meeting merupakan alternatif pembelajaran di kelas, adapun kelebihannya, banyak taruna yang masuk ke dalam aplikasi dan dapat dengan mudah mengaksesnya melalui handphone maupun secara personal melalui komputer, sangat efektif karena mereka sebenarnya dapat bertemu secara langsung, taruna dapat dengan mudah berkomunikasi melalui aplikasi zoom tanpa dibatasi oleh jarak, lokasi, dan waktu, peran taruna dapat diubah dari pasif menjadi aktif dan mandiri, serta relatif lebih efektif. Kekurangannya adalah fasilitas internet atau jaringan tidak tersedia di semua tempat atau area (tidak stabil atau buruk), waktunya singkat, class meeting hanya dapat berlangsung sekitar 40 menit, sistem keamanan yang kurang, penggunaan tidak maksimal, minimnya interaksi instruktur, proses pembelajaran sering kali pelatihan daripada pendidikan.

Abstract

Since 2019, Blimbingsari Airport has been designated as an International Airport with a green airport concept. This airport has received the most prestigious award in The 2022 Aga Khan Award for Architecture. Several energy efficiencies and conservation program initiatives certainly have an impact on the service facilities provided. However, this program implies an increase in the number of passengers. This increase certainly requires attention to be studied further because it is related to the airport's ability to serve the needs of service users. This study was conducted to determine the service quality of Blimbingsari International Airport based on passenger perceptions. 100 respondent were randomly selected to be the research sample. This study uses 5 (five) service quality dimensions which include 7 service variables to measure airport service quality. Data collection was carried out in mid-June 2022 by distributing a Likert scale 5 questionnaire. Data analysis used the IPA and Servqual gap methods. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that there are 7 (four) service variables that are important to determine the quality of airport terminal services, namely (1) the ease of passengers in obtaining information, (2) the reliability of airport facilities and equipment, (3) the coolness and comfort of the airport terminal. , and (4) a clean airport terminal room. The servqual gap shows that 5 (five) dimensions of service quality are positive. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the service quality of Blimbingsari International Airport is very satisfying for passengers.

Abstract

Good quality education is one key to the progress of civilization and improvement of living standard of a nation. In order to achieve a good quality of education needed an integrated learning process by using different methods of learning and innovation that allows a continuous learning not limited by space and time. Teaching and learning activities between teachers and students with the conventional method through face to face that had been applied to the weakness of the method of learning with face-to- face methods in Indonesian Civil Pilot Academy can be minimized by providing learning facilities online or e-learning which can be accessed by all students at any and anywhere as long as connected to the internet. The scope of the problem under study is how to design and implement e-learning Indonesian Civil Pilot Academy The purpose of this research is the availability of e-learning application of Indonesian Civil Pilot Academy, while the expected benefits of this research is the ease for students in conducting learning activities without time and space is limited, while the objective of this study was teachers and Indonesian Civil Pilot Academy. The method used in this work is the method of library practice, observation, interviews, analysis, design and pilot projects. With the application of e-learning co- produced learning facilities outside learning with face to face methods.

Abstract

The base period of character formation activities for transportation cadets is called "MADATUKAR" a mandatory program for new cadets (juniors) who will enter educational institutions within the Human Resource Development Agency of Ministry of Transportation Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to understand the effectiveness of MADATUKAR program at the Banyuwangi Indonesian Aviation School (APIB). This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data analysis includes the stages of reduction, presentation, and verification. The results show that character building through the MADATUKAR program is most important for cadets. Characters formed are religious, responsible, disciplined, social care, hard work, independence, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, care for the environment, communication, and respect for achievement. Character building through 3 stages; planning, implementation, and evaluation. Meanwhile, the method used is the method of internalization, habituation, exemplary, and discipline coaching. In the process, the character formation of cadets is influenced by internal factors (instinct and will) and external factors (education and environment).
