<![CDATA[The fishing community is one of the community groups that need attention and assistance. This community service activity is carried out by the Banyuwangi Indonesian Aviation Academy (APIB) with the aim of providing assistance to the fishing community. The activity partners are the community in Kedungasri village, Muncar sub-district and Wringinputih village, Tegaldlimo sub-district. The assistance provided is 1 unit of ketinting boat for each partner. The handover of aid is given directly by signing the Handover Sertificate of Grants with the Village Heads of the two partners. The handover activity was also attended by the Head of the District. This activity is a form of APIB's contribution to the surrounding community.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning activities should engage students to be active, but each educator has a different teaching style. However, many students are still not paying attention to the learning process because they are bored or less interested in the lessons learned. This study's objectives are to (1) know the results of cadet study in the course of ground handling State Polytechnic of Banyuwangi; (2) know the difference in cadet learning results in ground handling courses at State Polytechnic of Banyuwangi using active learning methods. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK). This research is included in the research design of one group pretest-posttest. This research was conducted in the State Polytechnic of Banyuwangi. The data analysis technique used is a different test. The analysis results can be concluded that the application of active learning can improve cadet learning results in ground handling courses in State Polytechnic of Banyuwangi. This finding is evidenced by a significant difference in the pre-test and post-test learning outcomes. Students' learning outcomes are significantly higher after active learning applications than students' learning outcomes before applying active learning in ground handling courses.]]>

<![CDATA[Related to this, the service to students must be improved both in terms of quality and quantity. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and corporate image on learning satisfaction and student loyalty and its effect on word of mouth in all institutions of the Ministry of Transportation's SMK Aviation. This type of research is causal research. The data collection technique was carried out by survey method through distributing questionnaires. The population and sample used in this study were 78 students of the Aviation Vocational School of the Ministry of Transportation who had studied for more than one year. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that: Service quality has a significant effect on learning satisfaction but not significant on student loyalty. The better the quality of service provided, it will increase learning satisfaction. Thus the research hypothesis which states that Service Quality has a significant effect on Learning Satisfaction in all Kemenhub aviation Vocational Schools can be accepted. The analysis results also prove that Corporate Image has a significant effect on Student Loyalty but not significant on Learning Satisfaction. The better the image of the company will increase Student Loyalty. Thus, the hypothesis which states that Company Image has a significant effect on Student Loyalty in all Aviation Vocational Schools of the Ministry of Transportation is acceptable.]]>

Puyo Silky Desserts diklaim sebagai puding pertama dalam bisnis Desserts yang menjadi top of mind dalam benak masyarakat (Djatmiko, 2018). Kini, Puyo Silky Desserts sudah mengembangkan bisnis mereka baik secara online maupun offline. Melalui Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), terdapat berbagai macam objektif yang mampu dicapai oleh perusahaan, salah satunya ialah loyalitas pelanggan. fokus penelitian yang dilakukan kepada Puyo Silky Desserts adalah Integrated Brand Promotion (IBP) dan Brand Equity (BE). Seluruh kegiatan komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Puyo Silky Desserts baik secara offline maupun online berorientasi kepada primary dan secondary target market yang telah ditargetkan. Diketahui juga Puyo menjalankan kegiatan Marketingnya antara offline dan online secara berimbang, kedua hal tersebut bertujuan untuk mengembangkan brand serta mempertahankan eksistensi konsumennya. Secara online, perusahaan aktif menjalankannya melalui media sosial Instagram dan Facebook Ads melalui berbagai konten yang menarik, dengan respon yang didapatkan oleh perusahaan sangat baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa loyalitas konsumen perusahaan disertai dengan strategi IMC yang diterapkan oleh Puyo secara berkelanjutan dan terencana memberikan hasil yang cukup baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Situational awareness is an important aspect that a pilot must have as an operator in the aviation sector. This aspect plays an important role in maintaining safety in flight operations. Situational awareness is also an important material in the education and training of prospective pilots. The situational awareness study among pilots is an important study to do. The purpose of writing this article is to conduct a literature review of pilot situational awareness in the field of aviation. The study was conducted by searching the literature for research publications within the last 25 years. The review is carried out by compiling research summaries sequentially according to the year of publication. Research topic grouping is done to get the amount of research according to the topic and topic area. The analysis is carried out to get an overview of future research trends. The results of the study show that the number of research tends to increase after 2015. While the research topics that are mostly studied are the implementation and analysis of pilot situational awareness.]]>

<![CDATA[Pembelajaran vokasi dihadapkan pada tantangan nyata dalam mengembangkan kapabilitas kompetensi kerja di dunia kerja baru abad XXI. Empat aspek utama yang menentukan kemampuan kompetensi kerja Century XXI. Yakni keterampilan kerja, pengetahuan kerja, sikap kerja, dan moral kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kerja terhadap kompetensi taruna di Akademi Penerbangan Indonesia Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah taruna Akademi Penerbangan Indonesia Banyuwangi sebanyak 98 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diambil adalah teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel, sehingga jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 98 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dan dalam penelitian ini data yang dibutuhkan adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM dengan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi.]]>

<![CDATA[The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is an important institution that mandates the world's civil aviation authorities to play a role in reforming Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) of civil aviation. SARPs are the main reference for all parties related to the issue of international civil aviation. Indonesia's relationship and cooperation with the ICAO is therefore, important and should be a priority. ICAO is an organization where Indonesia is able to protect and defend its national interests. Relations and cooperation with ICAO are priorities in order to help and improve Indonesian civil aviation safety and security. This study was based on observations made by the Permanent Delegation of Republic of Indonesia on the diplomatic role played in ICAO during 2020 by studying the latest aspects of ICAO governing bodies, development of specific issues, pending issues and follow-up of Indonesia diplomatic role in ICAO. In general, the aim of the diplomatic role in ICAO is focused on supporting the achievement of three items; 1) securing Indonesia's national interest in international civil aviation cooperation; 2) support international civil aviation programs and issues that are ICAO's priority; and 3) improve Indonesia's position in ICAO, especially in order to prepare for Indonesia's candidacy to the ICAO Council.]]>

<![CDATA[Pilot cadets take part in a series of education and training at an academy. Differences in the background of prospective cadets can affect the educational process and achievements achieved by the cadets. This study aims to analyze differences in the area of origin of the education and training outcomes of prospective pilot cadets. The study was conducted on 22 cadets of the Indonesian Aviation Academy Banyuwangi which were divided into 3 groups of regions of origin which generally had different levels of educational progress. The scores of the initial test results including the academic potential test, physical test and initial flight aptitude test were compared. Furthermore, comparisons were made for the initial flight aptitude test, flight aptitude test 1 and flight aptitude test 2. The results showed that education and training at the academy could improve the performance of the cadets but still resulted in achievement gaps due to their regional background. The results of the study can be used as a reference for the development of pilot education models. Further research can be done for deeper diversity or educational curriculum that is not yet optimal]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Student Satisfaction padap Mahasiswa Taruna Diploma 3 Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian causal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Mahasiswa Taruna Diploma 3 Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug sebanyak 180 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling purposive, sehingga sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 124 Taruna. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan atau dibagikan kepada responden sesuai dengan jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan. <![CDATA[Good quality education is one key to the progress of civilization and improvement of living standard of a nation. In order to achieve a good quality of education needed an integrated learning process by using different methods of learning and innovation that allows a continuous learning not limited by space and time. Teaching and learning activities between teachers and students with the conventional method through face to face that had been applied to the weakness of the method of learning with face-to- face methods in Indonesian Civil Pilot Academy can be minimized by providing learning facilities online or e-learning which can be accessed by all students at any and anywhere as long as connected to the internet. The scope of the problem under study is how to design and implement e-learning Indonesian Civil Pilot Academy The purpose of this research is the availability of e-learning application of Indonesian Civil Pilot Academy, while the expected benefits of this research is the ease for students in conducting learning activities without time and space is limited, while the objective of this study was teachers and Indonesian Civil Pilot Academy. The method used in this work is the method of library practice, observation, interviews, analysis, design and pilot projects. With the application of e-learning co- produced learning facilities outside learning with face to face methods.]]>
