Abstract

This study provides an overview of regarding the implementation of sharia management for MSMEs in the Gresik area. MSMEs are now in a position to begin to understand business and managerial principles, so that these two things can influence the business development of these MSMEs. Sharia management does not only discuss managerial or Islamic economic principles, but is broader than that. Islamic management provides a broader and more critical view of SMEs to be more aware of business values and principles more accurately and critically. As well as working with the ethics and rules that Islam has prescribed. This research will produce outputs related to the role of sharia management and MSMEs in the Gresik area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mematangkan konsep yang dapat diterapkan pasar tradisional untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya di era persaingan modern. Objek penelitian yang diambil adalah pasar tradisional Blauran Surabaya, karena berdasarkan observasi peneliti menemukan fakta bahwa pada dasarnya sebagian besar pedagang di pasar Blauran secara tidak langsung telah menerapkan konsep VRIO dan memiliki strategi khusus untuk bertahan menghadapi persaingan dengan modernisasi dan kemajuan IPTEK. Penelitian ini hadir salah satunya untuk memberikan dedikasi dalam perumusan strategi yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi pasar tradisional,UMKM dan masyarakat umum yang membutuhkannya.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the sosial, cultural, personality and psychological influences that have a significant effect on Apple brand mobile phone purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative research conducted using the comparative casual method, which is a type of research with the characteristics of a causal relationship problem between two or more variabel. The population in this study are all customers who have used the Apple cellphone brand. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling and the number of samples was 100 people. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that culture has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Apple brand mobile phones. Sosial has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Apple brand mobile phones. Personality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Apple brand mobile phones. Psychology has a positive influence on purchasing decisions for apple mobile phones.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: In the development of the accounting profession, many methods and ways have been found by experts in maximizing the duties of accounting in providing information to stakeholders. Sharia also appears to have the same vision and mission, so that the quality of performance can be maximized. Sharia accounting comes with the addition of sharia concepts in it. So that the essence of Accounting and Islamic Sciences blend into one unit in forming a good synergy. The basis of sharia values is a strong basis for accounting quality in terms of accountability and credibility. these two concepts are very important because the quality that accountants provide is closely related to these two terms. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on Return On Assets at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. year 2009-2016. This type of research is quantitative associative. The data source is secondary data taken from the official website of Semen Indonesia at www.semenindonesia.com. The research data is in the form of quarterly financial report data of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in 2009-2016 as many as 32 financial reports. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin simultaneously had a significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in 2009-2016, but partially Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin have no significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. year 2009-2016. From the results of tcount, it shows that the Net Profit Margin which gives the most dominant influence on Return On Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty of Samsung brand mobile phone users in the Menganti community in 2018. This type of research is qualitative. Sources of data in the form of secondary data taken from the results of interviews and analyze the character and interests of the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This method is used to analyze the results of respondents' answers to the questionnaire given. Then the data is processed using SPPS 27 software. Brand Value (BV) of personal products in the category of Samsung brand mobile phones from 2013 to 2016. From the table, it can be seen that Samsung brand mobile phones for a period of 3 years occupy the first position as market leader. However, it is also seen from the BV score that it also tends to relatively decrease from year to year. Keyword: Brand Value, Customer Loyalty, Product Quality, Product Price

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of culture, social, personal and psychological either partially or simultaneously on the selection of management majors. This research is a descriptive analysis research. The data in this study are primary data obtained through survey questionnaires sent to 50 respondents, while those that can be used in this analysis are 45 respondents or about 90.9%. In this research, validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test were conducted. Subsequently, the hypothesis was tested partially or simultaneously by using a significance probability number <0.05. Partial test results show that culture, personal and psychological have no effect on the selection of management majors, while social influences on the selection of management majors. Simultaneous test results show management. Simultaneous test results show that cultural, social, personal and psychological influence on the selection of management majors with an influence of 57%. Abstract

Traditional business actors in this era of modernization still have quite good consistency and existence. This is because people still accept and need this traditional trading system. This research is dedicated to measuring the relationship between managerial and tax planning, which can be implemented in traditional business concepts. Good managerialism can bring business into a directed and structured arrangement, while tax planning applies to assist actors in their obligations to the Republic of Indonesia. To minimize tax liabilities, various methods can be taken, both those that still comply with tax regulations (lawful) and those that violate tax regulations (unlawful), such as tax avoidance and tax evasion. Tax planning generally always starts with ascertaining whether a transaction or event has a tax impact. If the event has a tax impact, can the tax amount be excluded or reduced?.

Abstract

Determination of the cost of goods manufactured is very important, because it can increase the competition that occurs between company in producing quality products at competitive prices. This study aims to analyze the cost of goods manufactured of octagonal PJU poles and analyze the comparison of the company's cost of goods manufactured with the full costing method of CV. Energreen Indonesia, Sidoarjo from February to May 2021. This research was conducted with a qualitative method, namely a survey and conducted on a sample selected to represent the entire population with an individual unit of analysis. company owners and observations, as well as secondary data sourced from literature studies and other literature that support the writing of this research. The results of the study found that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured using company method for the single parabolic pole PJU octagonal H 7000 was Rp. 175.505.000, and from the double parabolic pole PJU octagonal H 7000 was Rp. 188,715,000. And in calculating the cost of goods manufactured according to the full costing method is better than the company's method in analyzing production costs, this is because the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured using the full costing method does not include general and administrative expense. become overhead costs, because these costs are a component of costs on the company's income statement
