Abstract

Competence is essential in forming attitudes and behaviors that contribute to achieving superior performance. This has prompted the Human Resource Development Agency of the East Java Provincial Government to develop the L-Bos Learning Management System platform to enhance the competencies of Civil Servants (ASN) in East Java. This study intends to examine how utilizing the LMS affects platform on the competencies of ASN within the Human Resource Development Agency of the East Java Provincial Government. The research employs a qualitative method with descriptive qualitative methods of analysis. Methods of gathering data include observations and interviews. The findings reveal that the implementation of LMS satisfies the metrics for perceived utility and usability, effectively enhancing the competencies of civil servants in East Java Province.

Abstract

Dewasa ini perkembangan dunia investasi menunjukan perkembangan yang signifikan. Investasi adalah cara entitas atau individu untuk melindungi nilai dari harta mereka dan juga merupakan passive income bagi mereka. Karena kemajuan dan perkembangan investasi saat ini, serta tingginya para masyarakat khususnya para anak muda untuk memulai berinvestasi maka penulis menyajikan pandangan serta hasil analisisnya terkait pengarun investasi dalam perekonomian terkhusus di Indonesia. Hal yang sejalan dengan tingginya minat terhadap investasi, maka terjadi juga kasus tindak kejahatan perdata dan pidana terkait investasi. Segala kasus ini dapat terjadi karena minimnya tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap investasi dan segala turunannya. Oleh sebab itu, selain mengkaji tentang pengaruh investasi terhadap perekonomian, artikel ini juga menambah wawasan para pembaca sehingga tingkal kejahatan dan penipuan berkedon investasi dapat ditekan.

Abstract

Banyuwangi is the largest area in East Java. With natural wealth and tourism potential and the agricultural sector is getting better. So many investors have started to invest in Banyuwangi Regency. Likewise, people are starting to be interested in the world of investment, both in the capital market sector and the traditional investment sector. These reasons motivated researchers to continue their research related to the effect of investment in Banyuwangi Regency. This is in line with the high interest in investment, so there are also cases of civil and criminal crimes related to investment. All of these cases can occur because of the minimal level of public knowledge about investment and all its derivatives. Therefore, in addition to studying the influence of investment on the economy, this article also adds insight to the readers so that the level of crime and fraud under underinvestment can be suppressed.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the important factors that cannot be separated from an organization. The object of this research is PT Jawa Pos which is a print media company in Indonesia, competition in the printing world today requires commitment, communication and good work performance to help make advertising easier and more efficient. This study aims to determine the promotion of the role of commitment and communication and organization with work performance as an intervening variable in the advertising division of PT Jawa Pos Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study was a total of 80 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis uses data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and path analysis. The results concluded that organizational commitment affects promotion in the Advertising Division of PT Jawa Pos Surabaya. Organizational commitment affects job performance in the Advertising Division of PT Jawa Pos Surabaya. Organizational commitment has no effect on promotion through job performance in the Advertising Division of PT. Jawa Pos Surabaya. Work achievement affects job promotion in the Advertising Division of PT Jawa Pos Surabaya. Organizational communication affects job promotion in the Advertising Division of PT. Jawa Pos Surabaya. Abstract

The objective of this research is to experimentally investigate the impact of product diversity, product quality, price, and location on consumer purchasing interest in a traditional market, namely Pasar Pabean Surabaya. The study utilized quantitative, correlational methodology through a survey method. Data was gathered from 40 consumers. The instrument utilized was a Likert-scale questionnaire, and the analysis employed multiple linear regression via SPSS 25. The results show that all four independent variables significantly affect purchase interest simultaneously and partially. Product quality dominates, followed by price and location. Although insignificant, product diversity has a significant impact. Purposive sample and contextual limitation to a particular traditional market may limit generalization. Quality of service, interaction with clients, and advertising strategies could be added to future studies. The findings suggest that market managers and local vendors should increase product quality, fair pricing, market accessibility, and product variety to attract and keep customers under current retail competition. This research contributes to the limited literature on consumer purchase behavior in traditional markets by integrating key marketing variables into a coherent statistical model.
