Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how the application of the Zachman Framework in designing a population administration data collection system in Kadaleman village because the current process is still carried out conventionally so that data storage is irregular. In analyzing the system using the Zachman Framework approach with the perspective of Planner, Owner, Designer, and Builder and perspective issues, namely What, How, Where, Who, and When. For system modeling using UML. The data was collected using observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires involving 35 respondents. Measurement of data using a Likert scale, with correlation test analysis using Spearman rho. The implementation of a web-based system prototipe with the results of the usability value test in the system application shows that the system has met the aspects of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, satisfaction. The results of the correlation analysis of the Zachman Framework model on the system built have a very strong correlation, which implies that the system built through the Zachman Framework approach can be realized and implemented.

Abstract

The world of education is currently competing to implement technology in the processing of information and communication technology systems to create effectiveness and efficiency. The increasing and developing information and communication technology in educational institutions, the school information system in an elementary school needs to be improved. standardized steps and methods that must be followed to produce a reliable information system. The curriculum information system of schools in primary schools themselves is still using manuals, but the current school information system data processing is still simple, that is still using microsof office computer facilities so that the data is still not neatly arranged and causes delayed report writing because of the difficulty in obtaining information in fast time. Therefore, in this study a school curriculum information system will be built using the service oriented architecture in the elaboration, revealing the output data of this study is the realization of an application that will facilitate the principal, teachers and other staff to carry out the teaching and learning process and report making. which is expected to improve the effectiveness, productivity and improve the quality of the primary school attendance monitoring information system.

Abstract

Adiandra Medika Clinic is a healthcare facility that still uses a manual method for recording employee attendance. This approach leads to several issues, such as inaccurate records, data manipulation, slow recap processes, and paper waste. This study aims to design a digital attendance system using QR Code to record attendance more accurately and efficiently. Data were collected through on-site observation and interviews. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, designed with UML, and built using the CodeIgniter framework in a web-based environment. Testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure all features function as required. The results show that the system improves the speed of attendance recording, minimizes errors, and supports real-time monitoring. The system is feasible for implementation and can be adopted by clinics or similar institutions in need of a digital attendance solution. Its implementation is also expected to enhance the overall management of human resources.
