Abstract

Adiandra Medika Clinic is a healthcare facility that still uses a manual method for recording employee attendance. This approach leads to several issues, such as inaccurate records, data manipulation, slow recap processes, and paper waste. This study aims to design a digital attendance system using QR Code to record attendance more accurately and efficiently. Data were collected through on-site observation and interviews. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, designed with UML, and built using the CodeIgniter framework in a web-based environment. Testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure all features function as required. The results show that the system improves the speed of attendance recording, minimizes errors, and supports real-time monitoring. The system is feasible for implementation and can be adopted by clinics or similar institutions in need of a digital attendance solution. Its implementation is also expected to enhance the overall management of human resources.

Abstract

The progress and status tracking system is a way to increase the writer's service satisfaction to track the progress of books to be published. Unfortunately, this tracking system has not been widely used by book publishers. There are still publishers who only use messaging applications such as WhatsApp and e-mail to inform them of the book's progress. It is not effective in providing information to the author. Therefore, the information system for tracking the progress and status of this book order was designed by applying the prototyping method. This method is considered effective in providing solutions because of its superior communication between the customers and the system developer. The progress and status tracking information system provides information on the progress of book printing to the delivery of books to authors. All information is equipped with progress graphics and update date information. With the implementation of this progress and status tracking information system, the process of conveying information about the progress of book publishing will be more effective and efficient. This will increase satisfaction for the author.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran pasien anak dan rawat inap merupakan komponen penting dalam layanan rumah sakit yang menuntut kecepatan, ketelitian, dan ketepatan pencatatan data. Di RSU Pindad Bandung, proses administrasi khususnya di Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD) dan unit rawat inap masih dilakukan secara manual. Data penting seperti pendaftaran pasien, penjadwalan janji temu dokter, dan pencatatan surat keterangan kematian masih ditulis tangan dalam buku log, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web guna mendukung proses pendaftaran dan pengelolaan data pasien yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan pola model prototyping. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan manajemen basis data MySQL. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mempercepat alur kerja administrasi, mempermudah pencarian data, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keamanan informasi pasien. Dengan demikian, sistem yang diusulkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif terhadap permasalahan administratif yang sebelumnya dihadapi oleh RSU Pindad Bandung.
