Abstract

Menjaga hubungan perusahaan dengan konsumennya melalui layanan purna jual merupakan hal penting untuk menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Layanan ini dapat diberikan kepada konsumen dari sebuah perusahaan penyedia alat elektronik untuk melakukan perbaikan alat- alat elektronik yang dibeli bila mengalami kerusakan. Jarak jangkau area konsumen yang luas akan mempengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan untuk mengelola permintaan layanan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah management information system untuk menangani work order system berbasis business to customerdengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis ecommerce.

Abstract

Archive management for organizations is a necessity. ANRI recommends digital records archive management of evidence. University as one of the organizations also requires digitalization of archive management. In particular, management archives of decision letter documents (SK) are important documents that relate to the history of university activities. Digitalization of archive management helps address the weaknesses of managing damaged, lost and vulnerable manual archives and large management costs. Digitalization efforts are done by developing a computer based archive management application using PHP and MYSQL. This application manages university file archiving transactions centrally in order to keep activity history for decision making and as a shared storage media.

Abstract

Kecepatan perolehan informasi terkait UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) merupakan hal yang urgent, karena UMKM dapat menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi bangsa. Teknologi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan membuat sebuah website sebagai media yang akan menjadi media penghubung rantai informasi antar stakeholder yang membutuhkan informasi, baik dari UMKM ataupun dari pihak lain ke UMKM. Agar hubungan rantai informasi terjadi dengan baik, dalam pembangunan prototype website ini diterapkan konsep Supply Chain Management yang dilakukan dengan metode System Development Live Cycle dan dikembangkan dengan teknik pengembangan sistem berbasis objek

Abstract

Purpose: Dua Mata is a mobile and website-based community service application intended for residents of South Kuta. Evaluation of existing designs is needed to assess whether the user interface design can provide user satisfaction. The aim this paper to evaluate the UI/UX of Dua Mata using QUIM method. Methods: Research, Modeling, requirement definition, Framework Definition, and Refinements are the step of the GDD method. The QUIM method aims to prioritize indicators that need to be fixed in the old design: Resource Utilization, Minimal Memory Load, and Security. Modeling determined respondents who will do the second test and in requirement definition stage scenarios are chosen. The selected scenario is registering, forgetting passwords, searching directories, ordering, and adding services. The framework definition and refinement is the stage of making a wireframe then prototype and tested. Result: The test results showed a big decrease in the scenario completion time by 39.41 seconds in the register scenario. The score on the Resource Utilization indicator has increased by 8 points, the Minimum Memory Load indicator is 9 points and the Security indicator is 6 points. Novelty: The novelty is that the increasing of the Resource Utilization indicator indicates the new design has a higher level of user satisfaction than the old design

Abstract

Allergies are now increasingly common, due to public awareness and lifestyle changes. Although antibody tests and skin pricks can detect allergies, their accuracy is not always 100%, causing some cases of false negatives. Observing the reactions caused by food is an alternative approach, but people often forget the food they consume, especially if the allergic reaction is indirect. Therefore, tools are needed to record foods and reactions, allowing traceability to undetected allergy triggers. This study is applied research that aims to develop a prototype application for recording daily food and tracking the history of eating activities based on the allergy symptoms entered. The software development method used is the Agile method with the Scrum framework. The Scrum framework is used considering that the development of this application requires speed in its provision, and is susceptible to change, so flexibility in development is an absolute must. The software testing was conducted by User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure it meets the user’s needs and requirements. The UAT results are ease of use 3.8, functionality 3.99, user interface (UI) design 3.8, utility 4, and support and help 4. UAT results indicate that the ease of use and UI design have the worst scores and need to be improved, while the utility and support have the best results.

Abstract

Financial management and investment have become increasingly important in digital era, where many individuals and organizations face challenges in effectively recording and managing their finances. Address this issue, mobile application has been developed, offering features such as financial recording, investment simulation, loan simulation, and portfolio tracking. The application is designed with user-friendly interface, tailored to meet users' needs for more efficient financial management. Built using Flutter for Android platform and Laravel for backend, application adopts waterfall development method to ensure systematic progress at every stage and employs microservice architecture to support scalability. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing method to verify application functionality and Post-Study Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) involving 30 users to evaluate satisfaction levels. Results show application performs well on its key features, achieving an average PSSUQ score of 1.9, which is better than satisfaction threshold of 2.57, indicating a high level of user satisfaction with this application.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office in an Indonesian district has introduced a web-based service system that enables easy access for the public anytime and anywhere. This website offers services such as birth certificate issuance, electronic ID cards (e-KTP), and various other civil registration documents. Despite advancements in service delivery, challenges persist, particularly regarding inadequate interface design that often confuses users. Through heuristic evaluation, it was found that 12 aspects require improvement with average scores below 2.50. Therefore, a redesign is necessary to address user interface issues. The redesign employs the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method to provide better recommendations for website development. Following these improvements and subsequent heuristic evaluations, there was a significant increase in average improvement scores, reaching 4.13.

Abstract

Kurikulum program studi diploma dua Administrasi Jaringan Komputer dirancang secara aplikatif dan berorientasi pada praktik industri. Tujuannya adalah untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan kompetensi teknis yang relevan dan langsung dapat diterapkan di dunia kerja. Salah satu elemen penting dalam kurikulum tersebut adalah program magang industri yang dilaksanakan selama dua semester dalam skema fast track. Namun, pelaksanaan magang masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan seperti proses administrasi yang masih konvensional, minimnya pemantauan terhadap aktivitas mahasiswa di lapangan, serta belum tersedianya sistem informasi manajemen terintegrasi yang menghubungkan mahasiswa, pembimbing, dan mitra industri. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan proses magang industri pada program fast track. Pengembangan sistem magang industri menggunakan pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman framework codeIgniter. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing 100% sistem yang sudah diimplementasikan sesuai dengan fungsinya dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Warga Bali adalah aplikasi lokal yang digunakan untuk mempermudah masyarakat untuk mencari informasi tentang kalender bali. Aplikasi Warga Bali juga merupakan aplikasi yang masih dalam proses pengembangan sehingga harus memperhatikan pengalaman pengguna khususnya aspek usability. Evaluasi usability pada penelitian ini untuk mengukur variabel efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan pengguna dengan menggunakan 20 responden penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dari masyarakat beragama hindu yang berdomisili di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode Usability Testing dengan mengkombinasikan teknik Performance Measurement untuk menghitung variabel efektifitas dan efesiensi serta teknik Think Aloud untuk mengevaluasi antarmuka Aplikasi Warga Bali berdasarkan hasil verbalisasi masukan dan masalah yang responden hadapi saat menjalankan skenario tugas. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skenario tugas yang diberikan dan dari saran perbaikan yang diberikan oleh responden. Responden selanjutnya akan melakukan pengisian kusisioner SUS (System Usability Scale) yang akan digunakan untuk mengukur variabel kepuasan pengguna. Hasil pengujian responden kategori remaja dan dewasa menunjukan bahwa tingkat usability dari variabel efektivitas yang diperoleh sebesar 96% dan 93% yang berarti cukup tinggi, variabel efesiensi memiliki rata – rata 30 detik dan 38 detik, variabel kepuasan pengguna dari kuisioner SUS sebesar 46 dan 51 yang berarti masih dibawah standar nilai SUS yaitu 68 poin. Analisis dengan teknik Think Aloud menghasilkan 49 rekomendasi perbaikan dari Aplikasi Warga Bali. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan evaluasi lanjutan terhadap desain perbaikan yang telah dibuat. Hasil yang diperoleh oleh peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai acuan oleh pengembang aplikasi Warga Bali dalam melakukan perbaikan dari aspek usability. AbstractWarga Bali is a local application that is used to make it easier for people to find information about the Balinese calendar. Warga Bali application is also an application that is still in the development process so it must pay attention to the user experience, especially the usability aspect. The usability evaluation in this study was to measure the variables of effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction by using 20 research respondents who were selected using simple random sampling from Hindu religious communities domiciled in Bali Province. This study uses the Usability Testing method by combining the Performance Measurement technique to calculate the effectiveness and efficiency variables as well as the Think Aloud technique to evaluate Warga Bali Application interface based on the results of verbalizing input and problems that respondents face when carrying out task scenarios. Data were collected using the given task scenarios and from the suggestions for improvement given by the respondents. Respondents will then fill out the SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaire which will be used to measure user satisfaction variables. The test results of respondents in the adolescent and adult categories show that the usability level of the effectiveness variable obtained is 96% and 93% which means it is quite high, the efficiency variable has an average of 30 seconds and 38 seconds, the user satisfaction variable from the SUS questionnaire is 46 and 51 which meaning that it is still below the standard SUS score of 68 points. The analysis using the Think Aloud technique resulted in 49 recommendations for improvement from the Warga Bali Application. Further research can carry out further evaluation of the improvement designs that have been made. The results obtained by the researchers can be used as a reference by the Balinese citizen application developers in making improvements from the usability aspect.
